Positive experience: Great clinical care. Just wish that Sheila the orthodontist was there every Friday. Hard to get appointments when needed. This affects continuity of care and has caused some issues in my treatment. No reflection on her skills though.

Negative experience: I am really disappointed how I've been treated by this dentist. At the start seemed all good but once they know that you suffer with any form of anxiety with dental work they treat you as an unvalued customer. Been let down 4 times now with making appointments then comes to the day they pretend they have no record of which totally wastes my time. Asked to speak with the manager which they seem to avoid for some reason. Not happy.

Fantastic experience: I had two fillings, one was saved from being a root canal, the dentist was very reassuring throughout, and it was more comfortable than going to the hygienist.

I now feel happy and confident to start my treatment..such a relief. I have now finished my treatment… and I can honestly say thanks to Sharan …. I feel it has changed my life ! He constantly asked my 4 year old if she was ok and happy with checking her teeth and literally made her experience so easy

Throughout the procedures I was repeatedly asked if I was comfortable. In short, my anxiety was addressed sensitively and treatment was carried out with skill and precision. I am extremely grateful.

Fantastic experience: I cannot praise Tom enough, having a tooth out, he was as gentle as possible under the circumstances. He and the rest of the staff are very friendly and the after care has been exceptional.

Negative experience: I visited today for a hygiene appointment. I was in there for 15 minutes (it's a half an hour appointment) and still had to pay the full £80. I also had a dentist check up appointment which lasted a total of 6 minutes, and cost £45. I appreciate there are costs involved for running a practice but I will be looking elsewhere for a different dentist/hygienist. There should be the option for a shorter, less expensive appointment for those who look after their teeth.
