Fantastic experience: The dentist& hygienist I have seen were exceptionally careful , thorough & my appointment was on time. Their receptionist was welcoming , understanding & helpful both on the telephone & when seeing her in person at the surgery.

Negative experience: Phone is not being answered for the last several days. Waited 40 minutes yesterday and currently on hold now- 25 mins. ‘Caller number six’ on hold, the whole time. They can offer appalling service as they know people will still go back as there’s no real choice.

Fantastic experience: Was really nervous and embarrassed but put at ease with full reassurance it can be dealt with and fully explained going forward what they can do and again further reassurance it will be ok but the whole team were great from reception to the clinical team absolutely top team took my nerves down and will definitely stick this out have been known to run out of dentist but they are so reassuring highly recommend them

Positive experience: I am a very nervous patient and have not had a dentist for years. So far have only had one appointment at Williams but everyone was very nice , have got to have lots of work done so will see how it all goes.

Negative experience: Been on the phone over 1 hour. Was first in the que and still on the phone over 1 hour. Cheek of automated service to say " your call is very important to us". Appalling service.

Also the dentist Dr Alex was really informative and helped us understand our dental health better and how best to keep our teeth in good condition. I am a very very nervous patient and Dr. Lauren Curtis carefully explained ‘step by step’ the treatment she was providing which put me at ease. I left the practice smiling and feeling that I had just had one of the best dental appointments ever! Having worked in the dental industry for 15 years +(I’m not a dentist) I understand what a great dental service should resemble and this was nothing short of perfection. Thank you. Negative experience: Very condescending attitude from the Dentist there Dr Curtis, I would expect my son to have a teeth examination not just a cursory glance followed by a demeaning lecture threatening to contact social services if he doesn’t clean his teeth more often, even though she said when questioned he didn’t need a hygienist clean or had a build up of plaque. Both my sons now registered elsewhere so we can get a more competent dentist.

Fantastic experience: I've only been coming here since November last year but in all my times visiting various dental clinics over the years this is the best by a country mile. Dr Alex is my dentist and he's so patient and thorough, the other staff from reception to hygienist to dental assistants have all been fantastic. My wife has a real phobia of the dentist chair and after her first visit with him (yes she still stresses) she can make it there in a far better mindset. I would recommend anyone who's looking for a new practice to give these a try.

Negative experience: 10/62024 2pm Was calling from 2pm to get an appointment but after 30 minutes the call cut off so called back again another 15 minutes and still no answer so I drove down from caister on sea which is a 30 minute drive while still on hold. Got to the dentist before they answered and guess what the receptionist isn’t even on the phone she’s talking to colleagues. I show her my call log 30 minutes , 20 minutes ,20 seconds and the current one 15 minutes which had just been cut off like the other calls and she says oh I believe you. The worst thing is she’s still not answering any calls just has it on silent mode. So after calling for over an hour and having to drive 30 minutes I get told there’s no appointments and I’ll have to call up tomorrow to get an emergency appointment. I’m not wasting another 1 calling up. I walk two doors down to the dental design studio and get an appointment for the next day. Won’t be going back to you guys because the receptionist can’t be bothered to answer the phone and would rather talk to her colleagues than answer the phone. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
