Fantastic experience: I started coming to Fresh Dental & Implant Clinic recently, and it’s been such a good experience...The place feels modern and welcoming, I even joked it’s more like walking into a spa (in a good way!). I'v had 2 teeth cleans here now and both have been completely painless. Also the equipment felt really modern and up to date. On my second visit I needed a filling, and what really impressed me was how fair they were. They’d quoted me for a bigger filling, but once they got into it, it turned out to be less work than expected and they actually reduced the price... that kind of honesty is rare, dentistry is one of those things where you rely on what you’re told, because you can’t see or fully understand everything yourself. That’s why their honesty really gave me confidence in them. Years ago you might have thought you had to travel to certain well-known areas for the best treatment, but this experience showed me that’s not the case. Highly recommend.

The hygienist provided an outstanding service, offering a clear explanation of all procedures and a comprehensive analysis of my teeth. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming, guiding me through each step with care, and I thoroughly enjoyed the visit. There were no attempts at upselling, and I was delighted to receive a complimentary goodie bag for home use.

Fantastic experience: Recently went to the dentist to get a tooth checked out (that i knew was probably infected) and was hoping it wasnt. Unfortunately turns out it was and it did need to be taken out. I was so nervous because of a tooth i had had removed as a child, and was finding every reason in my head to try and cancel the appointment. In the end i realised i needed to get it done, so just bit the bullet and went in, but made sure to let the dentist know how nervous i was. When i say she put me at such ease and treated me with so much compassion, i cannot stress enough just how much she calmed me down. With how gentle she was i barely felt a thing! she explained the whole process of what she was going to do, but with the perfect amount of ''white lies'' (when she had injected exactly, the type you would tell a child - which i had asked her to do) that by time i was getting ready for the most fearful part of it, she was done! Honestly she made the whole experience sooooo much better, i coudn't be more grateful. 5 stars :)

Fantastic experience: i was a bit nervous as i hadn't been to any dentist in a while, but this place was recommended to me by a person petrified of the dentist. And they were lovely. I was seen by lydia who couldn't have been more patient with me and explained everything that she was about to do. Everyone i spoke to was really friendly and put me at my ease and made the experience as pleasant as going to the dentist could be this is a post approx 4 months after the above. First of all I want to reiterate all of the previous review. Since my words above i have had some pretty major work done which i could not be more pleased with. My dentist Lydia and her team are friendly, patient and caring. For a nervous patient like myself, having people like this there when you walk into the surgery is vital and this practice is first rate. So why have i knocked a star off? Ok,. So for the latest work i had done (which, i must state again, is superb), i was quoted a price which i was happy with and was told i could pay in two parts; half then and the rest when the work was finished (which was this monday 3rd June). Fair enough. So i went to pay the first half of the bill and was asked for more than half, which i paid as i assumed there would be less to pay at the end of the treatment. When my treatment was complete, my swollen lips and i went to reception to pay the final part of the bill and was asked for an amount that would have made the final total over £1,000 more than i was quoted. I'd had the foresight to bring the original quote and the receipt for what i had already paid with me and questioned what i was being charged. After a quick consultation i was charged an amount i was expecting to pay and all was well. Now i am hoping that this situation was a one off, but my point is if it's not then the surgery needs to have an improved liason between dentist and the lady taking payment to avoid this kind of thing. In the future i will be taking receipts with me just in case because in spite of the above tale, this surgery does excellent first rate work and they are the dentists for me. Peace. i hate going to the dentist but if you do have to go then i recommend fresh dental. a friendly, efficient team and i am very pleased with the work i have had done. my dentist is lydia and she is awesome. Hello again. I have now begun seeing the hygenist, Amber, who in keeping with everyone else at this practice is wonderful. Everything at this place is first rate from the regular reminders when you have an appointment coming up, the fresh apples and cucumber water in reception, to the lovely Charlotte who greets you when you walk in the door and of course the top notch treatment you receive when you are in the chair. This is a private practice, so be aware it may not be the cheapest , but i must reiterate, this dentist is superb and in my view, worth every penny. Howdy. I don't have much to add to the above. I am very pleased with my treatment at this practice. Lydia and Amber (dentist and hygenist respectively) are the law as far as i'm concerned and have given me my smile back Evening Like any civilised person, I would live in a world where dental treatment was not required. So while we wait for that day to arrive, if you are looking for a first class dental surgery, I heartily recommend Fresh Dental. Fantastic experience: As always, friendly and professional. I have been a patient of Marcus's for thirty four years, and I suspect I have had to have more dental treatment than most. From the very early years of my time as one of his patients, Marcus has filled me with confidence and I cannot speak highly enough of the care I have received. All Fresh staff do all they can to make the whole experience of visiting the dentist and hygienist as comfortable and pleasant an experience as possible. Marcus knows his patients well, and, in a very real sense, treats the whole person. The dental treatment offered is of the very highest quality, and second to nine.

Positive experience: I joined this practice many years ago when it first opened. It’s a pleasure to be treated by Marcus and Amber but in terms of value for money etc it’s bordering on ridiculous. The main issues are; Cancelling of appointments either for dentistry or Hygiene at short notice, and the costs keep going up to the point of it feels like the patient is be ripped off. I’ve even been sent back to my car and told to wait as the staff use the waiting room as a lunch room. Also, appointments run up to 20 mins behind sometimes and for those of us who have work and busy schedules what’s the point of an appointment if its never at that time. To clarify, this is a great dentists office where Marcus and Amber are very proficient but with costs and other little issues it’s putting a damper on things.

The staff put me at my ease, explained my options and rather than pull all my teeth (suggested by another implant specialist), we worked out a solution that would save my front teeth and give me implants for the back. First point of call was Jessica she was so lovely was a last minute appointment but she managed to fit me in! Fantastic experience: On the recommendation of two friends, I contacted Fresh Dental Care and I had my first appointment with Marcus yesterday. I have developed a serious problem in my two front bottom teeth which is very visible when I speak and I knew would necessitate extractions to put right. I have been feeling depressed, frightened and embarrassed and very uncertain that any dentist anywhere could do anything to replace these teeth as they have always been in a very awkward and cramped position. I had never imagined that the wearing of a Covid mask could be a positive thing but to me it has been in recent weeks because the mask hid my teeth from public view! The entire team at Fresh was warm and welcoming and the beautifully designed and light premises made a very calming impact on me. Then, minutes into my first consultation with Marcus, I realised that here was a truly outstanding professional. Totally dedicated to both work and patient, he was encouraging, reassuring and kind, putting me completely at my ease, whilst setting out, clearly and patiently, the possible courses of action, giving me options to think about. During the entire consultation, he showed more genuine involvement and asked me more relevant medical questions than I have ever experienced, even during periods where I have undergone surgeries while in hospital. A gentle dental examination and x rays followed the consultation and a plan formulated for the extractions and an initial implant procedure the week after next. Marcus assured me he will fit temporary teeth on the same day as the extractions and he put my mind entirely at rest about the entire process. So now it is my turn to recommend this extraordinarily skilled dentist - and I haven't even had the work done yet! I am just completely confident that I will be in the hands of an expert, that the process will be relatively painless, and that the outcome will be excellent. I feel so fortunate to have found Fresh Dental Care. In more ways than one, I have hope that my mask might eventually perhaps be a thing of the past!

Positive experience: I've been coming to Marcus and the team for several years now and always get great care. The clinic is always spotless and waiting area is lovely. Everything is fully explained and I actually enjoy my hygienist appointments! For a private surgery it is fairly priced and the monthly payment system to cover regular check ups works really well. The only thing I find a little annoying recently is the booking system - both online and on the phone. The online system rarely works or there are no appointments shown - even 6 months out. When calling, if they don't answer it goes through to a third party call handler. However, they can't make appointments for you, so offer to get the clinic to call you back, which seems a bit pointless as it means you don't know when the call back comes if you can take it, etc.

Fantastic experience: I was nervous about attending my appointment for an implant but I need not have worried, I was put at ease as soon as I walked through the door. Marcus explained the process in detail and I was reassured that I was in very capable and professional hands, best of all there was no pain! I would recommend him to anyone wanting an implant. Fantastic experience: It started with a bright, spacious and modern waiting area with ample supply of gloves and gel to keep patients safe. I wad met with a warm welcome from the receptionist Jessica (if I remember correctly). I had previous correspondence with her and she was expecting me. I was then met by Dr Spry who was kind and thorough in his initial consultation with me. We talked through many options and I was able to make an informed choice. I then came into the brightly coloured, clean dental room and was met with and equally nice dental nurse whose name I didn't catch (I'm sorry). This was my first dental appointment in over 16 years and all my fears of dentists were completely alleviated. I am in fact looking forward to beginning my treatment. I highly recommend fresh dental care at the Turkey Mill and their wonderfully run team.

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist for coming on 6 years and have always been quite nervous whenever I did. I also had some complex work done previously which I was nervous getting it looked at. I walked into Fresh Dental Care and instantly the surroundings and the Receptionist calmed me down, she also explained how it is now under covid and the ppe I have to wear. I went to see a dentist called Lydia and from the moment I sat down I felt Lydia listened to my concerns and answered any questions I had without rushing me. Everything Lydia did she explained fully and I started to feel at ease sitting there, and that’s a huge credit to Lydia and her Dental Nurse, also at no point did I feel rushed like you do at some surgeries. I left Fresh Dental Care feeling positive I knew what the next steps are and with a lot more information than when I started, most importantly for me I want to go back as I feel like I have found a brilliant dentist / team for years to come. Fantastic experience: I just had my first dental appointment at Fresh dental care in Maidstone after the dentist I had been with for years retired. I was nervous because it was a change, but I really did not need to be. The team at this practice are the most friendly, considerate and professional people I have come across in a long time. Customer service is obviously very important to them and that comes across when they engage with you. From the very first call I made to them they stood out as being very different (even in these terrible times with Covid and all what they are having to deal with) The surgeon I saw, Marcus just put you at ease, explained everything in simple terms, and listened to what you wanted, and at no time did he try and push other treatments. The receptionists, and the dental nurses were also lovely, caring and friendly. I could not recommend this practice highly enough, I was recommended to this practice by my best friend, and I will certainly be recommending to others.

Fantastic experience: The service provided was as professional and friendly as I have come to expect over the years. In addition, the arrangements for dealing with Covid-19 were both appropriate and reassuring.

Positive experience: I recently visited this company to have a root canal treatment with CEREC filling made by CADCAM onsite. I found the treatment to be well executed on the whole, and the way the dentist engaged me with explanations throughout made the dentistry - which let's face it is an ominous discipline! - easier to deal with. I'm a highly cerebral person and so giving my brain something to do alleviates stress. Without that my over-fertile imagination takes over and that is not v. good. Marcus, the dentist, understood this, and so I found this was very well handled. The work looks good and now, a few days, later I am well healed and able to chew whatever I want. Best of all, I was able to get the work done in a single visit, and although it was quite long - 2.5 hours - I preferred this because it meant I only had to have one set of injections. My only negatve is that the suction device was not used rigorously enough and the assistant could have used a lighter touch with it, but these are minor issues and I'm hoping the constructive feedback I've sent them will result in this being changed so others can benefit. I recommend this practice for sure. You will get solid treatment from someone who knows what he is doing.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this practice for a few years now and find them always to be warm friendly and totally professional . Everything is fully explained and options are always given so I have always felt fully informed . Marcus Louise and their complete team are just the best ..... i would never go anywhere else and have recommended them to all my friends . Fear of dentists will melt away once you attend this practice .

Fantastic experience: Felt so comfortable the whole time! I had a bad experience prior at another dentist so was quite apprehensive however I felt so at ease and actually come away feeling excited to begin this treatment! Everything was explained to me in full and the solution and journey to get to the end was mapped out clearly! Can’t wait to go back!

Negative experience: 80£ for 2 minutes visit I do not know where such good reviews ... any cheat? my wife today was with a tooth that hurts her, you need to treat it by root canal, but now you can not and wrote a prescription for an antibiotic ... if you have too many money, you can try your luck... they are scammers, look at people's opinions, these are new accounts created, they have only 1 opinion, I report it to google

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appointment with Marcus which resulted in a tooth extraction. At every step of the appointment Marcus provided full explanation in a thoughtful, thorough and caring manner which was most appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Lydia is amazing! Just had my new crown fitted which looks so natural but amongst other brilliant work she has closed the gap in my front teeth. I just can’t stop looking at them! All the staff are really lovely and friendly and Amber is helping me to keep my teeth healthy.
