Fantastic experience: The receptionists have always been helpful and very friendly and since we have been under Chloe King we have been very pleased with her friendly manner and excellent treatment and there has been no overcharging.

Fantastic experience: I saw dentist Tom Norfolk at St Mary's dental practice yesterday, and -- as with my previous appointment with him -- I liked his efficient but careful and professional way of running the appointment. I'm probably old fashioned nowadays, but I don't want to have a "relationship" with my dentist, I just want to be examined by a competent and qualified professional, which Tom clearly is. That being said, I'm sure he also knows how to respond sympathetically to patients who are perhaps less confident when they visit a dentist. Which, 50-or-so years ago, included me. During the appointment we also talked about a recent dental procedure that I had had at Addenbrookes, showing that he had read my dental notes, which I very much appreciated.

Positive experience: Nice friendly place, decent waiting area, staff are friendly and willing to help/give advice, decent free carpark to the side. 2 minutes walk away.

Fantastic experience: I saw Maria today and was very happy with my appointment. She was very understanding as was the dental nurse with her. I have always found all the staff at this practice kind, courteous and professional and would highly recommend them.

Positive experience: Marek my dentist is good, very thorough and I have no complaint about treatment. I drove 50 minutes to attend the practice and I had also been waiting for over half an hour, and my request for a drink of water by reception was refused. I have spent thousands of ££ on private treatment here and asking for a glass of water doesn't seem unreasonable. The dental nurse immediately gave me one in the clinic room. A water dispenser would be a good idea.

They do a thoroughly job and keep you informed of everything they are doing. The receptionist are lovely as well. I would certainly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: Over the last 2 days I've had 2 appointments with Katie Roberts and her assistants. It was supposed to be one long appt but when I mentioned to Katie that I'd got a terrible headache, she was very sympathetic and cut the hour into two sessions. She was very caring, asking me how I was feeling all through the treatment. I found Katie to be very informative, thorough, friendly and empathetic.

I've been a private and NHS patient previously, with other dentist practices that treated me very differently in regards to treatment options and their attitude towards an appointment. I'm a NHS patient at the moment and have been treated with kindness, patience, understanding and with exceptional service, as if I was paying for my treatment privately which is so rare. Fantastic experience: Many thanks for giving my husband a quick emergency appointment. His tooth extraction, because of infected gum, went well and he is recovering quickly. Because of his Alzheimer's it is essential to deal with any dental issues straight away so your help in this is much appreciated.

Negative experience: Arrived 5 minutes early as need to fill out forms to be seen. Waited for 25 minutes after my appointment time before i was seen, unfortunately I wasnt informed of this and then had a quick dental exam, hopefully not because they were behind. Just been in this morning 05/09/2025 yo attend a booked dental hygiene appointment, only to find it wasnt put into their system so was turned away after taking the morning off of work and almost an hours round trip! Hopefully the practice call me on Monday to resolve this as they said they would.. really seem to be going downhill.

Fantastic experience: Odd to say that you 'like' a dentist... but with this practice, I do! From the welcoming and helpful reception staff to the hygienist and dentist, they are all so great! Treatment at a dentist isn't usually a pleasant experience but St Mary's makes it more comfortable... and I travel over an hour to get there!

Fantastic experience: Gets quite busy at times. Everyone is very friendly. My wife and I have been receiving treatment from Eve Cameron and she is absolutely brilliant. So patient and really goes out of her way to explain everything and put us at ease. My wife is incredibly nervous and in the past this has triggered her epilepsy, so I was naturally worried at first, but it's all been good so far. The receptionist told us that Eve is leaving the practice soon and both me and my wife would like to wish her all the best for her future career. *************************************************************************************************************** I have been trying for months to leave another review, but the internet (Google gods) won't let me. I've been seeing Harry Love for around a year for some denture work. His attention to detail is amazing and I am extremely happy with every thing he has done for me. Fantastic experience: I use this dentist regularly, both for nhs check ups and 6 monthly hygienist appointments. It has had a big overhaul since the early days, and it now runs very smoothly, no long waits, service with a smile and excellent care. I was referred recently to nhs hospital, and the introductory referral letter was described as ‘ the best he has seen’, so… there you go ! If you are lucky enough to get in to St Mary’s , you are on a home run

Fantastic experience: I have been with Suhen for a number of years now and had quite a few procedures. Always respectful and makes sure I am comfortable and understand what is happening. Never any pressure to have anything done explaining the benefits of the treatment. Having been to a few dentists over the years Suhen is the most caring and patient I have seen.

As for the online form that needs to be completed prior to your appointment I do feel this needs to be upgraded. It's too lengthy and entering the passcode number at the start is tricky. It needs streamlining. Otherwise very happy.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this Dentist at all. The staff at the reception are very rude The employee hung up on me and is doing everything she can to avoid making an appointment with me and my child.

Negative experience: If it weren't for the fact that it's impossible to find another nhs dentist, I wouldn't be a patient here. The dentists are average and some (not all) of the reception staff display quite a bad attitude, especially when communicating by email. It's difficult to tell which ones exactly, because they don't sign their emails, making it harder to identify them. All-in-all it's not a pleasant place to be registered at. If we ever get the nhs sorted out, I'll find another dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have found the hygienists at St Mary’s Dental Practice to be significantly better than any others I had been to previously. The quality of cleaning, minimising of pain, and explanation and advice is excellent. My most recent appointment was with Becky Shahmoradian. Becky was thorough and helpful, and the cleaning went very smoothly.

Fantastic experience: I've been seen by one dentist and 3 hygienists in the years I've been a patient here and all have been excellent. Professional, friendly and talkative, they also take time to explain what they are doing. Never patronising and they offer solid tips to how to improve your cleaning routine. The reception staff/nurses are polite and professional even through the constant workload.

Fantastic experience: I had a my teeth cleaned recently by Becky, I am someone who is bad at going to the dentist and I get worked up. All I can say is that Becky and the nurse where fantastic they made me feel at ease and the results were amazing. The last time I had my teeth cleaned it hurt so much it put me off going back to have it done again, but it was painless and I did not really feel anything. Great job I would recommend to anyone who is afraid of the dentist. Thank you :)
