Fantastic experience: A little update - I kept coming back to Zental for my hygiene and check ups, and the team are just absolutely amazing, from lovely receptionist to the dentist and nurses, always reassuring, kind, friendly. I came a long way from not seeing a dentist in 15 years to being on top of my teeth health and good hygiene. Now coming to see Dr Yousif or have a hygiene with Zaynab is like coming to see a friend :) love every visit to Zental! With every visit my dental anxiety levels becomes lower and lower. I can't believe how far I have come from not being able to even sit in the chair - to now confidently walking in, my teeth getting healthier and I feel confident to visit this practise and I am actually looking forward seeing my dentist, hygienist and nurses again! :) never thought I would be saying this! I am so grateful that Zental MK team made me feel like it's nothing shameful about asking for help, that it's all for the better and there is always a plan to make everything better. If you are like me - terrified to take the first step towards healthier teeth - this practise is the one you should go to! Fantastic experience: Best dentists i have ever personally had! All the staff at the surgery are so lovely and kind and make you feel welcome. The dentists and hygienists are great - they really listen to you and take the time to explain things clearly and do everything they can to put you at ease. I had to have my top left wisdom tooth removed and my usual dentist Yousif was wonderful. He explained everything that was going to happen and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I couldn't believe how quickly he removed the tooth and was very thorough im explaining the after care and what to look out for. All in all, could not fault this place - they are a lovely team and you'll be in good hands.

At this last appointment had an appointment with Noor Mohammed for a check up but Noor kindly fixed a missing tooth which I am truly appreciative. Fantastic experience: It was necessary that i find a new dentist as my local clinic (Stony Stratford) changed their policies. Having scoured the internet i was most impressed by the Zental website and thought i would book visit to check them out. This was the best decision i could have made, as the professionalism with set up and customer care is exceptional. I felt as though i was being dealt with in a courteous manner and the treatment plan we discussed was sensible and i must say at a reasonable price and certainly less than other local clinics. It was even suggested that i need not have certain treatments that i thought i needed as was not necessary. I have recently completed an implant treatment and was led through every stage by Dr Salman Primohamed who is extremely personable and dedicated to his work. I now have my wife attending this clinic as well, i cannot commend highly enough. Also special mention to Chloe on reception for her people skills

Fantastic experience: What an amazing experience. The team are so friendly. I brought my 15yr son for a consultation and in 1 session it has changed his oral health care. I have learnt so much knowledge on my teeth which in nearly 40yrs has never been explained to me.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended dental practice. Had my first proceedure today, so didn't know what to expect. Had a a back tooth removed and due to my extreme gag reflux/Hiatus Hernia had to be sedated. All the staff were absolutely amazingly friendly and helpful throughtout. I have no memory of the tooth being removed, experienced no pain whatsoever and only felt like I had been in the chair for 10 minutes instead of the 45 mins. I would highly recommend Zental to anyone who experiences similar issues as me, as they 100% understand and explain eveything all the time. The dentist/anethetist is fabulous.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting the Zental practice in Milton Keynes since it opened. You are always welcomed in by the friendly reception staff who always have any documentation or consent form ready in electronic form, no waiting to fill loads of forms in. This practice itself has a spa like feel with soft furnishing in the waiting room with calming music perfect if you are a nervous patient. The Dentists themselves are very knowledgeable and always give time to ask questions. I never feel rushed and after a root canal, tooth extraction and implant all done at Zental, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice. I also bring my children ages 6 and 8 and again they are just brilliant with them, which is reassuring for any parent. If you are looking for a friendly, understanding and approachable dental practice then look no further then Zental Milton Keynes.

Fantastic experience: To say I was a nervous patient would be an understatement!!! I had neglected my teeth & truly regret it. When four teeth became wobbly I knew I had a problem I couldn’t ignore. So I contacted Zental, all I can say is TOP NOTCH. Having four front teeth out is not easy when you’re so vain like myself (just being truthful) putting that trust in someone hoping & praying in the back of your mind all will be ok. I can say with absolute confidence my experience has so far exceeded my expectations & I have been treated with kindness & consideration the entire time. Fantastic experience: Dr Yousif Alwandi is, quite simply, an exceptional dentist. He did an incredible job on my teeth (composite veneers and replacement crown) which have given me gorgeous (but still natural looking) teeth and a greatly improved bite. In addition, the front desk is welcoming, the consulting rooms are beautiful and parking is available directly outside, should you need it.

Customer care is a top priority for every team member you see, you aren’t rushed in and out, they take everything at your pace continually checking you are ok throughout your visit. I’ve had general appts as well as extensive dental treatment (bridge and currently implants) but I know each time I visit I’m in safe hands. Fantastic experience: Great service, great work, great staff. I've had a few appointments with Zental by now and I've not once had anything negative to say. Staff are nice, friendly and always with a smile. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Reception staff is flexible with appointments and happy to accommodate your circumstances. I can't comment on the pricing as I utilise insurance and haven't shopped around, so I have no idea what's considered a good price in this sector.

Fantastic experience: EDIT: after being with Yousif for a few years now I finally tried having work done without being sedated! On the day I was filled with anxiety however Yousif done everything to ensure I was ok and put me at ease. Now after having the work done I can say that it was nowhere near as bad as I was expecting. Yousif was so patient and so great, nothing was too much hassle. He explained everything in such detail and just really helped put me at ease. Yousif has supported me throughout the years to get to this point and I am so so grateful! After 28 years of being absolutely petrified, its such a relief to have finally started to face those fears. Now onwards and upwards! Cannot fault any of the staff here, everyone is just great and it really is the best dental practice there is. The best dentist I have ever used. As someone who has always had a huge fear of dentists and normally avoids any kind of appointments, coming here has really been a positive experience. Yousif has been my regular dentist for a while now and he's always been very patient and understanding with me and and quick at making me feel at ease. They understand the level of fear I have and work with me to make me as comfortable as possible. Although most of the treatment I have had here has been while sedated, it's never been a bad experience and if anything, it feels that they do really want to help me get to a point where I am not so scared, and will help me towards that goal at my own pace. Always a really nice atmosphere when you walk in and there's never that overpowering 'dentist' smell thats usually quite daunting from the get go. All the staff are fantastic here from those on reception to dentists and hygienists and so on.

They take the time to get to know you, explain everything clearly, ask questions and most importantly the dental work they do is very thorough and to a high standard. Negative experience: When you go to have a estimate for extensive implants and find they charge a ludicrous and mercenary £200 each for consecutive extractions ,which probably would equate to perhaps a generous hour, with a complacent attitude of working for the NHS , doesn’t impress me to part with my money. This explains the waste in the NHS who employ these greedy imports .

Fantastic experience: I was having pain with a wisdom tooth and booked an appointment to see Dr Yousif Alwande as he was well recommended. Within the space of a week, I had my emergency/diagnostic appointment and a separate appointment for treatment. I knew I was in safe hands with Yousif, and didn't feel rushed at all. I was impressed with the whole process and the efficiency. Both dentist and nurse ensured the procedure went smoothly and I was genuinely surprised at how pain free it was. I'd happily book to see Dr Yousif again All staff at Zental were friendly and approachable 10/10 highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff and dentist, I have a bit of a phobia of dentists but the dentist put me at ease and was very reassuring and understanding. Having broken a tooth I had to visit a dentist for the first time in years having had very bad past experiences but the temporary filling I had was pain free and the dentist talked me through everything she was doing. Had my first fillings in 40 years today, so was very nervous as the last time I had a filling was a very traumatic experience. Today was great, the dentist put me fully at ease and talked me through everything she was doing. Even the injection wasn't bad as my gums were numbed before.

Met by Shannon on reception who was so helpful in filling in the form. Then Dr Ina who was kind and exceptional in explaining what she would do and what to expect, even her assistant Sophie was quietly encoraging in the background. A great service and experience the like I have not seen before. Thank you to you all for dealing with my emergency so well.

I was treated by Dr. Zara and her team and they were extremely friendly, professional and pleasant to book with. Fantastic experience: Great dentists!! I was so impressed by the care and knowledge of the consultant who saw me. I needed urgent help as my fixed retainer broke. I mostly get treatment abroad as getting dental treatment in the UK is usually not a positive experience. But these guys are really good. I have found my “local” dentist. Fantastic experience: I drive 45 mins away to go to a place where everyone is caring. The front desk team and the dentists are all lovely and so so helpful. Fixed my problem the same day!

Fantastic experience: I’ve always been a bit nervous of going to a dentist, but that’s normal right? So when I arrived for my first (free quote) appointment I was just as normal. Heart rate up etc.. but because it was an assessment for treatment there wasn’t any actual treatment to be done. Now go to September 2023 and the big day of my operation for “teeth in a day”. I knew I was having sedation so was pretty calm about the whole thing. I was prepared for the meds then laid down. The rest of the day is lost to me. No pain no trauma of having several teeth pulled and 6 implants put in. So perfect for me. Next thing I know I’m being woken to make sure I’m ok. Fine apparently. Then sleep until the bridge is ready. A while later I left with a full bridge of teeth. From then on I had regular visits to check how it was healing. Dr Salman is meticulous in everything he does. If it’s not right or how he expects then (in my case) I had to stay on a liquid diet for an extra 2 weeks. No problem. Then regular checkups until this week, April 22nd, I get my final permanent bridge in. It is beyond anything I could have wished for. The colour match is perfect, the size and shape is as close to proper natural teeth than I could ask for. It does feel strange but it’s different to what’s been in since September so it’s bound to be strange. I’ll get used to it soon enough. The whole process has been amazing. The people in the practice are amazing. Kind, polite, understanding and nothing is too much for them. They really are the perfect team. If you are thinking about dental work for a perfect smile then I doubt you will find anyone better than Dr Salman and his excellent team at Zental. I actually look forwards to visiting my dentist now. Who knew that’d happen? Not me.

I had extreme toothache and phone Zental. From the moment I booked to the moment I left I felt so safe and reassured. I had lots of work completed over 5 appointments using sedation. Zarah was amazing to say the least. I felt so comfortable the whole time and finally got the work completed of years and years of not visiting a dentist. I came here 2 months ago for an emergency appointment, I felt like Dr Zarah Ahmed and Emma-Jane Brown (I think), looked after me so well. Even the lady at the desk was very helpful and welcoming and made the experience great. I couldn't ask for a better dentist. You won't make a mistake coming here!
