Fantastic experience: From the Linden Tree dental centre feeling of zen to the enormously capable, caring and friendly staff they have taken me from being a really anxious and nervous patient to one who now has no issues going in. I’ve had intensive procedures which I have trusted them to do. Roger, my dentist has earned my trust, 100%. Bit by bit he has addressed my issues, along with educating me to the problems and resolutions. If you are scared, give this place a go. You won’t look back. I was completely amazed.

My wife is also a patient, and she has similar views about her dentist. My main dentist is Roger, who I can’t speak highly enough of. Callum was another dentist who did ‘root canal treatment’ for me, and again his professionalism was very good. The other staff are very helpful and welcoming, which makes a difference when you are visiting a dentist ! I happened to have a serious accident recently, and I required dental treatment in difficult circumstances. The treatment by all the staff, and Roger especially was simply outstanding and very much appreciated.

From the warm, calming atmosphere to the genuinely kind and professional staff, every visit is a positive experience. I have been with the practice for years and everyone from reception team, dentists, specialists to hygienist are kind, chatty, caring and provide professional service. They take the time to explain everything clearly, including fees and make you feel at ease. The clinic is modern, spotlessly clean, and well-organised. Waiting area is more like a lounge than a waiting room! In my experience the appointments always run on time, and booking is very easy reception go above and beyond to help, even calling to make me aware of cancellations so I was seen earlier. If you’re looking for outstanding dental care, I can’t recommend The Linden Tree highly enough!

I even asked to finish it up with gold and they send all measurements etc to make it to order in London and all as expected. Fantastic experience: Recently visited to start dental implant treatment. I am very pleased with the thorough assessment I was given and the professionalism of all the staff. I was made comfortable and put at ease from the moment I entered the Linden tree dental lounge.

Fantastic experience: I had to get root canal treatment on a tooth that had previously had unfinished root canal treatment and I wasn’t looking forward to it (who does?). Calum put me at ease immediately and also explained the process with enough detail and info that it allowed me to understand it better a bit less anxious about it. He was happy for me to out my headphones in and close my eyes (I almost had a snooze) and I was comfortable enough to just let him get on with it. Going to the dentist stresses me out but this was probably the least stressed I’ve ever been. The waiting room is super chilled and the reception staff are lovely.

Fantastic experience: Myself and my fiancé joined the surgery last year wanting to get our teeth done for our wedding. The surgery is very professional and everyone is super friendly. We have both been to Chris for our treatment and couldn’t be happier with the results. Chris has been the best dentist we’ve ever been to by miles. Fantastic experience: It's hard for me to recommend Steffi and her team highly enough. Like many of us I don't view a trip to the dentist with any great enthusiasm but Steffi managed some years ago to convince me of the benefits of implants, quite a few of them in truth as my upper jaw wasn't exactly in great shape :( This is pretty heavyweight dentistry and yet she made it seem quite straightforward and as pleasant as possible. Although I fear it might be a bore for her I like to know what's happening and she is unfailing in her willingness to explain what problems need her attention and how she proposes to tackle them. Her new premises are modern, bright and comfortable and the team she has assembled around her are frankly lovely. If you are a nervous patient or simply appreciate the best that modern dentistry offers there is only one place to go. Oh, and she appreciates Trabants (although 'appreciate' might be too strong a word)!

I have had the pleasure to been treated by Chris for 3 years now. His professionalism, kind and caring nature and superb dental skill has went a long way to vastly reducing the anxiety I had. So much so I have chosen to get my teeth straightened and to use his exceptional skill in orthodontics. It would be remiss of me not to mention that I have met many members of staff from the owners to the dental nurses. The Linden tree has created such a warm and friendly atmosphere for customers. Right from my first appointment I am given a very warm welcome every time I attend by the staff and especially by my dentist Dr. Stephanie Kerr. She is very professional and makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. She explains what she is about to do and continually makes sure I am okay during the procedure. I am very happy with my treatment and looking forward to seeing the implant treatment finished and also a new crown fitted to the adjoining tooth. Fantastic experience: After not being to a dentist for some time, I was delighted with the service that The Linden Tree Dental Lounge provided. They made space for me and put together a plan, working with me and my schedule to get me back on track. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and professional. Despite being a bit apprehensive initially, Roger (my dentist) put me at ease and ensured that all my treatment (yes, including fillings) were done without pain - I was surprised at how easy this was. I can’t speak more highly of how relaxed I felt in what can be a stressful environment. I wished I’d known about them sooner. From a cost perspective, I thought it was reasonable (but to be honest I don’t have anything to compare it to) and would highly recommend. The good thing is that costs are laid out beforehand so I guess there’s a choice if you don’t think that’s the case. It’s by far my best experience with a dentist. Thanks.

Fantastic experience: My childhood memories of dentistry are not pleasant, from the smell of the mask to sickness and pain. During early adulthood I had more than one bad dentist visit and they really stuck with me. I’m nervous whenever I have to go to the surgeries and within the NHS it appears to be crisis management at best with frequent dentist changes which does not allow a therapeutic proffessional relationship to develop. Following the referral, it was with trepidation, anxiety, and pretty terrified really, that I attended the Linden Tree surgery but after 2-3 visits of discussions and treatment planning I began to feel more involved in the decision making and in control. When I met with Dr. Jordan, (Chris) he was like no other dentist I have had before. Doing all he could to alleviate my fears, empower me to make decisions, talk me through proposed treatments and at all times ensured I was coping. He was always enthusiastic about the progress of the treatment which for me was essential as I could feel dispirited at times until eventually I had my smile. Stress balls do help along with Chris's personality and musicality! My feet at times were going along with the bass. To Chris and team, THANKYOU! Fantastic experience: A full dental rehab had been a long held wish after many treatments at various dentists. The loss of a large bridge whilst overseas fast forwarded this wish. I contacted The Linden Tree Dental Lounge on the day of my return after reviewing local Dentists online and liking what I had read about their services. I was introduced to Chris Jordan and a long journey began. I was fearful of many things, including the outcome of the initial examination and what was involved. The work required was more extensive than I anticipated but a clear plan was put in place by Chris if I wished to proceed. As with all good plans they sometimes need to be rethought, as was the case on many occasions. I was always included in all changes to the plan and the final decision to proceed was mine. Over the weeks and months of treatment and procedures my relationship with Chris was always easy and personal with many a good laugh shared. The professionalism and enthusiasm of Chris was infectious and ensured I kept my eye on the prize especially when my spirits were dipping. Length of appointments were adjusted to my needs and the time between ensured I was not overwhelmed. After 12 months my rehab is complete, thanks to Chris, and his unfailing dedication to ensure the best results. The results far exceed my expectations and I now have a smile that I am happy to share.

Fantastic experience: I went to the Linden Tree dental surgery to meet with Dr.Chris Jordan in May 2023 to get a plan for total tooth extraction and new suction dentures.After meeting with Chris I was totally at ease and happy with his plan of action.I had my teeth removed on the 2nd June 2023 and had no pain whatsoever after the extractions.I had immediate dentures fitted .After 9 months I had my new dentures fitted over 5 appointments.Both top and bottom dentures fitted absolutely perfectly and again no discomfort or pain.I’m absolutely delighted with the whole process from start to finish and can’t praise and thank Chris enough for completely changing my life!I feel like a new man and it’s great to be able to smile again.So to sum up ,I had a great experience from the 1st appointment to the final one and would absolutely recommend the Linden Tree Dental Surgery and I’ll always be totally indebted to Dr.Chris Jordan who made the whole process possible with his total professionalism from the very 1st assessment.Thanks again Chris and The Linden Tree!

Fantastic experience: I initially came to the Linden Tree requiring emergency treatment shortly after moving into the area. My initial consultation with Chris identified what was wrong, actioned a quick course of treatment and a full assessment on my teeth/gums; I had not seen a dentist for a couple of years (Covid) and prior to that a series of bad dentistry work which left me frustrated, angry and anxious. I felt Chris really recognised that, not just from what was seen in my scans, but also appreciated that I was feeling apprehensive about further treatment. A second consult was agreed to highlight what further work should be done to bring my teeth up to full health/ correct prior bad dentistry work, including an orthodontic brace to correct my bite/ jaw alignment. Chris was really patient in explaining why this work was needed but equally gave me time to decide if I wanted to proceed as this would require a series of appointments and a long term commitment to the orthodontic brace treatment, once dentistry work was carried out. Chris was brilliant throughout, really helped me feel at ease and has walked me through every single appointment so far. The majority of dentistry work is now complete and I’m 18 months through my ortho brace with approx 6 to go, Chris has also provided message support when the App identified any issues that I could resolve myself and avoid any more appointments. Chris is the first dentist I have ever trusted and I no longer feel anxious about attending appointments at the Linden Tree.

Fantastic experience: From the receptionist to the dentist himself, it was a lovely experience. The clinic itself was clean and nicely decorated. The dentist had a student with him when I was there and he explained everything in detail, good job I didn't understand what he was talking about! Should I need treatment in the future, this would be my first choice.

Fantastic experience: Having not visited a dentist for several years post covid I decided to try The Linden Tree and was impressed by the premises, the team and equipment on my initial assessment visit. The subsequent remedial treatment I required was fully explained and carried out to a very high standard primarily by Roger and Calum but my thanks extend to the entire team for their professionalism and welcoming attitude.

Fantastic experience: To update my previous review which I posted after my first set of treatments… I have now had two implants fitted by Steffi as well as my regular dental needs catered for by Roger. The implant experience was excellent and I am very happy with the results. I was a bit daunted at the prospect but each step of the process was explained thoroughly and we moved on to the next step only as I was ready. I cannot praise the team at the Linden Tree enough.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to the Linden Tree for a few years now. The service is simply amazing. You actually look forward to going to the dentist. I was previously with a practice in Kirkcaldy and I used to hate attending as they seemed to take pleasure in having about 15 instruments and 5 elbows in your mouth at once, all the while trying to make you drown in your own saliva. The linden tree is so calming and so good at what they do, I've almost fallen asleep while Stephie is filling a tooth. I used to always require an anaesthetic for a hygienist visit at my previous dentist. But because Stephie and her team are making real, lasting ongoing improvements to my oral health and I can now have a hygienist scale and polish with no injections and no pain. Thats pretty great in my book and shows they arent just sticking fillings in - they are really improving my teeth for the long term. Highly recommended.
