Negative experience: If I could give this place a zero stars I would. They are the worst service I’ve ever encountered! The receptionists are never welcoming and they always look like the absolutely hate their jobs! They are useless. I waited for my daughters appointment for almost 1 hour when I went to check to see what was happening, the receptionist realised she hadn’t put my daughter through the system! What an absolute waste of time!!

Fantastic experience: Woodview dental practice my dentist is next to my Woodview doctors that I am also registered with. The Dental practice I have not long been with, as a NHS patient, and my Dentist David Dharma is very attention to detail, always a thorough checkup, and everything explain really well. I needed a filling, and although difficult it was done really well, and with No discomfort. I can honestly say my dentist, and doctors are both brilliant, nice friendly people, and professionals. Just a big thanks to them both.

Fantastic experience: 15.9.20 had my wisdom tooth extracted by Dr Goosen after being extremely nervous he immediately made me feel comfortable by being upbeat and confident. It was a positive experience and I had nothing to worry about - he was a legend and completely professional talking to me throughout. Today my originally traumatised gappy gum is feeling like nothing had been done to it all - what a relief to have all that agony gone, thanks for that lovely Alfred. I would also like to praise the two amazing Reception ladies who have been at this surgery over 20years Steph and Teresa, they have always been polite and accommodating with my appointments and wonderful personalities so thank you for being such an amazing g dream team. We should all make an effort and spend a few minutes to praise people who go above and beyond in their jobs, it’s all too easy to complain but we forget to make someone’s day by passing on a praise and maki g someone feel special and especially in these unusual times. Fantastic experience: Well it was the first visit and just a check up, David my Dentist struck an accord with me when we exchanged Names. David was true and honest he told me what oral work that needed to be done. I'm booked in for three surgeries too complete the work required. Moving forward the bond of trust was made i think I will be finding out about other services such as dental implants and teeth whitening. I'm impressed so far,thank you.

Fantastic experience: I saw Patricia my dentist now for a couple of years. It was just a check up but she remembered the issues I had had previously and the examination was very gentle and thorough. I asked how my brushing was doing, and she explained in great detail where I was missing and how to remedy it. She is very kind, considerate and doesn't rush. Patricia gave excellent service would definitely recommend.

I was very nervous prior to the health check up but I needn't have worried. I now have a treatment plan and it was a pleasant experience. Reception staff, nurse and the dentist were all very helpful and made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Positive experience: Lady i saw as an emergency was lovely, felt really relaxed (very very anxious, dentist phobia patient)but i now have to suffer with the pain of a broken tooth for 4 months cause my normal dentist is off getting married till end of March. Why can’t another dentist take the tooth out or do a referral to the hospital? So I’m satisfied with the lady I saw on my last visit but very unhappy about the normal dentist.

Negative experience: Absolutely appalled with the level of service both my Husband and I have received! I just left a hygiene appointment and it was the roughest cleaning I have ever had in my life. I have extremely healthy teeth and I came home with cuts all over my gums that took days to heal. I have never had such a negative experience. Furthermore, my Husband was in 3 months ago for a check up/cleaning and a massive cavity was overlooked which is now causing massive issues to his teeth and now requires a root canal. He went in to our old dentist for an emergency appointment and they confirmed there is no way the cavity couldn't have been seen, this was negligence on behalf of the practitioner which has now exacerbated the issue, and is costing us a fortune out of pocket! Find another clinic is your care about your dental health!
