Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dimitrios and his staff at Ice Dental enough. I honestly wish I had come here years ago. Each time I have left I have come away relieved, feeling that I have been cared for and my teeth are now in good health. The reception staff are lovely, the hygienist and nurses are fantastic and Dimitrios is gifted. This is without a shadow of doubt the most professional dental service I have known. Thank you to all at Ice Dental, you are amazing.

Fantastic experience: What a professional, polite and courteous practice Ice Dental is. Dr Stougiannos, Lynsday and Sarah really make me feel at ease. Not easy as I have a total fear of dentists. They take such good care of me. I now go every three months and each time I am greeted with warmth and welcome. I cannot recommend this practice enough.

Negative experience: Bad experience, had a simple chipped tooth repair attempted three times, only offered the same option for a fourth time so I asked for a refund. Have contacted again to see if maybe there is a more expensive option I could try and been told by management and dentist that I need to find somewhere else and they can't re-register me and mentioned numerous times about me having had a refund. Should patients not be refunded for a service they didn't receive? Honestly I'd avoid because if they can't manage a simple repair on a tooth I wonder whether they can manage the more complex cosmetic dentistry that they advertise they offer.

Fantastic experience: Ice dental was recommended to me from a couple of parents from my sons school. The service at all levels is outstanding. From the service you receive when booking appointments, to the actual dental treatment and the follow up care. They answer ever question you could possibly have, putting patients worries at ease. The waiting room is incredibly tranquil too. Everybody is super friendly. It's easy to get appointments too! Parking is always available. I'd highly recommend ice dental and their membership package, worth the investment in your oral health!

Fantastic experience: I had to have 2 filling replaced recently and Dr Watkins was incredibly kind and reassuring, he explained each step to me and what to expect when the aesthetic wore off. The procedure was painless and I was extremely happy with the end result. A brilliant dentist, would highly recommend.

Lyndsay is so friendly & down to earth & is really gentle with cleaning my super sensitive teeth. And Chris has been incredible throughout all of my appointments, especially the ones where I’ve been really nervous about the procedure. They’re always happy to talk through your options & put your mind at ease if you’re nervous. An all round excellent dental practice :)

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Ice Dental for over 10 years since Clair Wright was the owner and have always received excellent service. This has continued since Dimitrios took over in 2019. Hygienist Emma Louise takes care in keeping my mouth in good clean order, and Dimitrios repairs any faults or problems that I may have. I have always felt safe in their hands and well-treated. The reception staff are courteous and efficient. Emergency appointments have been dealt with quickly. Overall, it has been a far superior service than I ever received on the NHS and pleased that I was able to go private for my treatment.

They always listen to my comments and invite me to describe any problems that I’ve had since the last visit and I trust them completely to look after my oral health. Fantastic experience: I spent years of my life hating a dentist visit, I would panic and cry everytime with not improvement, but in 2020 I was asked to photograph Ice Dental and I spoke to the team about potentially changing practice, telling them I was a nervous patient. The whole team were so helpful and made me feel at ease, now after 4/5 years of being an Ice Dental Patient, i no longer fear the Dentist visits and i’m even considering more corrective treatments now i’m more confident. Fantastic experience: Went in today with a broken tooth. Was offered a tooth extraction so I had it done straight away. No bleeding even though I was taking blood thinners. Stiches put in and went home feeling fine. Back again for a check up in 4 weeks. Very good experience. Pat Trotter
