Fantastic experience: Have recently joined this practice. I lost a bottom tooth needed a dentist at a fare price. Absolutely delighted first appointment i had full checkup xrays the dentist checked for any abnormalities or growths in my mouth. He listened to what I wanted and he answered all my questions. And then advised me what would be best for me.second visit i had my impressions done for my new teeth. Third visit all complete. Teeth scaled polished and new teeth fitted amazing. What a lovely place great little receptionist fantastic young dental nurse.everyone's so friendly and very professional I would recommend this dental practice to everyone

Negative experience: They charged my daughter booking deposit and refused to pay back until she completed a full treatment plan, 1k in total, after 2nd visit she suffered a daily tooth pain that didn't go away, when we came back it was found dentist went to deep and touched on her nerves and her nerves are affected and now she will need root canal treatment to remove them nerves, never going back there again!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service, the girls on the desk are always so friendly and happy. Very wary of dentists but had a double crown. Irfan was very good explaining what he was doing all the time and the most painful part was the bill!

Fantastic experience: the best dentist i have come across. Iv been in agony for a week ended up at emergency dentist the pain after they put temp filling was crippling, back again to no help. I have managed to get a very quick appointment at Mill hill and from the moment I walked in I felt at ease.The girls at reception are lovely and welcoming. Irfan has removed the temporary filling and fixed whatever needed to be fixed. I felt no pain whatsover, he is lovely, chatty such a people person. Im now pain free. I never thought Id say this as Im a very nervous patient but Im actually looking forward to coming back to have my root canal done and to have my tooth fixed.I would recomend Irfan and his team to anybody who is in need of a dentist

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient here since moving to Blackburn and Irfan is the only dentist I’ve felt comfortable with. I have a lot of anxiety about coming to my appointments but when I step in the room, I feel at ease. He is very good at giving advice regarding hygiene and recently I chipped my tooth and he talked me through different options and the procedures. You can tell he cares for his patients’ wellbeing.

Fantastic experience: I don't know the last time I went to the dentist. I was a teenager at the very least. I'm now 32. I'm an anxious person. Time goes by, tooth falls out, cracks appear, pain comes and goes, shame builds, fear builds, it's an age old story really. But this time, the pain was a good enough motivator to book an emergency appointment with this place. Honestly, it wasn't as bad as I thought. Temporary root canal. No pain, quick and easy, in and out. I feel miles better and I'm suddenly wondering what I was making such a big fuss about. I'm now on their monthly plan. Look, if you're avoiding the dentist due to fear, you are one of my people and I am one of yours. If you need a sign to go, this is a sign. There's a reason these guys have nothing but 5* reviews. They'll look after you. They'll remove that pain. They'll work with your budget. Just go.

I have had wisdom teeth extracted and have always trusted in the staff. I decided to have my teeth straightened. Irfan talked me through the process and provided excellent treatment throughout. I love my new smile and would highly recommend this practice to anyone slightly nervous about the dentist. It’s a calm environment and you don’t have to wait long.

However, the practice is now led by Mr. Irfan Ahmed, and I must say he does an outstanding job, along with his exceptional staff, including one of his sidekicks, Aislinn. Due to my own negligence, I didn't maintain regular visits, which now requires some treatment. However, Irfan thoroughly explains the necessary procedures and identifies areas that need more attention. I am genuinely pleased with my visits to the dentist now, as I am met with friendly faces that quickly put me at ease. If you're in search of a dental practice, I highly recommend choosing this one.
