Fantastic experience: As an anxious dental patient I can highly recommend All Smiles Dental Centre. I saw Dr Ash for a complicated dental implant which needed a bone graft. He was very understanding, explaining all the options available to me and all the steps that would need to be taken. All the staff at the practice are incredibly friendly and accommodating, answering any questions I had, enabling me to bring my children and generally going above and beyond what I would expect of a dental practice. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for treatment now.

Everyone at All Smiles is fantastic - warm, encouraging, friendly and clear in communication. Dr. Ash Deved, the lead dentist, is dual-qualified as a dentist and a doctor, so you know you're in safe hands. I've been under his care a number of times now and have always felt well cared-for. I also recommend this dentist's as an autism-friendly practice - their ability to properly adapt their care and explain and answer questions as needed is stellar. People don't tend to enjoy visiting the dentist, but at least find yourself a good one. This is it.

Fantastic experience: Been going here for years now since moving into the area and this is an amazing dentist/hygienist! Very friendly people and they do excellent work. I don't think my teeth have ever been is such good condition before coming here! Besides regular checkups and cleaning they've also helped me with new retainers when I needed a new pair. This is my 1 stop shop for all my dental needs!

Negative experience: I went today to do an X-rays at this clinic as referred from my dentist. The receptionist was a very nice man, after I paid for my X-rays he asked me if I want the invoice hardcopy or emailed, I told him emailed please. he also suggested if I need a copy of my X-rays that will be sent to my dentist, and I told him why not, ok. I didn't receive the email after 2 hours so I called them. A lady told me that I can't have a copy of my X-rays or the invoice, it will be sent to my dentist. she was very angry and aggressive. I told her your employee suggested that I can have a copy but anyway in the meantime, I need the invoice. she told me that I can't have the invoice as well. I told her no I can, I am the one who paid. she told me ok it is sent now while we are talking and then she shouted at me saying anything else and she hung up. I called again to talk to the manager but I was transferred to the same lady, she told me her name is Nina and she owns the practice, I told her I am going to email the doctor and I hung up. I never seen that rudeness and this aggression in any clinic. She thinks she owns the practice so she can do whatever she wants. I am not allowing anyone to talk to me or treat me that way. The first and last visit and I will escalate as far as I can and will make sure you have the review you deserve everywhere. I will let all my friends and family know about this new high street clinic that is disrespecting their patients.

Fantastic experience: I joined All Smiles Debtal Practice after being released from the dental practice I had been at for decades post covid. I was referred to my dentist at a young age due to my severe anxiety so I did not know what to do. I found All Smiles when my husband needed an emergency appointment and he told me I should try them as they were really good. I tried, and I must say that it is the best experience I have had from a non-specialist dentist. They understand anxiety and use needles that are very fine. Along with the numbing cream, it worked really well for me (I used to be supplied gas to have injections). All the staff are lovely and really welcoming. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone, but especially those with anxiety around dental care.

Fantastic experience: Having suffered from a lifelong fear of dentists - thanks to early school dental treatment - the prospect of having to have a full upper jaw set of implants following an accident which broke several top teeth was not welcome news. But being a singer permanent implants was my only option, I didn't want to spit out a top set of dentures into the audience! With considerable trepidation I approached All Smiles for an assessment of what they could do for me, with the least pain!! They were very sympathetic and put my mind at rest and guaranteed that after a few months settling in the upper jaw implants would be as good as, if not better than, my original teeth. I agreed to have the whole work done at one go - six pins and twelve teeth screwed onto them. As this involved taking out my remaining reasonably good upper teeth, including my two large front teeth, I approached the day of the operation with some trepidation. I was anaesthetised at 9.00 am and woke up after lunch having my face cleaned up and with a complete new set of gleaming upper teeth. They actually looked better then my original teeth. I knew nothing of the operation, and had hardly any pain afterwards - taken care of with a couple of pain killers. They settled in enough for me to perform in a concert the following week! This was over a year ago and since then All Smiles have kept in touch to ensure that all was well, and I have had a couple of after care appointments to make sure that the implants had healed and were doing their job. Knowing what I know now, and having such confidence in the team at All Smiles, I would have no qualms in having the lower jaw done if needed, which hopefully I won't. The pre and post operative service and care was outstanding. They are a lovely bunch of people. I would recommend All Smiles to anyone if they were considering implant work. To be honest, it's not cheap, but I have no regrets concerning the cost, and a nice, confident, smile was well worth the outlay. Dave Arthur

He made what could have been a very stressful procedure feel far more manageable. Aftercare was also great. Fantastic experience: This is an excellent dental practice. The treatment was first rate - virtually pain free and I had a great outcome. Their scanning and x-ray equipment is excellent and you can see the results which are used to explain the treatment plan. Everything was clearly explained, there was plenty of opportunity and time to ask questions, which were answered very clearly. I had a small problem during the treatment, but that was quickly resolved at no expense to me. They take very good care of their patients and you don't feel you're being taken advantage of. Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been regular patients at the All Smiles Dental surgery since Dr Ash took over the Bromley practice well before 2010. We were both living in Bromley and working at the time. In my case, over a series of visits Dr Ash gently and carefully sorted out some years of dental neglect with great skill and care. Similarly my wife, who had a great fear of dentists since a bad dental experience as a child, found Dr Ash very reassuring and quickly overcame her fears. Although we are now both retired and live in Scotland, on our regular visits to the south we always make appointments at least twice a year to see Dr Ash at All Smiles. We highly recommend him both for his skill and attention, but also for his wonderful ability to reassure and look after nervous patients.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ash is a first class surgeon and my treatment over the last 5 years has been absolutely first class. I have had 5 dental implants in total and the surgery has produced exceptional results. All of the team at all smiles dental practice Bromley were superb during all of my treatments. Fantastic experience: I have nothing but the highest praise for Dr Ashish Deved ('Ash' as he is known to his staff and patients, who swiftly see him as a trusted friend), his staff and his practice. I have just completed a three-year treatment plan involving a complex implant programme, including extensive bone reconstruction. The particular challenge for Ash and his team was that I am a food writer with an intensive tasting schedule and could not at any stage compromise my work - least of all my ability to preserve an acute sense of taste. The practice completely respected this requirement, however painstaking the procedure, and honoured the financial quote despite the necessary time-lapses. I had approached the practice nervously but was immediately reassured that I was in the hands of caring and solicitous experts, and have not at any stage felt otherwise. The new High Street premises are spacious, cool and calming - and, of course, convenient for public transport. For the first time in my life I rather look forward to my appointments!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to All Smiles for years and am so grateful to Dr Ash and his team for the high calibre honest advice and skilled treatment I've received for managing my periodontal disease. Recently I was able to see Dr Ash for an emergency appointment - I'd broken off part of a rear molar. He and Sam put me at ease and expertly repaired that tooth which I wasn't sure was salvageable. Echoing other very happy patients, I can't imagine going to any other dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I had a full set of implants fitted in 2019 after suffering for years with badly fitted dentures. I found All smiles when researching and so glad that I did. Fantastic experience: My wife used all smiles for a full set of implants and so impressed with the service and after care I decided to get veneers on my bottom front teeth, to close up a gap that I’ve always been conscious of. Fantastic experience: I had been aware of Dr Ash and All Smiles for two years but hadn't had the courage to actually make an appointment. For me the dentist always meant anxiety and a sense of shame at the appalling state of my teeth. With encouragement from my family I made an appointment and from the moment I walked in everyone couldn't have been kinder. At my first appointment I felt very anxious but Dr Ash and his team made me feel welcome and safe. There was no judgement or embarrassment just kindness and finally the help I needed. Dr Ash came up with a plan which enabled me to cope with my treatment at my own pace. There was no hard sell or pressure, it was everything I needed. I had the all in six procedure and I couldn't be happier. With conscious sedation I felt no discomfort and no pain at all. The whole procedure was done in a day and when I woke up I was able to see my incredible new teeth. Dr Ash provided me with prescriptions for medication which meant I had no pain and minimal swelling. Now a few weeks later I feel back to normal although I am still getting used to being able to smile and laugh without the sense of fear and shame that someone might see my teeth. Everyone at All Smiles are wonderful, with a great combination of being incredibly skilled at their jobs, warm and kind. Dr Ash is an amazing dental surgeon who has created a remarkable dental practice. I cannot emphasis enough just how much he and his team have done for me.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been using All Smiles Dental for about 4years now after being recommended by my partner and I am so glad they did. Dr Ash as well as all other staff are exceptional, and the treatment is fantastic. I always feel very looked after whether it’s for a minor clean or an orthodontic treatment like Invisalign. The doctors are always very friendly, informative and patient (especially when I’ve been anxious about any pain or discomfort - in fact it’s always very minimal anytime I’ve been treated because of how thorough & careful they are). I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a regular dentist or dental treatment. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I have a lot of trust for Dr Ash and his team to manage my dental needs. I have been a patient there since 2017 after a messed up dental plan in another clinic. I have had an implant fitted and a second one on the way, and I am very happy with the process and the results, also great at pain management. I also love the hygienists. Though I moved out of London to Suffolk in 2022, I have maintained Dr Ash as my dentist as it is hard to find this kind of service elsewhere.
