Fantastic experience: I managed to get both of my children registered at Patchway Dental Practice as NHS patients in 2024. It was the only dental surgery within an 8 mile radius of our home taking on any new NHS patients at that time. All the staff at Patchway Dental have been very friendly & welcoming. Any additional care needs or concerns raised by myself, &/or my children, have been met with kindness, understanding & professionalism by the dental team. I'm very happy with the standard of care provided. For us, it's worth the 15-20 minute drive it takes to get there!

Fantastic experience: Been seeing Chris, since he started at the practice (I think). Had a check up today, also, had a ‘chipped’ tooth. He repaired it, don’t know how, but he did a brilliant job! Can’t recommend him highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Great reception staff, Great Dentist never had any problems and they always look out for my family's health, I always receive reminders when a appointment is close.

Fantastic experience: First visit as a urgent appointment, very pleasant staff and helpful treatment. Would recommend. Second appointment was very quick for replacement temporary filling, hopefully all ok now for Christmas. Lovely staff Second visit to complete treatment for new crown. As before all excellent. No problems and no long waits. Lovely staff.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dental surgery, very accommodating, lovely friendly receptionists. The dentist is really good with my dad who has dementia, very understanding and explains everything to him clearly and very patient.

Fantastic experience: I've been with this practice for 25 years, with the same dentist. I'm one of those annoying people who doesn't have any fillings or require any work done, but Chris Conlon has always paid careful attention to ensure that remains the case, including X-ray check ups on a tooth that he had some concern about for a while. I cannot speak highly enough about him, the dental nurses and the reception staff, and highly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for the last 30+ years, and I have always had good treatment. The staff are always friendly and reassuring, especially as I'm a nervous patient. I have never had a problem getting an emergency appointment on the couple of occasions when it has been necessary.

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit today 21st February and I was delighted with the helpfulness & friendliness of the reception staff & really wanted to give positive feedback as I have tried other dentists before. I met my new dentist Ali and her assistant ( sorry didn't know her name) & they immediately made me feel very comfortable indeed. I had a clean whilst they were waiting for xray & this was the most comfortable I have had in a long time ( and I have quite sensitive teeth at times). 5 Stars! Since then I've been going regularly and the staff are always cheerful and helpful. If I could post music it would be Tina Turner's "Simply the Best"

Fantastic experience: I have been with Patchway Dental Practice since 1997 and love the fact it has been in the community many years. The Practice is accessible, with a car park opposite. Staff are always welcoming. Having a disability can be a problem but my dentist is on ground level. Chris is very professional, considerate and explains whatever he is doing... Lovely dentist

My Dentist Mr Conlon is very thorough and rarely lets me down if at all with my appointments and my hygienist today, Pati I think is her name who I had for the first time was very good and helped to explain things thoroughly to me. Definite 5 stars from me.

Fantastic experience: Moved here from mydentist in bradley stoke as they kept cancelling my childrens appointments (and they were private with them) I can not fault this practice. NHS dentist. Really helpful and great with the kids. Can't fault them. One of my children has anxiety of new places and people and he left relieved and happy to go back in 6 months

I wouldnt go anywhere else my dentist is amazing and always listens to my fears on certain things if i need an emergency appoinment then i get one straight away.
