Naturally I was a bit anxious but the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The dentist was incredibly gentle and reassuring, making my daughter feel completely at ease throughout the procedure. The receptionist is always so friendly and welcoming, it's the kind of place where you immediately feel in good hands from the moment you walk in. The service overall is exceptional - professional, caring, and efficient.

She came right to our home and handled all four of us in one visit, making the entire experience easy, comfortable, and stress-free. She was amazing with my two sons (12 and 14), explaining everything in a way they understood while keeping them relaxed and at ease. Monica took the time to really listen to each of us as we shared our current and past dental concerns, and she asked all the right questions to make sure nothing was overlooked. Her professionalism is matched by her warmth — she’s approachable, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about her patients. She even recommended a few products for me to try for mild dry mouth, which I’ve already started using and loving. Negative experience: I visited this practice on the recommendation of my orthodontist, as it is located nearby. While registration went smoothly, my appointment was disappointing. The dentist seemed unaware of why I was there and did not appear to have reviewed my case notes, despite me previously explaining about my temporary NHS filling. He was impatient and even sighed when I asked a question, which left me feeling embarrassed. The treatment options explained were confusing, and when I asked for the information to be emailed with a price breakdown, his response was, “I will try,” which felt dismissive. Overall, I felt neglected and undervalued as a patient, and I decided not to continue treatment with this practice. I hope they improve their communication and professionalism for future patients.

Fantastic experience: Everyone it’s very helpful.

Negative experience: Literally a 3 month wait for the soonest appointment for PRIVATE pay and bad customer service/receptionist in terms of answering questions, etc. Went with a different practice which seems absolutely lovely. Update response to their reply: I reiterate the fact that I was not attempting to be an NHS patient. My new patient appointment was for PRIVATE pay. I cancelled the appointment due to it being 3 months out and me finding a better practice.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely first class service yesterday by Dr. Yehyah Hamandi. Recommended by my friendly and highly efficient hygienist Kirsty Ives. As a new patient Dr. Yehya immediately put me at ease with his calming approach and attention to detail. He was able to explain techniques and procedures with such knowledge in a way that I understood. I didn't feel rushed and really felt listened to. My concerns were addressed and clear expectations for further treatments were discussed. I never felt under any pressure, just a warm welcoming experience. I highly recommend Dr. Yehya and thankful for his care yesterday.

I paid 210f for a tooth check. 5 minutes of work. I do not recommend amateur service and people They don't speak English well .ps. they really stretch your money. I knew Neringa was very experienced and true professional as I often followed her work and read patients testimonials which were raving about a perfect smile. Fantastic experience: Just had another very good session with the dental hygienist. It’s not the most pleasant of procedures(!), but the hygienist took care to explain what was happening, and to check on my welfare, all the way through. My teeth feel - and look - much better!

Fantastic experience: I'm terrified of Dentists. Haven't seen one in 10 years .... Eww I know... I've lived with it, don't come for me. On top of that, being a Trans-man I'm always worried about how I'm perceived and what is and isn't allowed on paperwork while still waiting on legal papers. Claire on reception is a GEM! She so kind, knowledgeable I even didn't know they had a ramp but she was on it when it came to my wheelchair, she's a fantastic face of the practice, really attentive. Dr Majed and his colleague are also incredibly kind and understanding. They listened to my fears, they didn't rush me, they were patient when I had a slight dizzy episode because of my POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome). The whole team from the moment I 'rolled in' were absolutely amazing and now I have a whole month of treatments coming up to get me back to where I should be. P.s. my treatments aren't nearly as bad as expected... They're just making it easier for my medical conditions to handle by breaking them into smaller appointments. I am hoping this is finally going to be a dental relationship that heals years of trauma.

Negative experience: Now left this dentist. No half year check ups ever scheduled for NHS OR private and would never allow me to book. Private fees are through the roof, poorly scheduled and limited, not the best of treatment or diagnoses either. This places caused me two failed crowns which they tried to make me pay for again. On two occasions when I knew my tooth was infected they sent me away in pain. My new dentist is bewildered by the work that has been done, is confused why private patients are paying so much here and even more confused why they aren’t a priority. For context I now pay more than half less for private. So far, it’s been excellent. Avoid this practice especially if you want NHS. You’ll be left with no jaw left. Praise the lord I have a new dentist!!!!!

Una, the co-ordinator and linchpin of the whole place, is so down to earth and excellent at what she does. The hygienist experience is like no other I've had, it's definitely a spa experience. The x-ray equipment, cameras and other equipment they use is far better than other dentists I've used. And most of all, my dentist- Dr Vera Da Silva, is incredible. She is an artist. So professional and her skill astounds me. Not like any dentist I've visited in my life (and there have been many over the years) Usually visiting the dentist is a traumatic experience, but seeing Dr Vera at Vitaliteeth is actually really enjoyable

Negative experience: I'm glad I didn't have to pay for the "treatment " . Due to being between jobs. Overall a very poor experience. I went there on an emergency with a really bad tooth ache .I was sure I had an infection because you could see my gum and nerve swollen. The dentist cleaned the are and sent me home without antibiotics. He told me if the pain persist, phone nhs 24. I was shocked really, what was the point of me attending, when that night I had to call nhs 24. For them to tell me what I already knew, that I had an infection. Got sent home with antibiotics. I will never be back to this dentist. A complete waste of time. I can't remember the name of the dentist. Some Canadian guy
