Positive experience: I always have to wait a considerable amount of time before I get seen even when I have booked an early appointment. However, the staff is very friendly and the dentist are knowledgeable and caring.

Fantastic experience: I am really happy with this dental practice. Hadn't seen a dentist since before Covid and needed several treatments, which I was dreading. But I needn't have worried. All the procedures have been carried out with great care and professionalism. The staff are friendly and helpful and my dentist has a great sense of humour. No hesitation in recommending.

Positive experience: I had a good experience so far as a new patient at this dental practice when visiting in person. However something very frustrating Is that when you need to call to make an appointment etc the phone lines just play music and then cut you off. I find this to be such a bother that I am considering moving to an alternative practice because it’s not close enough for me to just pop in in person when I need to communicate.

Fantastic experience: Love these people! Hadn’t been to a dentist for far too long (morbid fear from a childhood experience) but broken filling forced the issue. Went there as they are accepting new NHS patients but they offer treatment plans where you can have private work if you want so all bases covered. Took three visits to get back on track dentally (is that a word?) and each time they were great, put me at rest and did a great job. My faith is restored!

Fantastic experience: I came here because I urgently needed a root canal. The dentist who saw me was Dr. Sunny. At first, I was nervous because he seemed like a very serious dentist, but as we began the procedure, I realized he truly cared about the well-being of both my molar and myself, especially since I’m a very nervous patient. Before we started, he explained my options for the root canal and made sure to warn me that he wasn’t an endodontist, so I was fully aware of the risks of proceeding with him. In the end, though, he did an excellent job, I couldn’t be happier with his work. He also mentioned that I’d be taking a risk by getting my crown done in another country, but I decided to go ahead because I really wanted a white crown instead of a silver one, especially since it was the same price, so my apologies to Dr Sunny for not following his recommendations. But all went well. Overall, I’m so thankful I became his patient and that I was in such good hands.

Fantastic experience: Not everyone loves going to the hygienist but Kamila Szczech is a star! Even when you haven’t flossed as must as you should she’s super kind and encouraging, and you always leave with great shiny teeth! Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Had a terrible experience . The dentist I saw was different to 6 months ago and made every effort to give me a filling by attacking my old filling !

Negative experience: Visited Dental Beauty Teddington once on 8th Jan/25. The administrator/receptionist Emma Earl is described as someone who: “…enjoys helping patients and making sure they are well looked after”. This is absolutely not true. My experience shows her to be precisely the opposite. There is a sign outside this dental practice claiming to treat NHS patients. When I claimed free dental treatment as a pensioner, the receptionist immediately told me that I’d be fined several thousand pounds for a false claim. She then dropped the application form on her desk with a disgusted expression on face - as though she was handling a contaminated object. Her attitude was very nasty. I assume her behaviour is a reflection of her employer’s feelings towards NHS patients.

Positive experience: The only reason for a 4 star rating is the waiting time. I imagine that's difficult to avoid, as other patients' treatment may take longer than originally estimated.

Negative experience: I had a check up appointment which went through accordingly but looks like to me that the main portion of that appointment was to sell expensive private treatments rather than professionally and sympathetic advice about the best and most affordable treatment plan. I felt that I was treated as a subject for Dental businesses marketing rather than someone who should be treated kindly and professionally for their dental needs procedures. After all, I didn't see any smily faces in whole time that I was there.

Danielle, his Dentist has a wonderful way with children, making each visit a calm and reassuring experience. The level of care we both receive is consistently excellent. The practice itself is well-maintained, and the waiting area is calming and clean. I also want to commend the reception staff. They are always so friendly, professional, and efficient when it comes to booking appointments. The practice even has a convenient car park at the back, which makes visits stress-free. Fantastic experience: Ok, usually we all hate visits to the dentist's, right? But here's one whom I look forward to seeing! Kaezar Bamrah is unique amongst dentists. He spends time relaxing you with good conversation before he begins his work. By which time you feel 'bring it on'. He is very modest, communicative and caring. His hygienist Sarra is a gem and Susie on reception is so helpful, especially when emergency visits are sought! A great team; a great practice.

Negative experience: Incredibly bad experience with the ‘dentist’ Danielle. She attempted to scare me into agreeing to a very expensive treatment that I didn’t need. I reluctantly agreed to have a filling, which ended up costing far more than advertised – and it was done poorly. I had to return to have it adjusted because Danielle left a sharp edge that was cutting into my gum. To make matters worse, she also left a large gap, which caused food to become trapped constantly. I eventually had to visit a professional dentist at another practice to get it properly fixed. What a complete waste of money and time – an utterly disgraceful experience and unprofessional practice. Avoid at all costs.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kalsi provided an excellent service over my 4 years of treatment for implants, gum grafts and bone grafts. He is extremely thorough in his approach, very detailed and precise.

Negative experience: Avoid like a plague. Lacks basic requirements for duty of care. Mistreated and misbehaved with a minor patient. Had to log a complaint with ICB, NHS and GDC. There is no option to give negative star to this shame in the name of a dental practice

Fantastic experience: Dr Kaezar Bramah, what a superstar of a Dentist. I only wished l had met him sooner. I have had a nervous disposition of dentists as a young child, which has impacted me throughout my entire life, preventing me looking after my teeth, smiling and confidence issues about my appearance. Dr Bramah, l feel from our first meeting, has an empathy and a acute understanding for nervous patients and does everything possible to allay all fears Since meeting this dentist, l have managed to sit in a Dentist chair (which l couldn't do when l first met him,) which encouraged me to let him inject me (l had to be ultra brave as l had my daughter and grandchildren present and l didn't want them to be afraid of the Dentist and look like me) that's how bad l was, my daughter and grandchildren had to come and hold my hand. I now have a beautiful set of teeth, am happier to take a picture with my new found confidence and smile We need more Dentists especially like him Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I really appreciate Danielle talking such good care of me during my two recent rather lengthy and expensive but necessary appointments. I have not been able to express my gratitude after both sessions due to the numbness and general wooziness. However, I appreciate her caring nature and thoughtful explanations. I am particularly grateful for the first Saturday appointment when she was full of cold and probably really not feeling all that great but took the necessary precautions, remained cheerful and reassuring throughout.

Fantastic experience: Over the space of 18 months i had a significant amount of treatment under Dr Kalsi aided and abetted by Lisa. This included the extraction of a snapped crown, insertion of an implant, Gum surgery along with a number of fillings. What i appreciated from the beginning was the clarity of the plan, the clear visibility of the costs and the range of options. The zero interest financing was also very helpful too as dentistry as we know is not cheap. There was also no quibble over the admin for insurance claims ( i have been charged by some practices for this in the past) Plus the tech in the practice is second to none As an anxious patient initially i appreciated Dr. Kalsi's forthright manner, instructions were always clear and concise. While Lisa was the perfect foil calm, empathetic and reassuring. I had no doubt i was in the hands of a highly skilled team. The results are amazing, my teeth have never looked better and i didn't think it was possible to have them look as they do after a lifetime of being afraid of dentists and hence not going as often as i should.

Fantastic experience: Today I went to have a filling replaced by Nikita and assistant Anh - Nikita was extremely professional taking onboard concerns I had about the process, the filling went without a hitch or any sensitivity in the tooth at all. Fantastic experience: Dr Kaezer Bamrah Is always gentle, explains all the procedures and all requirements accurately and an absolute gentleman too. After my six monthly check up, and even after Routine x-rays I don’t need any treatments, and that is testament to the good dental work after all these years.

Negative experience: Bad experience, got an appointment notification via email, came to the clinic on time. They told me my appointment was cancelled and they called me, no evidence of calling or text received, the phone number they said they called not even my phone. They do not care about their customers.

Fantastic experience: Me and my son went today. Dr Nikita and Tara did my son's hygiene and the service was wonderful. Both of them were welcoming when calling us from the waiting room and the treatment was absolutely superb. However, I think the government should provide hygiene appointments for free to patients because some cannot afford the price in the cost of living. Overall, a great visit and both Nikita and Tara were amazing, its a 5 from me :). Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Honestly I am so grateful to Teddington Dental & Dr Bamrah - after visiting 2 other dentists prior to Teddington Dental and being told there was nothing wrong with my teeth on both occasions, I went to Teddington Dental for a consultation with Dr Bamrah and he did a thorough examination & 2 x-rays and confirmed I needed work done. He was gentle with the treatment and extremely kind & attentive. I was listened to and respected which I’m so thankful for. The pricing wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be and I can confirm that Teddington Dental are definitely not money grabbers like some dentists are. She listened to all my concerns and was very kind and understanding regarding my concerns. The health of my teeth have drastically improved since being under her care. Fantastic experience: I was having constant pain on the left side of my jaw and couldn't figure out why. I went to Teddington Dental and saw Dr. Chand through a friends recommendation. Danielle was able to figure out the cause of the pain. I was booked in for another appointment straight away. I saw Dr. Chand the following week but was very nervous before the procedure. Danielle was very calming, informative, and talked to me throughout the procedure which only lasted minutes - it was so smooth! As I was happy with the treatment and service, I also requested Dr. Chand for teeth whitening. I was able to do it at my own time and comfort overnight for two weeks and now I'm in love with how white my teeth are! Highly recommend Teddington Dental and Dr. Chand sure knows her stuff!

I do trust his recommendations and have been very pleased with his work - including the latest fitting of a crown. He is very friendly, puts you at your ease and is about as gentle in the procedures as I've had over many decades with different dentists. He also treats his nurses well. I would thoroughly recommend Kaezar.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant dentist. I’m really happy with my implants - I was worried about the process because I had to have two adjacent teeth removed before the implants were fitted but the team made sure everything went like clockwork from the surgery to the aftercare. I was really surprised by how well the implants blended in and how they fitted - they immediately felt like my own teeth! I’ve also had Invisalign with this practice and it’s worked a treat.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kaezar performed an implant for me. At first I was terrified, but after explaining the procedure he quickly put me at ease and it was actually quite a painless experience. Very professional, whilst at the same time very gentle. I would certainly recommend Dr Kaezar.

The dental practice is very clean and well kept. Hygienists all great and do very thorough cleans (but not cheap and prices went up and stayed up after Covid).

Negative experience: AVOID!! Dr Nik was cheerful and pleasant though was sneakily pushing me into treatment I didn’t want or need and mainly tried to scam me out of money I don’t have. Prices were so much higher than expected. All the regular staff who aren’t high paid dentists seem miserable too. Probably overworked and underpaid. This place is awful.

Fantastic experience: My 3 year old twin sons had a positive experience at Teddington Dental. The Dentist was accomodating and made them feel comfortable. After a thorough examination of their teeth I was given the opportunity to ask questions and discuss any concerns I had regarding their oral health. The twins were thrilled with their stickers at the end of the visit and would happily go back to the dentist for their next checkup. Would recommend Teddington Dental to both adults and children.
