Fantastic experience: Kind and professional care is given every visit.

Fantastic experience: I’m not exactly a spring chicken, actually sixty five this year! I’ve been terrified of the dentist since a child after a very bad experience. In the intervening years I’ve had to attend various dentists for treatment. None have matched this one. Everything regarding my treatment (which was extreme, including 11 extractions) was excellently explained and costs made very clear. Could not recommend highly enough. If you are thinking of using this practice or another I would recommend getting quotes (nobody thinks about shopping around) as the money I saved was considerable, which was an added bonus. Five stars aren’t enough.

Fantastic experience: From my initial enquiry for an emergency appointment each member of staff I encountered was most professional and I was seen and treated the same day. I was in a great amount of pain having cracked my tooth on a popcorn kernel and Lucas, the Dental Surgeon carried out the procedure with the utmost care and professionalism, ensuring I was informed and happy throughout. The dental nurse was equally caring, reminding me that I could stop at anytime for a break. The ladies on Reception were most helpful and happy and I appreciate their attentiveness ensuring that I had everything I needed before leaving. My experience was positive, caring and professional and I can't recommend Aurora enough.

Fantastic experience: I have had the pleasure of being under the care of Dr Lucas Gervastri since May 2024. I was so nervous and apprehensive based on previous dental experiences. My teeth were in a bad way and the work required was going to be challenging. Lucas was amazing. He made me feel really calm, informed and provided awesome solutions. Lucas performed major crown and other work on my upper jaw and I cannot thank him enough. It has been life changing and I am so appreciative. The entire team at the practice are incredible. Fantastic experience: Best dentist experience to date! I use to go to dentists with cold and basic waiting areas where u wait 30 minutes over ur appointment time to be seen. Here is was different , receptionist was so lovely and calmed me instantly even offering me a drink! The waiting room was cosy and calming. I had the dentist Luca . I’ve always had women dentist but Luca put me right at ease explaining what was gonna be done. Then the actually exam took no time atool and was easy ! Then Luca went on to teach me how to floss and give tips . I felt like he really was there to listen and get the most out of my time. ! 10/10 would recommend! Going to book with the hygienist next month ! Amazing! Will be recommending to everyone!
