She is very kind and knowledgeable and explained everything clearly and thoroughly, especially what is advisable in terms of routine care. The hour-long session included airflow cleaning, which I would highly recommend. Also, Dr. Zola is incredibly thorough and helpful, always taking the time to explain everything in detail - which is especially valuable for patients like me who hadn’t been to the dentist regularly before.

Fantastic experience: 25.3.25 After having the Invisalign for 8 months, Dr Leila removed them today. The results are amazing and my teeth look and feel the way I had imagined. I can smile with confidence now. I've seen Dr Leila periodically for assessing the Invisalign and receiving the next sets. Since the treatment started, Dr Leila has taken me through all the steps of the process. I have always felt supported by all the staff at the dental center. The reason why I chose Dr Leila was to help me with a phobia I had developed towards dentists. The last time I went to a dentist was for the removal of an extra tooth in the front. Although the procedure is painful in itself, I relieved the pain every time I thought about dentists. I decided to approach the negative impression gradually. Since the first appointment, Dr Leila has helped me with this aspect as well. After the Invisalign treatment, I also feel different about dentists in general. I recommend Dr Leila and the dental center to everyone. Thank you. 25.2.25 I can see major changes thanks to Invisalign braces. After a few hours the next set of braces feel very comfortable. Thank you to Dr Leyla and the staff for the support and information. 6.12.24 I had my second visit today with Dr Leila to assess and receive the next sets of invisaligns. The progress is visible and in the correct direction. The staff always make me feel welcomed and supported. Fantastic experience: Dr Leila and Nurse/ Receptionist Tahera have made my experience to this dentist really comfortable on every visit in the last few years.

Negative experience: Zero stars. Awful, awful money grabbing company. I had an appointment with them through a third party so that I could get some clear aligners, and the dentist there told me that I would need two fillings and a clean before I could proceed. They wanted to charge me hundreds of pounds for this. I had a second opinion from my NHS dentist who gave me a clean, but confirmed I didn't need the fillings. I even had a third opinion from a highly regarded professional orthodontist, who confirmed that I didn't need any fillings. When I told LDC about this they refused to continue with proceeding with the aligners, stating that they just want "to provide the best course of action for your oral health". I'm sure having unnecessary fillings with do more harm to my oral health than not. I am also not willing to fork out money for something that I don't need, and could do me more damage in the long-term. It isn't surprising the third party I'm getting my aligners with has cut ties with them after numerous complaints from others. They're just trying to con you out of money. Find a better dentist that will not LIE TO YOU FOR MONEY. UPDATE: I can't respond to LDC's comments so will here. I won't be taking my review down, despite you asking me to do this on the phone. 1. Clarifying Your Remarks "Your claim that our partners have cut ties with us is incorrect. We’ve provided you with the contact details for our partners’ head of business relations to verify this independently. We’re open to discussing why this statement was made, as it’s simply untrue". - This was told to me by the independent party - please take this up with them. 2. Dental Responsibility "Aligner treatment should only proceed when oral health is in good condition, as aligners can accelerate decay by reducing saliva circulation, which protects enamel. Our senior dentist and oral surgeon reviewed your case and determined that treatment was necessary before starting aligners. We’ve offered full transparency by sharing your X-rays, scans, and notes with you and any dentists you consult. If another dentist has chosen to proceed without addressing these concerns, that is their decision and liability. We cannot, in good conscience, take that risk with your oral health. It’s worth noting that on October 4th, we requested a letter from your NHS dentist confirming you were fit for aligners, along with consent from you acknowledging the risks of proceeding without addressing these issues. Unfortunately, these steps were not taken." Two other dentists and orthodontists have taken their own x-rays, so why would they need to see yours? They found the same outcomes as each other, but not the same as you - interesting. 3. Financial Motivation "There’s no financial gain for us in delaying or denying aligner treatment. If profit were our goal, we could have moved forward without raising concerns. Additionally, we encouraged you to complete the necessary treatment with any dentist of your choice, further demonstrating our commitment to your health, not profit." The treatment WAS NOT NECESSARY. I don't know how many times I have to say this. If two other professionals say that I don't need fillings, I'm not going to get them just because you say so. Of course you had financial motivation as you wanted me to have this done at your clinic. This is the reason I went elsewhere in the first place, so that I could have this work done with my NHS dentist, because I BELIEVED YOU as a healthcare service, only to find that my NHS dentist said I didn't need it. I then got a third opinion who said the same as the NHS dentist. I do not need fillings and you refused to continue the treatment without these fillings being done. So yes, your motivations are clearly for financial gain. Please stop contacting me either through here or by phone. I had a terrible experience with your company and you are still adamant that you are right when two other professionals say otherwise. I don't trust you. My opinions will not change.

How mistaken I was… Dr. Arthie was very gentle and friendly. He carefully outlined everything I needed to know about my oral health and informed me of the various options available for dental care - all judgement free. I also really appreciate that he didn’t push any treatment options with fear mongering tactics for financial gain, but instead proposed some with very clear reasonings and potential alternatives. I’m quite nervous towards dental work, so I did ask many questions, but thankfully Dr. Arthie had clear answers for them all which was very reassuring. Even outside of the dental treatment itself, I have a very dynamic schedule which makes it difficult to arrange appointments, but the receptionist was very accommodating to my preferences. Fantastic experience: I visited this dentist to get a second opinion and decided to switch to them 100% Dr Arthie is very knowledgeable but most importantly, he is not a salesman. I had this situation with dentists in the past, quoting me for this I did not actually need or being pushy to use their products etc. I ended up purchasing a mouth ward with them and is by far the best fitting mouth ward I ever got. Reception team is brilliant and responsive. So far I haven’t had emergency situations (fingers crossed) so my feedback is for general attention and bruxism

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend London Dental Centre and, especially, Dr Leila Nebia. I needed an emergency appointment in when I arrived in London at the tail-end of a long European holiday. The nerve pain I was experiencing from an infected tooth had become excruciating and my management plan was not working. I was able to book an appointment online for the next day. When I arrived, the Receptionist was welcoming and the dentist was on time - 2 positives! I had obtained a referral letter and some historical x-rays from my dentist at home. Dr Nebia studied my history, performed a thorough examination and took her own x-rays. She then explained in detail, the new management plan, which included antibiotics, pain kills, pre-biotics and a follow-up visit with my usual dentist once I arrived home. She wrote a thorough explanation of her findings to my dentist. Thank you! The service was wonderful and I felt very comfortable and confident in the care of London Dental Centre. Dr Nebia's plan was enough to get me home without having the remainder of my holiday ruined and the information she provided my usual dentist enabled her to make some quick treatment decisions on my return. I hope I don't have to visit again - given I live in Australia (!) but would recommend to anyone in London.
