Fantastic experience: I’d like to thank this dentist practice for the great service and support they gave me at short notice for a chipped tooth. Where can you go and call 8.30 am and get a dentist appointment at 10.30 am on the same day and see your usual dentist! Receptionist was polite and very helpful. Millie my dentist was amazing as always and took time to deal with my teeth and provided me with the best options - her assistant Lqra was also amazing. Thank you again Perfect Smile for providing great service, value for money, and excellent care. Highly recommended, especially Millie!

Negative experience: This dental practice used to be very good, but unfortunately the Customer service has gone downhill at reception staff even with the management. Firstly poor customer service purely lacking empathy understanding just talk to you sometimes like reading from a script and bad attention to detail. If you call reception team in mornings they never pick up phones as lines always busy.

Fantastic experience: Where do I start with this phenomenal experience. Firstly: Dr Maryam Sohrabi, what a dentist, the level of professionalism this Dr has- felt like a safe space and she's extremely knowledgeable (handling me with care). Lastly: hats off for the receptionist, Hala. The way she spoke and presented herself , you can tell she is a nurturing, kind individual. Very sweet caring person. Hala and Dr Maryam Sohrabi are Perfect Smile.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tara is a fantastic Dentist and Nurse Sophia is great too!. I really don't enjoy going to the dentist, but Dr Tara always puts me at ease. She takes time to explain what is going to happen, what is happening and what to expect afterwards. She has deft hands so even the numbing injection doesn't hurt beyond a slight pinch, and I am very sensitive to pain. She is the best dentist I have had throughout the years, and I've had some top notch dentists. I definitely recommend Dr Tara and Nurse Sophia.

I used to be anxious before but she is so friendly, talks through everything before she does anything. Makes me feel at ease and is fantastic with kids. We can't praise her enough. Thanks

Negative experience: Absolutely disgraceful experience. This dental practice has repeatedly mishandled my appointments with zero accountability. I booked an appointment for 4:20 — they changed it to 12:50 without my consent and then blamed me for their error. This isn’t the first time either. On another occasion, I turned up for a confirmed appointment only to find the place completely shut down with no warning, no message, nothing. And now, instead of fixing their repeated mistakes, they’ve told me I can no longer book appointments with them. Unbelievable. This is not just bad service — it’s completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If you value your time, money, or even just basic respect, avoid this place. They clearly don’t care about patients, only about covering their own failures.

Negative experience: Developed a swollen face after just a routine check-up here. My GP referred me back to this dentist but they wouldn't see me. Had to pay to visit a second dental practice within the space of a week (even they were incredulous that I had to do that). I also asked for clarification on the proposed treatment plan I was given here but never received it. So, it's pretty safe to assume that I'm not going back. Our dental service is nationally shocking though, and you may be desperate.

The lovely Martina, explained everything before she went ahead with the procedure. Wonderful calm experience and would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you Martina and thank you Perfect Smile. From five star to one. I’ve unfortunately had to update my post whilst Martina is still fabulous at her job i’m afraid i’ve had to leave this surgery as the customer service is atrocious. You ring for an emergency appointment the receptionist doesn’t even say let me just check. It’s just a flat out know ring tomorrow. Or no one answers the phone. Since new management took over my customer service experience has been awful. Can only say keep up the good work Martina and I wish you was in the new surgery that I will be attending. Bring back the old receptionist they were fab at their job. Made you feel welcome and not like a number.

Positive experience: Good dentist, modern equipment, efficient, well run practice. Friendly staff. Convenient location in the centre of Hammersmith. Manage to do a lot with a limited amount of space. Consultation rooms are in the basement under the ground floor waiting room. A number of different dentists and assistants working there.

Negative experience: £85 for a 10 minute hygiene appointment! Ridiculous cost! This must be the most expensive place in the UK per minute for a teeth clean. When i said it to the receptionists in the Hammersmith branch they could barely contain their laugh...like they know they rip patients off on a daily basis. Avoid like the plague.

Positive experience: The dentist is very good however the last few weeks there has been any issue. No one is picking up the phones, then went to voicemail saying leave your name and contact details and they will call me back. and I left two voicemails and no one called me back. This has never happened before. The dentist is great but reception needs an improvement.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment on the 25th of June with Dr marina she was very helpful, kind and excellent service she gave me.

Negative experience: This dental practice used to be very good, but unfortunately the service has gone downhill recently. It is nearly impossible to get through on the phone – no one answers, no matter how many times you try. I’ve been in severe pain and unable to book an appointment because the reception desk simply doesn’t respond. I hope the management seriously looks into improving their communication and patient care again.!

Fantastic experience: Never liked going to the dentist but Dr. Tara is the best, explains everything clearly, is very thorough, engaging and professional. Have been seeing her for a couple years now for various treatments and couldn’t recommend her and this practice enough.

Negative experience: I have been seeing Tara at the surgery for a number of times now. I do not recommend her at all!! She did two fillings for me and on both occasions the pain that I get after is unbearable!! One of the times My whole inner cheek became infected I was taking back to back pain killers paracetamol and ibuprofen. It took 2 months!! for things to settle down and all that from a filling!! I always gave her the benefit of doubt and blamed things on coincidence. She also did a filling for my son which also came out in less than 3 months! Refused to see my son because we were 5-10 mins late . She said she had a patient waiting and when I went upstairs the reception area was empty and even the receptionist was baffled as to what is going on!! She lied when she could have wasiky seen him. It was literally a check up but he had a wobbly tooth that had fallen and was painful! previously she has made me wait 25 mins to be seen and I had a baby under 1 that I made sure she was sleeping for my treatment and ended up waking up for my treatment leaving me very stressed scared shell cry any min throughout and she actually did!! She on top of all this heard me telling ghe receptionist that I do not want to be seen by her and I want to move to another dentist goes and blocks my sons account from the system so that he can no longer see anyoone!! Now Im left with calling anyone and trying to get him an appointment to be seen! I did not want to complain about her to not ruin her name and gave her the benefit of doubt every time but she is unprofessional, inexperienced and acting like an amateur. She is to be avoided at all costs!!How I regret not complaining about her when my whole mouth is killing me in pain after her appointments!!

Negative experience: I hate this dental clinic, they give me late dental appointments and they don't cooperate with patients especially women in the reception.

Positive experience: Usually have a good experience at this dental practice, but not so much this time, I tried to calling for two days to be met with a voice mail stating that the receptionists were busy, I ended up going to the practice in person to book an appointment, to be told that the earliest appointment available six weeks time I explained to the receptionist that it was an emergancy and that I was in pain, her response was to call NHS 111 I have a complex disorder so don’t feel comfortable just going to a random dentist with might cause me excessive bleeding and bruising. I would like to add I’ve never seen this receptionist before today( I haven’t been in quite some time) they are usually very helpful and the dentists are very patient and reassuring, I am a very anxious nervous person( another reason I would rather be seen here). I will try to wait out the six weeks but I am feel that waiting this long will lead to further dental issues.

Negative experience: I wrote a review 2 years ago when I first started coming and now I have reviewed my review as it was 5 stars now to 1 star. I had an appointment today at 10:45 27/1/2025 having mind I had to change it I worked extra early to make sure I can make it for 10:45! I left my phone charging at work and rushed to make my appointment on time. When I arrived they said they called me and emailed me on the same time to cancel my appointment because the dentist came in and wasn’t well. They never even made an attempt to move my appointment to a different dentist, didn’t even say if we have any cancellations for today we will call and book you in. If I didn’t turn up they would have charged me for non arrival. I am stick or having to change my dentist because of poor customer service from the receptionist. Who didn’t even try obviously you make an appointment because you need it. Now I have to find another dentist because my time was wasted on today after leaving work in agony. They tried to give me an appointment, 15 days from now let’s be serious. My appointment is not a free appointment I would have paid now because of the rudeness and unprofessional attitude I have to change I won’t be returning please remove my details from your system. How could they have resolved this/ Good morning Kelly I’m afraid your dentist is sick ( no fault of the dentist) However we are fully booked today and we will try and get you an appointment as soon as possible with one of our other dentist. Or two if we have any cancellations today we will call you as soon as possible. 3 please kindly still come in and we will look for an alternative appointment for you. From 5 stars to 1 2 Years ago Post to today’s post I walked in yesterday and asked if they were taking new customers and the lovely receptionist said yes she is. I got an instant appointment for the next day which was today! Within no time I got two bookings within the same day. My dentist Martina was so sweet and lovely she really knows her stuff. She was very gentle and made me feel at ease. I hope to see Martina again soon within 6 months. Both receptionist were very friendly smiley and approachable so glad I changed dentist. Fantastic experience: I went to perfect smile for an existing crown that had fallen off while eating. The reception was kind and prompt and fit me in immediately. Dr. Chiara Pinnock saw me and it was an exceptional experience. She was personable, quick and hospitable as well as professional. She did a full exam and fixed my crown in under 45 minutes. It was one of the best dentist visits I’ve experienced particularly as I was going in with a real problem. Thank you Dr. Pinnock and the reception team for all your help!

After calling several dental clinics in the area, I was disappointed to find that most had a waiting period of at least two months. Feeling desperate, I reached out to this clinic and was fortunate enough to speak with Anisa. She was incredibly understanding, compassionate. Anisa immediately booked me in for an appointment the very next day, which was such a relief. The level of care and professionalism I received was outstanding, and I was able to get the necessary treatment quickly. I am truly grateful for their prompt assistance and excellent service. Fantastic experience: From my first appointment as a new NHS patient 3/9/2024 and the treatment I received yesterday 28/9/2024 I have nothing but praise for Perfect Smile Hammersmith. The premises are clean, calm and inviting, reception staff are helpful and friendly the dental nurses who are there quietly but reassuringly in the background working alongside the dentist who in my case was Dr. Maryam Sohrabi. Dr. Sohrabi was the icing on the cake, she made what I anticipated to be a white knuckle ride (as is my previous experience with dental procedures) to a very "normal" event, kind caring and professional. Fantastic experience: I’ve been their patient for 8 years, and I absolutely love the wonderful people working there. The receptionists are so nice, kind, funny, and professional. Recently, my amazing dentist left, and I was terrified to try someone new because I’m so scared of dentists! Yes, I’m a grown woman, but the fear is still real! But my new doctor is just as amazing as the last one.

Negative experience: There are quite a few dentists working in here, so maybe I was just unlucky, but my dentist was subpar at best. She was basically waiting for me to tell her what should be done. Receptionists (apart from one) are unfriendly, if not unpolite. They should not be in a customer-facing position.

Fantastic experience: Perfect Smile is the friendliest Dental Practice I have ever been to, reception is always warm and welcoming and I have a lovely, kind and patient dentist, what more could anyone ask?

Fantastic experience: I really love Dr Martina of Perfect Smile Hammersmith. She is loveliest, kindest and most gentle but capable dentist. She really cares for her patients and I feel so lucky to be under her care. Her kindness clearly infuences her team like Jenny who is just as caring. Anisah from reception is so lovely, efficient and always polite. She is solution focused and tries to help patients be it on phone or in person.

Positive experience: I had an appointment there for hygiene clean. The hygienist himself was friendly, patient and did a good job, however, it was too quick - it took him only 20 minutes. I expected it to be between 30-40 minutes minutes, so I think that £70 I paid for 20 minutes was a bit expensive. He also didn't check with probe my gums. It also felt like they were rushed. I also expected that the hygienist will use manual scalers after he was done with ultrasonic scaler. He didn't. He polished only my front 10 teeth (5 uppers and 5 lowers) on the outer side, so I asked him to polish all my teeth inside and outside. Another thing which surprised me is that they don't ask new patients to fill in a medical history form. I worked in dental practices (dental nurse) for 12 years and in every single practice where I worked, the medical history was always asked to be completed and updated every 6 months. it was must be done thing. The medical stuff must know about conditions patient has because, for example, if patient has a pace maker, the use of ultrasonic scaler is strictly forbidden and in this case teeth can be cleaned by manual scalers only. This is just one of the examples. On the plus side stuff is friendly but definitely not going back.

Negative experience: Unfortunately I had to cancel 2 appointment back to back due to family crisis and you dropped me when I'm in agony , no exaggeration, perfect smile I think not And my wife's problem withher filling coming out on 3 occasions. So would not recommend to anyone

Negative experience: I wouldn’t even give a star. Yesterday I went for my dentist my tooth removal cause it’s been infected. The dentist tried to pull and it was unsuccessful, so she referred me to another dentist surgeon for removal which was 3-4 months of waiting. She didn’t managed to remove my tooth. And I was send home with a raised up tooth, swollen, painful as ever. My gums, jawline was swollen. That I ended up calling 111 and an emergency dental appointment to pull out my tooth. So think twice before you book any appointments especially with Millie Collins cause I’m deeply upset with lack of support.

Negative experience: Debbie is always friendly and helpful. Really lovely! Overall a good experience. Had an issue caused by one of the dentist that worked there in the past but unfortunately I was told they couldn’t do anything as she had left. I am also extremely disappointed with a visit to the hygienist. Late last year I was advised to book an appointment by my new dentist at the surgery as it had been over 1Y since I last saw an hygienist. I was in and out within 10-12 minutes. I expected at least a 30-60 minute appointment as that’s the norm. How can you possibly explain an £80+ charge( can’t quite remember the exact amount) when you provide the bare minimum service.

Fantastic experience: I've just had a thoroughly professional service from Dr Tara S and the team at Dental Smile Hammersmith! Having only just signed up as a new patient yesterday, appointments were made for today, and the recommended procedure promptly carried out. Simply unbelievable. Dr Tara and her assistant went through assessing me clearly and concisely, explaining what's going on, what to do next, and how to best care for my teeth. I think late cancellations may be the reason as to why I was seen so quickly - but nevertheless, I was treated really well, and am more than comfortable in having my future appointments there.
