I can truly say it was great. My dentist put me at ease straight away as I think he knew I was frankly, a nervous wreck. The pain I expected never came. Fantastic experience: I had a dental appointment at St Clements today and was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The reception team were friendly but professional and my dentist was running to time. I was seen by Dr Abdul who was very friendly indeed, he triaged my issues and replaced a filling on the day which I found surprising (I was expecting to have to come back for the treatment that I knew I needed). I have booked two more appointments for the subsequent work required (lucky me) but I have no concerns around attending these. Abdul gave me clear options, costings, and potential benefits/ drawbacks of all options. I would suggest that if you are looking for a Dentist, and they have availability, you should 'get on their books' immediately and with no concerns. Thanks again for the treatment today, and the coming few weeks.

Fantastic experience: The dentist put me at ease , was very polite an̈d welcoming. Explained the plan of action fully,, first taking an̈ xray. He explained the results of the xray and then proceeded to take the tooth out talking his way through the whole procedure, telling me when the injection was coming so I expected it. He is a very good dentist, ì even asked him if he had any spaces left on his books as he was such a good dentist I felt completely at ease.

Fantastic experience: Having phoned my own dentist on Friday in terrible pain and to be told they are closing at 3pm the best they could do was fit me in on Monday and would have to wait as there were other patience already booked in!!! I definitely couldn't suffer with pain over the weekend, so called 111 and were able to get me an emergency appointment at St Clements Dental. From the lovely receptionist and having a brilliant dentist and dental nurse who made me feel at ease. The dentist took the time to explain my options and with choosing the right procedure. I can not fault the treatment I've had and not to be suffering in pain is bliss. Only wish my own dentist practice was a brilliant as this dentist!

He could have easily sent me away with antibiotics but he helped me get rid of a really bad tooth and saved me from the agonising pain I was going through. If they were taking new nhs patients I would gladly leave my current dentist to be under his care

Negative experience: I felt I was overcharged. She tried to make excuses to get the white filling as the silver was free and then when giving the numbing injections cut my lip in a few places. Not happy with service. Was treated well and she just wanted to make some money

Fantastic experience: I had to call 111 as my mum who's 85 was in pain with an infection and abscess and it was the weekend. This dentist was open on Sunday and we are so grateful. The dentist was so lovely, she handle mum with care and prescribed a course of antibiotics. The dentist explained what to do next very throughly. All in all a very good experience with friendly staff on reception and the dental nurse was also lovely. Would recommend 100%

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience, I called 111 at 2am and was given an appoint for the same morning 9am. I did arrive at 9am and the reception team was also arriving at this time and informed me that 111 shouldn’t keep sending people at 9am they are supposed to call and arrange, they was super kind and professional dealing with this and could see that I needed an appointment regardless, the receptionist quickly arranged to have me in at 11am which was perfect for me. The dentist was so kind and he really took the time to speak with me, give me treatment and advice on the next steps to take to prevent my emergency from happening again, and then gave me a prescription to pick up at any pharmacy of my choosing which was another bonus. For the 26 pound it cost to have an appointment within 12 hours of calling 111, 10 mins from where I live, on a Saturday and staff as good as they are, I am so happy I didn’t pay £110+ for the private emergency dentist miles away that I called before contacting 111. Thank you
