Fantastic experience: Great dental care! Called in, new patient , as an emergency wisdom tooth needed to be extracted earlier than it was planned by another practice that didn't have any availability before we go on holiday abroad. Evie (the receptionist ) went above and beyond to arrange an appointment for the next day, have an OPG X-Ray done and extraction the day after (earlier today). The dentist who carried out the OPG yesterday was Dr. Anisha, assisted by Lauren as the dental nurse. They were very calm and kindly explained the process before proceeding. Today, Dr. Dilan, with Shenella as the assisting nurse saw me for the actual extraction. Again, super professional, calm and kind, explaining every step of the way. Had to have a second local anaesthetic as my pain tolerance isn't great. However, after that everything was done pretty quickly and I didn't even feel the tooth coming out. I'm just glad and grateful that all these people made the effort to accommodate me. Big thank you to all of you that dealt with me over the last three days!

Fantastic experience: We found brookside and the wonderful Dr Ravi about 2 years ago. My daughter, Leah, then 15 has real issues with her teeth. She is missing several and was bullied dreadfully as a result. Ravi was the first dentist who immediately had a plan. He referred us on to an orthodontist and together, they have worked miracles. Leah has the most amazing smile now, she has no gaps and her confidence has grown massively. We are all jealous of her smile and are saving to have ours done! I genuinely cannot thank Dr Ravi enough. Also massive thanks to the wonderful Evie on reception who always did her best to find us an appointment. I cannot recommend Brookside highly enough.

Positive experience: Brookside Dental provides a welcoming environment with great staff and dentists, and their use of technology, such as 3D scanning, is impressive. However, my experience with routine check-ups was not entirely aligned with my expectations. Attending without significant dental issues, I was surprised by the recommendation for multiple fillings. Seeking a second opinion elsewhere, the assessment was more consistent with my previous dental history, with no immediate work recommended. It's understandable that different dentists may have varying approaches, but for me the experience led me to question the recommendations in my routine treatment care plan. ADDENDUM: I was grateful to receive a phone call from Dentist and practice manager, who was very receptive of the feedback, apologetic and offered an reasoned explanation of the miscommunication in my care. I am highly supportive of a practice that is willing to learn, take steps to continue to improve, support others in this ethos and receive public facing feedback.

Fantastic experience: I had really bad toothache that came on all of a sudden over a weekend. I called Brookside on Monday morning and they found me an appointment that day (I’m on one of their monthly plans) where they diagnosed the issue and did an xray. The day after that I started treatment and two weeks later I had a root canal procedure. I felt confident I’d had really professional advice and although the whole thing was a bit daunting, I knew I’d be well looked after. I really appreciated the kindness and expertise of the dentists and dental nurses who treated me, and the lovely reception staff deserve a mention too - they are so efficient, ensured I was seen quickly, and have been really thorough following up. Fantastic experience: I was recently talking about dental treatment with a couple of friends and explaining just how good Dr Ravi has been. Turns out my friends were also Brookside clients anyway, but I would have recommended if not! I used to hate dental check ups and treatment. I probably spent 10-15 years neglecting regular check ups because of the 'fear' I had of going. Then I moved back to Market Harborough and signed up with Brookside, met Dr Ravi and have never once feared a check up since. Dr Ravi is the best dentist I've ever had and makes me feel at ease, relaxed and like a friend every time I visit. I can't recommend him and his team enough. If you're looking for a dentist in Market Harborough, well done - you just found one.

I had my initial consultation with Dr Anisha who was fantastic. She was extremely thorough and professional and happy to answer all of my questions. Fantastic experience: The team were fantastic, great customer service at the reception and Ravi has been re-assuring the whole way through. I had dental implants, and the process was a bit of an ordeal, but well worth it for the end result. If I had any concerns they had me straight back to check everything was ok. You cannot tell I had anything done, they have matched my teeth colour, shape and size perfectly

Fantastic experience: I always leave reviews to places that matter to me either good or bad I don’t live in Market Harbour but I picked this place because of the reviews and I wasn’t happy with our dentist in Wellingborough So I went there did a checkup and Dr Yelena told me to have an appointment with hygienist Jessica and then to some work on my teeth (fillings) I have massive anxiety about going to the dentist due to bad experience when I was quite young so you can imagine the stress Hygienist Jessica ! I was so scared of cleaning my teeth but Jessica was absolutely amazing. She did an amazing job and she numb me very well. I thought I will do just one session and see you never but after she cleaned my teeth with care and loads of sweat (from my side) I’m definitely coming to see her every 6 months and let her do her magic Dr Yelena Now I was hoping to see Dr Ravi due to the amount of reviews here so I was a bit skeptic but also stressed of course After my cleaning today I saw Dr Yelena and let me tell you - she needs much more reviews. She was absolutely amazing with me. She numb my area and she was so careful and thoughtful with me. For those who are scared like me (couldn’t sleep all night and sweating my palms just the thought to go to the dentist) please do not worry - these Dr and hygienist are amazing And lastly the receptionist all of them are just super lovely and friendly (we need more of you at practices) I really want to repeat myself and thank you Jessica and Dr Yelena for seeing me and take care of me My partner will change his dentist to you guys due to my experience and will bring my two babies here as well Thank you Andreea

Fantastic experience: As part of this review I must explain that I am British but live in France. I first visited Brookside Dental 3 years ago to investigate the possibility of improving my dental hygiene and correcting years of decay and poor management. I had stopped smiling and would steer away from eating many of my favourite foods. My self confidence in public was very low. Over time, I had more than several implants and crowns fitted. I began to smile again and it would not be an understatement to say it changed my life. Brookside Dental are magnificent and despite the inconvenience, I return each year for my annual check-up. Ravi and his team are superb, always accommodating and from start to finish guided me through the complete process. I would recommend them unreservedly, thank you all.

Positive experience: My experience at this private dental clinic was good. I underwent two dental fillings. At the start I was informed what to expect from the procedure. This reassured me , there was also a television in the room positioned at the ceiling , which helped to calm my nerves. The dental surgeon,nurse were efficient and professional. The receptionist was helpful and attentive.

Fantastic experience: Having been a patient of NHS dentists all my life and having gum disease causing teeth to work loose and need taking out without anything wrong with them, I decided to go to Brookside Dental. In just a few months they have transformed my mouth. I've had 3 extractions, 2 white fillings and new denture made for me and advice on brushing etc following a deep clean from the hygienist. I might only have 16 teeth left, but they feel healthy and strong and I am now keeping them really clean. Thank you Brookside dental, I am so happy

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Brookside enough, from the caring ladies on Reception (Evie consoled me over the phone after an accident' which was much needed), to the appointments with Ravi ... 100% care. I fell and damaged a cap and root of tooth. The treatment I received was beyond amazing ... even down to them having to suffer Elvis on the screen above me whilst removing my tooth!! I am an extremely nervous patient, but the care and patience shown was amazing. The technology was fantastic. I had decided on an implant, but a scan showed this wouldn't be possible so a bridge was decided on. Ravi was AMAZING, although I hid up the corner for each appointment there was no need . Terrified ... no need. No pain or discomfort. I do not have a pure white smile, and thankfully didn't leave with one, the colour matching to my other caps ...spot on My final appoint, I left feeling extremely happy, pain free and confident. Fantastic experience: Fantastic treatment by Ravi. Started by having 3 front upper teeth removed and replaced with a perfect denture which also filled in a couple of gaps. So good it made the front lower look terrible! Rave sorted that by building up the worn away lower teeth and fitting a crown and bridge to fill in an annoying gap. Fantastic experience: Had an emergency appointment at Brookside. Not my ususal dentist but they managed to fit me in the same day. I am a very nervous dental patient with several neurodiversities but was immediately put at ease when I walked into the light and airy room with french doors leading out into a grass lawn courtyard. Amazing. Dr. Ravi's kind and calm manner also helped my experience to be a completely different dental experience for me. I signed up to a dental plan there and then! Thank you, Brookside. Fantastic experience: Ravi has just completed my treatment of two crowns and a composite restoration on one of my front teeth. The whole experience with Ravi was excellent. Before the restoration I didn’t like having my photo taken as I was conscious that the tooth always looked discoloured but it now matches the rest of my teeth. The two crowns were fitted ahead of the estimated date and I am very pleased with them. Ravi explained everything that he was going to do and all treatment was completed professionally and pain free.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service, attention to detail, expert skill, reassurance and a brilliant implant result from Ravi. It was my front tooth and I am a nervous dental patient but I was completely comfortable. The colour match of the implant crown is the best I have had in over 40 years. Ravi has a lovely calm and gentle manner and I am very relieved to find this practice here in Market Harborough. The reception staff and so helpful and caring also. Fantastic experience: Dr. Ravi & his team were amazing during the whole Invisalign process, from the first consultation to the final appointment. Dr. Ravi explained every procedure that would be involved, including the timescales and cost. At every appointment, he and his team welcomed me with smiles and nothing was an issue and they were very accommodating and professional. The only negative for me is that I wish I had done this years ago!

Fantastic experience: Updating my previous review. Been going to Brookside Dental for over a year now and have had lots of work done on my teeth. Fillings changed to white, new bridge. New felt any pain (even the injections) and the work has been excellent . Dr Ravi makes sure he talks you through what needs to be done, why and always looks for the best outcome for the customer. The reason I can say this is because what I originally wanted wasn’t possible for me. Dr Ravi could have left it there but he didn’t, he looked at a way to help me. I also asked for another tooth to be fixed, Dr Ravi told me it was fine and didn’t just do the work to take a payment. The whole team are fantastic. They are all really friendly and make you feel comfortable. Friendly staff make me feel at ease. I feel lucky to have found Brookside. If anyone is worried about dental work, this is definitely the place to go ☺️.

Fantastic experience: I booked an appointment with Brookside Dental for my 15 year old daughter as she needed some tooth extraction. I was very impressed since my first phone call. The staff is amazing and polite, the receptionist Lauren was very helpful and booked us in very quickly. Dr Ravi is lovely, made my daughter feel at ease as she was so worried with extraction. The nurse is comforting and reassured my daughter she won’t feel anything and talked to her to make her feel less tense. Overall experience is great, this is the first dentist place where we felt valued and cared!

Fantastic experience: I had originally contacted brookside dentist in late 2023 because of severe tooth pain I was having and a fear of the dentist due to neglect from my last practice. I was instantly made to feel at ease and welcome. On my first appointment, I was explained to about the work that needed doing to my teeth and was given options about my treatment the whole way through. When I had my appointment with Dr Ravi yesterday to have all of my dental work completed I can safely say he had restored my faith in dentists. Ravi made sure I was comfortable the whole time, walked me through my treatment and what was happening and was always listening to my concerns. I am now home with a healthy mouth and my outlook for the future of my teeth is so positive! Thank you to everyone at brookside who has helped and reassured me! I 100% recommend this practice to everyone!

Fantastic experience: I had a problem with my gum over a weekend of course! messaged Brookside Dental and received a reply fixing an appointment for me on Monday Morning! The best Dentist myself and my family have ever had. I used to dread going to the Dentist because of previous experiences. I don't dread visiting the Dentist anymore!
