Positive experience: Efficient friendly reception and dental staff, the decor is a little bit clinical and austere, this doesn't do much for a nervous patient, a few pics etc would make for a more homely and less intimidating vibe, overall good though, just lucky to have a dentist tbh

Fantastic experience: Today I visited Diane, my hygienist. As usual, she was gentle in her approach knowing my fears of dentists. My appointment went better than I expected. What has been a difficult day, was made so much better by Diane. The reception ladies are equally as friendly and I'm less afraid to have my next appointment knowing I'm in good hands. Fantastic experience: If it wasn't for Manjit I wouldn't have gone back to a dentist she has been amazing to me for over 15yrs she is very patient ,she listens and cares it is her kindness and professionalism that has kept me going back and I don't fear the worst anymore .The ladies on reception are also very kind and helpful its the best dentist I have ever been to there is no other dentist for me. I highly recommend Elizabeth Street Dental Centre.

Fantastic experience: I made an appointment as a tooth at the back of my mouth was so painful. After having the tooth extracted, Krish explained that it was painful because it was infected and being loose led to bacteria entering the gum. I was just so pleased to get rid of it. It will probably be the start of expensive visits to the dentist in future but I can’t thank Krish enough for ridding me of the pain. He spent time explaining everything to me, which was very good. Thank you Krish .

Fantastic experience: By far the best dental surgery we've ever been to. I have trigeminal neuralgia and i used to dread going to the dentist due to how much pain even a normal check up would bring. Not here though, they are so gentle and have an understanding of my condition. I also have children who have autism. The team are great at explaining what they are going to do in depth so my children aren't startled and get a warning before each step begins. Honestly this practice is so understanding and accommodating!
