Fantastic experience: I, like many others, have dentaphobia. In the past 25 years I have only been 4 times. I realised I had to get some work done so went to Barlick dentist. They were so kind and understanding. I am now going regularly and my teeth are so much better. I highly recommend them

Positive experience: Happy with my care so far, my only gripe is my first hygienist appointment was changed and I ended up seeing the dentist that checked my teeth on my first ever check up ( not long joined) and not a hygienist. I felt I didn't really have much of a clean and especially since she referred me in the first place for a hygienist appointment so they could concentrate on my back molars. This didn't happen. Since I get 2 cleans per year, I just hope that my next clean is by the hygienist. Also whilst I waited a little while, once I was in the chair there was a 'cock up' with them not seeing me in the plan, and I've been paying into it for 3 months. I wouldn't have paid £71 for that clean at all, as it was suggested I would hsve to unless clear the matter up. After the assistant ran downstairs to check and confirm I'm in the plan AND I did get my mobile banking proof up too. It was a bit of a shambles that day, I'm hoping it was down to the apparent computer system troubles. Everyone is lovely here aside. I just wanted to let you know my slight issue and hope it doesn't happen again. After all it's so hard to find a dentist you're happy with nowadays. Update: happy with the service so far this year 2025, just had a filling done which I was nervous about and they were fab at calming me and making sure I was comfortable. It turned out not too bad at all. Thankyou!!

Fantastic experience: Yesterday after a full and previous day of pain also through the night from my back tooth i was fragile and extremely sore i rung the surgery first thing and spoke to Sarah who was so compassionate to my situation, she then organised a meeting with Richard and by mid afternoon all was dealt with and my tooth removed, i am so thankful to you all at Diamond Smiles you guys are really the best !...............Thank you so much ! I had my check up yesterday and again i had a very positive and great experience here at Diamond Smiles. I've even asked for my partner to transfer over to Richard as I'm so pleased with Richards committed practice. Keep up the great work you guys !

Nafisa is warm, friendly, and highly professional — qualities that are equally reflected in her wonderful team, including the lovely reception staff. I sincerely wish Nafisa every success at the new Barlick Dental Studio, and for the first time in years, I can honestly say I’m looking forward to my next visit to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service as always with all the staff - Roz on reception was excellent with great customer service and a smiling and helpful manner. Richard as always was great and sorted my problem out along with his dental nurse.

Negative experience: Cancelled my appointment with one hour notice. Said they would call back later that day to rearrange, never called back. I rang them 2 days later and was informed, the earliest they could get me in was 3 months time. Not great customer service.

Positive experience: The service is good overall. Here is the feedback for the management team: there seems to be an issue with reception being able to print statements and receipts in my last 4 visits over two years. This is a problem because it stops me from claiming the visits on health insurance. Unless it is resolved, I won’t be able to afford to come to you.

Fantastic experience: First time going back to a dentist in a few years, due to nerves and bad experiences with past dentists. However, the staff knew I was very anxious and were excellent, they kept talking throughout the procedure and reassuring me and it did make me feel more at ease, at one point I thought it got quite relaxing . Would definitely recommend to anyone who's anxious about the dentist, they were so patient and brilliant, very happy.

Fantastic experience: A couple of appointments with Richard in the last week , I was given an appointment promptly as I’d broken a tooth ‍♀️. When I got there I’d got a bit upset as I’ve never had a tooth out in my life and was worried that this would happen !! Ruth came to talk to me and calmed me down , Richard was very reassuring as usual . Once Richard had checked what was wrong he said he would manage to save the tooth and did . I was so happy with the outcome . Richard and his team are so professional and caring . I had another appointment which was my usual check up and this was done well and Richard is always careful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and would recommend Richard to anyone who has a fear like I do . 5 stars

I really struggle with all dental work after a bad experience as a child. I can not praise Dr Salik Khan enough. His kind and professional manner really helped and you really can tell the pride he takes in his work. Explained everything and checked I was okay throughout. Finally found a great dentist
