Fantastic experience: A great service! Sent an email last night for an emergency and I received a phone call this morning with an appointment to be seen. All the staff are friendly, professional and courteous. Cannot fault any of the staff. Lin on reception was extremely helpful. The dentists are great and always take the time to explain everything. Cannot recommend this practice enough. Thank you all.

Fantastic experience: I recently had to have an infected tooth removed and implant inserted. From my initial out of hours contact through to my surgery yesterday the service provided throughout has been exceptional! Thank you to Rosie for her professional coordination throughout and to Nat and Lidia for their support yesterday which made the surgery very relaxed and pain free!! Their post-op advice was clear and concise and, fingers crossed, working a treat!! Many Thanks!

Fantastic experience: Excellent as usual although pretty expensive now

Negative experience: Normally I’m very satisfied but this time I’m niggled. I’ve been moved to another staff’s caseload and despite them saying my teeth were very good and doing an assessment which took literally a handful of minutes I’ve been pushed on to a higher cost Denplan arrangement and when I questioned the cost I was told I would otherwise have to go on a pay as go basis….a move which seemed a little cynical. I been with this dentist surgery for a longtime and it’s the first time I have been disappointed.

No pushy sales dentists trying to plug their dental treatment unnecessarily, like I've seen in other places. Also child friendly. I even made an appointment with the hygienist, which I never did before. But apparently she's amazing and very gentle.

Fantastic experience: All the staff are friendly but professional Not the cheapest but if you want quality and consistency this is the place to go! I have been going there since they opened and they have never let me down I have recently had 6 in-plants from this practice and everything went exactly according to plan! The whole procedure was comprehensively explained in writing before I undertook the treatment and all went to plan…..A top drawer practice with all of the latest technology! I wouldn’t go anywhere else

Fantastic experience: Well what can I say, I have just had all on 4/6 dental implants procedure , I am only half way through the process, but the whole experience has been fantastic, from the first consultation to the procedure itself, all the staff involved have been kind and caring, from the nurses who carried out the Iv sedation to Rosie and Ad, the transformation is unbelievable, if you are thinking about this go for it you will not stop smiling and I’m still in the temporary stage can’t wait to see what the finals will be like.

Fantastic experience: Just joined this practice this week and oh my goodness what caring friendly people, made me feel right at home. I am hoping to stay here for some time. I chose this dental practice because the reviews were excellent and I am very happy to share my first impressions. Greated nicely on my arrival and the nurse Lidia looked after me initially for the x-rays. Lidia explained what was shown on the x-rays and made sure I understood. The dental surgeon, Ad then came to see me and examined my teeth and then offered 2 treatment options. There was no pressure to choose either option and I was able to make a decision that was right for me. Actually think I will look forward to my appointments, who would ever say that about visiting a dentist!

Fantastic experience: I had full upper implants. It was,a little more complicated than that as I already had several years ago, a few of which had now failed. It was quite a complicated surgery but the treatment, and kindness of all the staff was amazing. They put me at ease, explained everything fully & answered my questions in terms I understood. It's a lengthy process but worth every stage. They really understand & are experienced at implant dentistry & you feel in safe hands throughout the process. The end result is extremely good & I'm so happy I had it done. The whole team, from Ad & Rosie to all the nurses, receptionists etc are lovely & friendly. Fantastic experience: Wow!, I have to say this is an amazing dentist’s, my husband and I have been going here for many years, but the day I bit into an apple and an old crown (upper front from a previous dentist many years ago) simply snapped off, from that moment of panic, I phoned Inspired and they brought me in the same day as an emergency, from that afternoon the fear and panic faded away. I knew I was in good hands Dr Adnan (Ads) and Rosie were amazing and quietly reassured me and explained the options. A couple of days later I had a temporary front tooth put in and a few days later the first proper implant. All the numerous procedures were first class, ‘Ads’ is an amazing dentist so easy to talk to, calm,positive, always optimistic and backed up by Rosie who was simply brilliant on every visit, always right there for me on the phone when ever I needed to check something. Natalie also was a great support and constant help offering reassurance on visits and hand holding (literally) on some procedures. So yes Inspired dentistry has my full heartfelt thanks, from panic and embarrassment to being able to smile again, an amazing team, I wish them all success for the future. Many thanks Amanda

Fantastic experience: What a relaxed and happy experience it was. I mean, who likes going to the dentist normally? No one, but I can wholeheartedly say the team there made it a joyful visit, they are so friendly and put me at ease. The advice they gave is second to none and professional. Fantastic experience: Recently two of my top teeth became chipped at their tip, due to the enamel weakening over the years. Inspired Dentistry did a great job in crowning the damaged teeth, which are now able to do their job. They also look better than they ever did. Thanks Elaine. I've been with Inspired Dentistry for over 30 years. Through that time the checkups and hygienist visits have been excellent, being both professional, friendly, and not judgemental (well there have been occasional tellings off). The implants I had done at Inspired Dentistry a few years ago were expertly designed and very well "installed", and are serving me well (note that the implants were necessary due to my prior 1970s style neglect of my teeth - so get flossing). All in all, a good place to get you're teeth sorted and to keep your pearly whites pearly white.

Fantastic experience: A strange thing to say maybe but it's always a pleasure to attend Dental Appointments because everyone is always so warm, helpful and friendly from the Reception ladies to the Dentist and the Hygenist. I have been using the practice for many years and although you might wait a bit longer to get an appointment now days as opposed to how it used to be over the years, the service you receive has remained steadfast!

Fantastic experience: It is imperative to have a dentist and associated staff that you can believe in and trust. That is exactly how it is here. Rosie talked me through the whole process of having implants warts and all. Few warts but really all about looking after the precious and costly new teeth. I can’t say I wasn’t nervous I most certainly was but from reception through to Dr Adnan I was put at ease. Natalie and Rosie were fantastic. I am now three days in from extraction and less than 24 hours from having the implants fitted. I feel great, they look great. Family mightily impressed and now I feel far less self conscious. I cannot recommend the whole team enough. Five stars is not really generous enough. Thank you everyone at Inspired Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: My wife wanted to use a local well respected dentist for specialist dental implants. She had several appointments to discuss and review her options with Dr Adnan and Rosie. There was never any pressure for her to accept any particular option whatsoever. Eventually she chose to proceed with ceramic full top teeth implants and lower teeth whitening. She attended many consultations to the Dentist during this fairly long quite problematic process to ensure both she and they were happy with the result. She always received nothing but the most friendly and professional care and they were always happy for me her husband to attend during these visits. She is extremely happy with the results and now has the most confident smile she has had for many years. Our particular thanks go to Adnan Rosie & Nat. I highly recommend this Dentist.

Fantastic experience: After having an appointment and being nervous to undertake my treatment I had an in-depth consultation with Ad. He reassured me with his expertise and I decided to undertake my treatment for both upper and lower full set of crowns. My treatment was undertaken with full sedation over four appointments, this enabled me to manage the treatment. During each appointment Natalie, Maria and Rosie were there to chat and reassure me all was ok. They all made me feel very at ease, whilst keeping very professional. Fantastic experience: I attended my local dentist yesterday for what I thought was to replace a filling on my upper right 7. He had to remove the tooth as it had split. Looking at the x-ray it was apparent that the two teeth in front of this were also suspect. He suggested having an implant and recommended Inspired Dentistry in West End. I rang Inspired Dentistry who specialise in implants who asked me to come in that afternoon. They saw me at 2:30 and by 3:30 I had the UR5 UR6 extracted and 3 implants placed by the team. Absolutely no pain and done under just locally anaesthetic. I must say the team was led by Ad with his Charlie’s angels Rosie, Natalie and Maria who were absolutely fantastic. What an excellent service and totally pain free experience. I would thoroughly recommend this practice to anyone looking for an exemplary dental experience. On waking this morning I have no pain whatsoever, I must just remember to eat on my opposite side for a while before the final bridge can be made and fitted.

Fantastic experience: I am sailing on a cruise ship. 3 days ago awoke with a significant toothache. Knew I needed an endodontist but was in the middle of the ocean. I contacted a friend in London as we were docking 2 days later in Southhampton. He messaged me within a short period of time that he was able to secure an appointment for me with Inspired Dentistry. Not an endodontist but a dentist nevertheless. Of course I was hesitant being far from home, not knowing the dentist but knowing I needed a root canal. First, I was appreciative that Inspired Dentistry got me in to see the dentist. Everyone in the office was wonderful, friendly and empathetic to my situation. The dentist explained to me that she was not an endodontist but that she would do her best to reduce my pain long enough to get home to US and see my dentist. Well that’s exactly what she did. I am currently pain free and can enjoy the rest of my vacation. I can’t thank Inspired Dentistry enough for everything they did. If they were located in Florida, without a doubt, they would be my dentist. Thank you to everyone at the office. You’re wonderful people. I appreciate what you did.
