Fantastic experience: My first time at the clinic to day the staff here are so warm and welcoming. Iman and pharrell were great. Made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Iman was so gentle yet efficient during the hygiene and have me great advice on the care of my teeth.

Fantastic experience: When I first went to Your Smile Clinic I wasn't expecting to get results because most of the places I went to get my teeth whitened never worked. I have struggled with my confidence when I smiled because I hated my teeth so when I went to see Angela I wasn't expecting much I just wanted whiter teeth for my wedding day. The final result shocked me and I couldn't be happier with them. Since getting it done I can't stop smiling. I went from smiling without my teeth showing to constantly smiling showing my new white teeth. Love them. Would definitely recommend Angela she really helped me get my confidence back.

Fantastic experience: I felt so relaxed when I visited this dentist .The staff were so lovely the receptionist chatty and friendly and immediately putting my nerves at ease .As a nervous patient I found the dentist to be so calm and patient explaining everything to me before she did it .She went out of her way to try and help me decide the various treatment that she could go to sort my problem teeth out .I left feeling calm and relaxed iv never experienced that before in any dentist and I’m seen so many as I’m 66 years of age .I will definitely be going back there.A big Thankyou to all the team many thanks Kathryn Blackburn

Fantastic experience: My friend recommended this dentist to me and I am so glad she did - Dr. Angela managed to fix a cosmetic issue with my front teeth that had been bothering me for years despite attempts by other dentists. I’ve been for multiple hygiene appointments and treatments including a wisdom tooth removal and it’s all been the highest standard. The staff are lovely and you always feel well looked after.

Negative experience: Positives: Absolutly amazing staff, esp all the lovely ladies working the front desk! Thank you so much for taking care and making my stay comfortable throughout this hell of a journey. Negatives: I got a bridge done at another clinic about 3 years ago which fell out. I went to Your Smile to get my bridge reattached. Firstly, Dr Ashley did not check my bite afterwards (leading to my back teeth not meeting at all when biting). I paid £224. I was also offered a fiber to be put in to strengthen the bridge (another £50) but the clinic did not have it. After 5 days, it fell out in the middle of the night (all I was told was that I gridge my teeth and that I need wear my retainers if I dont want them to fall out again). I was able to be squizzed in again and get it put in again for free (although I had to argue for a few hours over the phone). At this appointment, I was told that the reattachment would always be brittle and that I needed a new bridge (which of course, they offered to do here). The second reattachemnt fell out the next day. This whole time the bridge was being stuck to my teeth using composite (or, as it was explained to me at the clinic, the materials they make FILLINGS out of). On the third try, I had a wire put in at the back of my teeth to hold them in place. Now comes the pièce de résistance - as I was getting the bridge put back in, the (I'm assuming) hyginist was talking to me about how I would need a new retainer and how I can get it done now for £170. I declained as I was already planning to go back to my original clinic to get a new bridge (because I was told I needed one). I forgot my old retainer in the room, and after coming for it 3 SECONDS LATER they threw it away! Of course they started saying I needed one anyway, that the old one wouldn't have worked etc etc. At this point, I was being ping ponged around and I just wanted to go home after being in the clinic for hours. I said thank you and left (not without being told that this is the last time they would fix their own mistakes). I have since gone back to my home clinic (about a month ago) - got the ORIGINAL BRIDGE REATTACHED using proper material (not composite) for £100!! Meaning 1) it was possible to get it done right the first time if proper materials and technique was used (I had my teeth sanded before reattachment, the bridge is not bulky at the back, no sharp eadges which were common here, care to make sure there is not pressure on the bridge) 2) I did not need a new retainer as my bridge stayed the same!! However, now I do not have one as it got thrown away in the 3 seconds I left it in a room alone. Of course no replacement was offered without paying. I would not return, nor would I recommend this place for anything serious. Perhaps its good for cosmetics, but I don't go to the beautician when a dermatologist is needed.

Fantastic experience: Your Smile Clinic was my first experience at a private dentist and I am so impressed. I enquired in January about a home course of teeth whitening and by mid-March, I’d have a new patient assessment, a hygiene appointment, finished my course of whitening and had a review. Nia, Lilly and the girls on reception are lovely, always taking time to answer my questions and I never feel rushed (which is how I normally feel at my NHS dentist!). I’m so pleased with the results and would highly recommend.

I wanted small tweaks to make me feel better about my smile and that is exactly what I got - delighted with the results. After avoiding the dentist for over nine years due to a childhood fear, I finally took the plunge and had my implant fitted, and I couldn’t be happier! Dr Surbin recently fitted me first implant and a replacement crown - and the experience from start to finish was exceptional! Surbin and the entire team made me feel calm, relaxed, and fully informed at every stage. So much so that during one appointment, I was so at ease that I didn’t even realise the procedure was finished! Safe to say, my fear is officially gone. I absolutely love my new smile, and I can’t thank the team enough—receptionists, assistants, hygienists, and of course, the Dr. Surbin herself. Fantastic experience: I'm 4 weeks into my sparks aligners journey. The aligners are really comfortable to wear and Im looking forward to the end result. From the minute you enter the building you're made to feel very welcome by all the staff. I had a few appointments with Dr. Angela who has always been fantastic and the reason I chose this practice for aligner treatment. Fantastic experience: I am very happy to have chosen this place after trying a couple of other places closer to my home. When it comes to going to a dentist, I am very particular and it is important for me to feel confident in the treatment I am receiving, knowing that things are done to a high standard. The whole experience at Your Smile Clinic is just great, from the moment you enter the building to the very end, you will be taken care of. I have got all necessary fillings done here, got my very first crown as well (speaking of the crown, the previous dentist I went to was trying to convince me that I had to replace all my perfectly fine fillings and get like 5 crowns which sounded absolutely insane: thankfully, here I received reasonable medical advice and nobody tried to ruin my perfectly fine teeth just to make a lot of money at once). Would highly recommend and I cannot imagine myself going anywhere else. The peace of mind this clinic gives me is priceless!

Fantastic experience: Went to this clinic for the first time today. It is absolutely stunning inside and out. It isn't your typical cold clinical dental vibe and the staff are all lovely. I was seen by the amazing Dr Surbin and her wonderful assistant Aaliyah for a tooth abstraction. They were very professional, but also super friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience for this job, as I was pretty nervous. They helped in calm me down when I felt myself shaking and it's made me realise what a difference it makes when you come to the right practice. They were very knowledgeable and informative, equipped with high tech modern technology. It has been the best dental experience I have ever had and therefore I will definitely be joining myself and my family (whilst recommending others) moving forward. Fantastic experience: I was suffering from pain for months and my NHS dentist made a referral to the hospital for me to take my wisdom tooth Out, but it would take months to happen on the NHS. I had to book an emergency extraction with Dr. Angela and it was amazing. No pain at all during the procedure and the post-operation. Thank you so much! I am relieved to be free from the pain this tooth was giving me.

I attended my first appointment on Sunday and by Thursday, I had my mouth scanned, photographs taken, a filling, a hygienist and polish appointment and finally the tooth whitening. Reception was always warm, professional and friendly, tried to accommodate us on appointment times, and even called us in a few instances to offer a better slot when they had cancellations. I had treatments to remove baby teeth, braces to straighten teeth and reduce gaps over 2yrs. Dr Anglea did a great job each time, putting me at ease and letting me know what she was doing. Fantastic experience: I had a lovely experience at Your Smile Clinic. It was nice and quiet at the time, and I absolutely loved the interior of the waiting room! It was quite the contrast to what I am usually used to when going to the NHS. Such a small detail made such an impact on my overall experience. I initially went in for a standard check-up, which I felt was a great, thorough check and felt like I was in safe hands. I had mentioned at the end of my appointment that I was thinking about getting some sort of bonding. My dentist then took some time out to do a mock-up for me, which wasn’t part of the initial appointment and took more of the dentist's and the nurses' time. It was also the last appointment of the day, so I was very grateful to both of them for taking their time with me, while not feeling any sort of pressure. I would highly recommend, especially if you are nervous about anything dental-related, as it was such a calming environment. I will definitely be coming back, thank you!

Went in for a routine check up & clean, it was identified I had a dark spot & the beginnings of some tooth decay, they managed to schedule me in same day to have the work done, the bad bit was removed & filling done all within an hour! Negative experience: My follow up visit and original visit was night and day here. Pretty disappointing to be honest. When I originally went they couldn’t be nicer when it was time to sell me things. So thorough and lovely. However, I just went for a follow up as my whitening tray is a bit loose and I wanted to discuss at home whitening syringes. After having to wait half an hour without being offered a water or any refreshment, they couldn’t get me out of there fast enough. Said there is nothing they can do about the whitening tray, even though they didn’t even look at it. Straight away suggested a new one for 110 GBP (of course) even though I have googled myself there are many different remedies to shrink it at home. Then I was trying to ask questions about the day vs. Night whitening at home and she was quite literally walking me to the door! Such a shame as I thought this would be my new hygienist, but I really got the vibe that they don’t care unless you are spending a ridiculous amount of money. Won’t be retuning.

Fantastic experience: I've been a paitent for over a year now and I am so happy with the work they have done on my teeth. It's brought back a lot of confidence I haven't had in along time. Staff are professional, friendly and helpful.

Negative experience: Had the teeth whitening done paid just over £600 and it was not worth it at all. The results were not amazing especially for the ridiculously high price I regret paying for it.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely detest the dentists. Always have and that was one reason why I left my last visit with a 15 year gap. The ladies at this practice are so fantastic. You are made to feel welcome and guided through every stage of the procedures that occurred and every question / query answered. I would not say I Enjoy coming to the dental practice. But it’s made me have no fear or worry as I know I am in safe and fully capable hands. Nia will be a massive loss to the practice if she ever decides to leave! A true credit to the team! 10 stars out of 5!! Happily awaiting my next visit.

Fantastic experience: Super experience with Dr Surbin and the You Smile team. I had been looking at options to perfect my smile for some time because I wanted a smile where all my teeth were aligned with no gaps. Unfortunately, I needed an emergency tooth repair so I contacted Your Smile Clinic and Dr Surbin helped fix my tooth straight away and the experience, customer service and team were so friendly throughout. So much so, Dr Surbin and I started discussing options to perfect my smile. Dr Surbin talked me through different flexible options depending on what I preferred and we decided on Composite Veneers. My smile looks amazing and I highly recommend Your Smile Clinic!

Positive experience: They are in a great location and in a clean environment with professional staff. However, I found them overpriced and was not happy with the mouthguard they made for me. My usual dentist, Fold in Deansgate, is super friendly with a small family-business like atmosphere, just as clean, significantly cheaper for all services, and they made a mouthguard that was much more comfortable for me as well. I recommend Fold as the best dentist I’ve ever been to, I only went to Smile because it was close to my flat at the time and I was in a rush, and because I had private insurance. But I’d never pay as much as I did with Smile out of my own pocket, it cost almost £350 for a checkup, x rays, hygienist clean and an uncomfortable mouthguard. Not value for money compared to Fold which provides better services and products for far lower fees.

Fantastic experience: I’m very pleased with the general service and my appointment with hygienist Nia + Dianne. They provided one of the most relaxing dental experiences I ever had. It started from helping me to understand if my daily cleaning routine is efficient. Followed by a very gentle cleaning process. And I am very happy with the result, all the stains I struggled to get rid of were all gone! The receptionist is very helpful and polite, too. It’s a bit more expensive than NHS service but I’d say it’s worth it!

Fantastic experience: I underwent a full invisalign treatment and had two veneers added to correct an under bite and gaps in my smile. My results are amazing and I'm very happy with the whole experience. The clinic is inviting and comfortable, the staff are all so friendly too. My plan was very clearly laid out so there were no surprises and I could relax and trust the process. Now I have a smile I am proud of. I recommend popping in, especially if you have any insecurities about your teeth. I wish I had visited much sooner!

Fantastic experience: Always exceed my expectations. Environment is calm, clean and welcoming, reception staff the best I’ve come across. The girls always remember me which is a nice touch. Have lost any fear or hesitation of going to the dentist since joining this practice, feels more like going to a salon appointment than medical. I’m hard to please and rarely give 5* but Angela & her team deserve it.

Fantastic experience: I visited higenist Nia Zakira. She used a professional camera to take the pictures of my teeth, then shed showed me the scales building up in my teeth. She showed me the proper way to brush teeth. Then she cleaned my teeth. I was highly impressed by her professional skills

My daughter is a dentist but is on maternity leave so highly recommended me to come to Your Smile Clinic. I’m so glad I found a brilliant local dentist near me. Fantastic experience: It's the first time I've ever registered as a private dental patient and I must say that I'm mightily impressed. I'm amazed at just how quickly I'm able to book appointments at the clinic. I usually speak to Holly on reception who is welcoming, warm and returns my calls when she's unavailable. My initial dental assessment made me feel like a top model with the amount of tooth photos and x rays taken. I felt like a VIP and it's the first time I've felt that way at a dental clinic. I wasn't really expecting to have dental treatment immediately following my assessment but to my surprise, Dr Angela sent me off to the hygienist straight away. I recently had root canal treatment and 3 molars extracted within the space of 3 weeks. Dr. Angela and Zakira were absolutely lovely, explaining the procedures and just getting on with the job with efficiency and expertise. I felt so much at ease in their hands. A big selling point for me is the proximity of the clinic to public transport because I don't want to be driving when I'm feeling a little groggy following treatment. The clinic is ideally located for trams, trains and buses at Piccadilly Station or Piccadilly Gardens.

Fantastic experience: An excellent service from start to finish including after care! The team are amazing! I started off with my Invisalign and the amount of work and perfection in making sure my teeth are straight, including my requests and ensuring how I would like my teeth to look like at the end of the treatment is outstanding. With routine check ins and appointments to ensure my teeth were moving correctly and comfortably gives so much confidence to someone choosing the practice. Holly the receptionist is so friendly and extremely helpful, one of the best I have ever dealt with answering and arranging everything possible. Dr Angela is the best! I highly recommend her, from my Invisalign to whitening and to my composite bonding she has been there to map out the process, crest visuals including a timeline, answer all my questions, which is a lot! and to ensure I was happy and reassured at all times! The best I’ve ever come across! the assistants are amazing, such as Zakira, she gives you the confidence throughout and is there every step of the way making sure that the end result is what you have always wanted with your teeth, hygiene, and smile. They are perfectionists and realistic, everyone that helped I cannot thank you enough, I love my teeth, they have improved my confidence and smile greatly! After finishing my treatment the aftercare is also excellent, great customer service and care at all times. Any questions, treatments etc I have needed were answered and provided in such a good timeframe! I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you for everything!

I was really nervous before going, but as soon as I met Iman and Tara they put me at ease. Fantastic experience: I had a really great experience with Hygienist Nia and her wonderful assistant Dianne today. This is at the Your Smile clinic that the legendary Dr Angela runs. Although I normally dislike Hygiene sessions due to the slight numbing pain which would normally make a grown man cry, Nia has made that pain go away with her professionalism, character and humour. There's nothing quite like a morning of having metal and water in your mouth. Over the years Nia has assisted greatly with expert advice on how to brush correctly, and advice on additional brushes needed to get in the hard to clean places. She's not afraid to get her finger right in your mouth to show you where you need to get brushing! And there's not many people I would let stick their finger in my mouth! Keep up the good work. Fantastic experience: An excellent service from start to finish. Holly the receptionist is super friendly and extremely helpful. I was very nervous about getting my composite veneers done and she went back and forth with Dr Angela to answer all my questions and to ensure I was happy and reassured. Dr Angela is a perfectionist but also realistic, she made sure I was 100% happy with the finished look. I love my teeth, they have improved my confidence greatly. The after care is also excellent. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: Had my appointment today with dental hygienist Lilly and Aaliyah. She talked me through how I could improve my brushing and flossing techniques which would reduce inflammation and gum disease. She took some photos and showed me areas that were missed during daily brushing. She also performed a scale and polish for me today. Very friendly and through dental hygiene appointment and super informative. I would definitely recommend a dental hygiene appointment at your smile clinic it could literally save your teeth

Fantastic experience: Dr Angela Ly was very professional and Highly recommended. I requested an examination due to a problem with a funny taste coming from my molars when chewing gum. She explained the reason as to why this was and gave it a deep clean using water scaling and polishing! She is very thorough and concentrated on cleaning up the excess calculus stuck in a deep pocket between my molars and gum! You get a beverage while you wait and also she uses X rays to show you if there are any problem areas in your teeth! I have been getting my hygienist appoint done by Nia for the past few year and she is excellent at her job, she keeps my teeth in tip top clean condition and tells me off if I am not keeping up with my flossing routine. She also shows you how to get to the difficult spots with a tepe interdental brush as well as showing you if decay is starting to set into your gum line.
