Negative experience: I am sharing on behalf of my partner who paid £300+ for a white filling a couple of months ago, the filling fell out when he was asleep and the dentist, Neil Connell is refusing to see him to fix the filling. After paying so much for a filling this customer service is absolutely shocking. Do not attend this dentist!!

I’m very anxious about visiting the dentist but from the outset, the whole team at Barron Dental put me at ease. The ladies at reception were friendly and professional. The dentist, Neil Connell, was first class and he explained what needed done in a clear and understandable way. He understood that I was a bit anxious but he was supportive and not in the least patronising. The dental nurse working with him was excellent - clearly very experienced. Fantastic experience: I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone at Barron Dental. One of my veneers cracked after many years and I wanted to have a nice smile for my brother's wedding. Andreas took the time to listen to me and we came up with a great plan to make sure all the treatment (4 new crowns) was done in plenty of time for the wedding and we even arranged a further check up closer to the time as well just in case. I'm delighted with how my teeth look. The wedding went fantastic and it was lovely to not have to think hard about not showing my teeth properly in the photos. Everyone in the Barron Dental team is really friendly and professional and I couldn't recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: This is my second review for Barron Dental. This time it was necessary to have my top and bottom dentures relined as they had loosened over two years since fitted. My expectations and confidence in my dentist Ana Soare continue to impress me and I consider her to be a consummate and caring professional. Reline took some getting used to initially but after a quick demonstration and practice day after fitting ,problem was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. If you’re looking for a dental practice for care, professionalism and all round attention to detail from receptionist ,dental assistant and dentist,then Barron Dental is one I can recommend without hesitation for you.

Fantastic experience: Incredible clinic with professional team, had a filling abroad which went wrong as the nerve became infected, I called the clinic and had to have a root canal treatment and all was smooth, I was looked after well by Sam, Anna and Neil throughout the process.

Covid 19 Update The Barron Dental team are always very friendly and professional. During the pandemic they have gone even further putting in place effective procedures that make you feel safe and confident in the most difficult of situations. They deserve great credit for continuing to provide dental care at this time. Return to Normal Now that the final Covid restrictions have been lifted everything is back to normal at Barron Dental. The entire team lead by Neil are friendly and professional. You really feel you are getting the highest standards of care.

Fantastic experience: A friend who is a senior dentist in the NHS Community Dental Service highly recommended Ana at Barron Dental when I was looking for a new dental practitioner. Ana and her assistant restored a cracked molar with great skill at extremely reasonable cost. My senior dentist friend later said it was 'an outstanding bit of work'. A visit a few days later for a full clean and polish by Katherine and her assistant was excellent value too. My dental practice of choice from now on. I've no connection with Barron other than as a very happy patient.

On a recent visit to replace a bridge that had come loose, the dentist told me that I really should be having a new bridge made, but as Christmas was very close, she would replace it, as there was no chance of having a new one made before the new year. Fantastic experience: Appointment in June 2022 went very well, no issues with hygienist, and clean bill of health. December 2021 appointment-Once again great all round service from Barron Dental. Great welcome at reception, as lets be honest the dentist isn't a favourite place to visit! Next up was the hygienist, and Jane was very thorough at getting to all the hard to reach places even my electric toothbrush failed to reach. Straight through to see Neil, and once again a clean bill of health. The surgery has had an upgrade and is bright and modern but still has a pleasant feeling when you step through the door. Done and dusted for another 6 months! Well that's another 6 month check up and hygienist visit done. Hygienist was exceptionally thorough and took great care and attention to make sure my teeth were spotless. after a check-up with Neil, and xrays, again it was a clean bill of health. Delighted with the rearranged appointments as I had to cancel at short notice and was put in the very next day, and instead of 2 separate visits, I was able to attend right after the hygienist rather than having to return in the afternoon for the check-up.
