Negative experience: The worst dentist I have ever experienced. Constant cancellations, very expensive, and just poor service overall.

Fantastic experience: I had the opportunity to meet some of the professionals at Sparkle in two different situations. Both on the phone and in person, at the reception desk and in the dental office, all of them were very friendly and professional. The price they charge is commensurate with the excellent service they provide. Furthermore, the manager, Prachi, took an interest in the dental care of my two children and offered me a free checkup for both of them. Although I didn't take it at the time, it was very kind of her to do so. I recommend this place and will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: I’ve just got home after having a very large filling replaced, I am a very nervous patient and I can truly say that Dr Priyanthan is the most gentle, highly skilled dentist I have ever been to. I didn’t even feel the anesthetic going in! Thank you so much Dr Priyanthan.

Positive experience: Doesn’t seem to be as happy a ship as it used to be since the last dentist retired. There seems to be some dissent amongst the staff and it felt a little tense. The hygienist is lovely though and the dentist himself very calm and professional.

Negative experience: Spark Dental response to owner Wow how have you assumed I called on Mon or Tues, I don’t want any communication with you, your response shows a lack of unprofessionalism, and empathy, furthermore your reply sent to the second review who also left you 1 star, Colin the hygienist was not at spark dental in 2012 which raises the question about your dishonesty, thank the lord I joined Banning Dental , and majority of the positive reviews for Spark Dental Boutique were for Dr Sunita and her staff, as Nabilah said who left you a review 3 months ago who also left one star DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SILENCE US, patients have a right to know you take premium prices but offer the worse service ever. If you calculate when the new owners took over at Spark dental and the amount of 1 stars you have received since takeover, then one would know the real stars you have and I very much doubt it would be 4.7. Is this a part time practice? Phoned four times during normal office hours but no answer, fifth time I got through lady on the other end spoke to me in a rude and curt manner - as someone mentioned in some other reviews Dr Sunita the previous owner was a gem, since it has been sold the new owners and staff are incompetent, the staff keeps changing on a regular basis, that’s why staff is not trained to deal with patients. Now I’m registered with Banning Dental Practice miles better and so much cheaper and they answer there calls and staff are brilliant.

Fantastic experience: Lovely team, came across them in 2022 when I urgently needed to see someone as my retainer wire came undone. They were much more approachable than other places about fitting me in as I had not yet been to a dentist since moving to the UK. The reception team, dentists, and hygienists have all be really accommodating since. The hygienist Rosie (works on Thursdays), is really lovely and very experienced. So glad to find a good dental clinic in the area.

Negative experience: This was a great dental practice in the past with Sunita at the helm. however since she left the practice is now a mess i had outstanding credit on my account and the new owners claim there is no record of it and that the computers have been wiped clean!!!! Also the staff are not friendly at all, they are more worried about taking your money as opposed to helping resolve issues. Also the hygienist Colin has left, who was a great chap overall i would not recommend this practice, especially when you are paying premium rates for a private dentist

Fantastic experience: Sparkle is my usual dentist, but I turned up without an appointment as I was worried about something. The receptionist and dentist were very helpful and I managed to see the dentist and put my mind at rest. I am very grateful. On other visits I have always found everyone very professional, no complaints.

Negative experience: Went for dental treatment here . Was told I’d need several fillings . I had a filling done here that fell out, I decided to go to a different dental practice due to the long wait to be seen. Turns out they drilled holes too deep to the point they hit my nerve. I’ll now need root canal treatment £2000 per tooth. Please do your research before booking . I will not be continuing my treatment at sparkle dental sorry

Fantastic experience: Absolutely over the moon with the service and treatment I received today at Sparkle. I had a check up with another dental practise earlier this morning and left in a bad mood as they wanted so much money from me and I felt uneasy from the get go. I was driving home and drove past Sparkle Dental Boutique and something told me to park up and go inside so I did. I was greeted with Prachi the receptionist who I straight away could feel had such great energy and she was so patient with me as I tried to explain my problems I had this morning and with my teeth. She managed to squeeze me in straight away with a hygienist and gave me some amazing advise as well as making me feel at ease. My hygienist today was Bozena who yet again had such great energy and was so lovely to me as she had patience to listen to my story but also wasn’t afraid to tell me where I was going wrong. Bozena you can tell has a lot of experience and she gave me some amazing advise along with a thorough clean which left me smiling and feeling so much better about myself. I’m booked in to see the dentist next week and to see Bozena again in 8 weeks and I couldn’t recommend Bozena enough, best hygienist I’ve had in years! Summary: you really feel welcomed here and the staff are absolutely amazing and so lovely and they do not rush you or try to take your money! Negative experience: Been three years since I had my bonding and always had an issue with them as they have chipped especially with left tooth. Been back several times and was told to try whitening. Had a second opinion and the dentist at a different clinic advised me it was a bad job of bonding. Extremely insecure about my teeth and many people have now commented and will have to seek/pay alternative dentist to repair. My advise to anyone using this clinic, use a dentist with great bonding skills and experience.

Fantastic experience: Just want to share my experience at this dentist. It was amazing!!! The gentleman that done my extraction was Floyd and he made sure my usually anxious visit to the dentist, was a comfortable one. Gums healing well with minimal bleeding! This is a first! The aftercare advice was great as I'm literally pain free after a few days.

Negative experience: Really disappointed I called for a panoramic Xray I was told there is an offer you’ll get checked along with 2 mini X-rays for £49 as yours is special will be 66£… I went paid and was told Ill get the Xray by Monday… Went back home to be called to pay a difference of 43£! Even the check was not needed I took as part of a deal… Obviously am not satisfied and wont pay the extra charges after paying!

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient to Sparkle Dental Boutique and I found the service I received was of a very high standard. Flloyd gae me professional advice with relevant suggestions as to the best course of treatment for me. His easy going manner put me right at ease as he explained what needed to be done in a non-jargonistic manner. The staff that I meet were friendly and when I had to give feedback I felt that I had been listened to. I'm glad that I made the initial phone call based on a mail shot.

Negative experience: I've been a patient at Sparkle for a long time but it has really gone downhil. None of the staff are the same and they change on a constant basis. I get appointments cancelled regularly and at short notice which is very inconvenient. When you do get seen the prices seem excessive. I will be moving to another dentist from now on.

Fantastic experience: I am 100% satisfied!! From the minute I entered Sparkle I felt very assured, my entire journey to seeing the Dentist there was top tier and exceeded my expectation.. Would definitely recommend this private practice.

Negative experience: I'm deeply disappointed with my experience at Sparkle Dental Boutique, and I regret to say that I can't award them more than a single star. Firstly, their handling of appointments leaves much to be desired. I initially booked an appointment three weeks ago, only to be abruptly informed by text message last night that it had been cancelled. This shows a clear lack of consideration for patients' time and schedules. What's more disconcerting is the way rescheduling was approached. I was contacted today to rearrange my appointment, but the soonest appointment that would match my schedule they could offer was on the 1st of September, a full five weeks away. I found the disregard for my time, and the lack of viable alternatives offered, exceedingly frustrating. The reception staff were thoroughly unhelpful, showing neither interest nor understanding in resolving my situation. In a sector as sensitive as dental care, one would expect empathy, comprehension, and efficient handling of circumstances as a baseline. Sadly, these were sorely lacking. I had intended to invest thousands of pounds in treatments at this practice, but their appalling management of my situation has led me to cancel all planned work. I've decided to seek a more professional, respectful, and dependable dental practice elsewhere. I would strongly advise anyone considering a private dental practice to thoroughly review other options before even contemplating Sparkle Dental Boutique. Based on my experience, their professional conduct and regard for patients' needs are sorely lacking.

Fantastic experience: I can’t express my gratitude enough to Charmika and receptionist at Sparkle. I had raging toothache over the Easter weekend and they immediately fitted me in for an emergency appointment that Saturday, thoroughly investigated and diagnosed the problem, then efficiently set out a forward treatment plan. I am extremely satisfied with the highly professional service that I have received from this dental practice and would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Sparkle (and it's predecessor) for nearly ten years and have always received exemplary service. Regular cleaning and hygienist sessions plus annual dental checks with Sunita have meant my only dental issues have been minor or usefully preventative in that time. Over the years I have met a number of excellent hygienists of which Colin Dunlop is the latest and they have all provided excellent advice as well as professional dental cleaning. It is a very friendly practice and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone in the Ealing/Hanwell area.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Sparkle Dental Boutique for several years now. I am currently straightening my teeth through Sparkle with Invisalign. Ryan really put me at ease straight away and is very professional. I am half through my treatment and couldn’t be happier. They kept me informed with everything every step of the way and I felt really valued by them as a patient. Fantastic experience: Went in for root canal treatment (after I foolishly ignored a tooth ache for months). The dentist (Priya) took me through the process beforehand in detail (and was very patient with my constant questions!) and I was made to feel very comfortable in what could have been an unpleasant situation elsewhere. Highly recommend.

Positive experience: Staff were very professional and personable and usual but I felt that £160 charge to set some composite filling into a cavity, a procedure that took about 3 mins, and that didn't involve drilling or anaesthetic was excessive.

Fantastic experience: I am really over the moon that I have found this dental practice, and have done a root canal treatment under DR Priya Soneji she is the most amazing and professional dentist i have ever come across, before I went to this dental practice and met Dr P Soneji I have been other dental practices and been searching a good doctor to trust with my teeth for about 2 years and couldn't find it anywhere, the doctors i have come across in other places looked bit rude and hash and bit dishonest and give me some expensive treatment plans and really lost all trust in them untill I've come across this dental clinic (sparkle dental boutique) and specially when i have met Dr P Soneji she put me on ease and explained very well what i needed and what i didn't need and also found her to be honest, caring, professional, and very very knowledgeable can not thank her and the team at this clinic and would defenetly recommend to any one.

Negative experience: I wish I could leave a glowing review for Sparkle Dental Boutique but unfortunately my experience seems to differ from the majority of their other patients. What started as cosmetic braces to straighten my bottom teeth ended in irreversible changes to the structure of my mouth that can now only be fixed through jaw surgery, so I have been advised by other dentists. During the period of my treatment I saw a total of 4 orthodontists (because of changes at the surgery) and my treatment time doubled as a result. At the end of my treatment I was offered a 'complimentary hygienist appointment' which felt quite insulting in comparison to the constant delay and issues encountered during my treatment. As a result I wish I had never undergone having braces as I hate my teeth now much more than before, which has had quite an impact on my self esteem. Everyone at Sparkle Dental Boutique was always very polite and professional but unfortunately for me that isn't any compensation for the final result I received and feeling constantly uncomfortable about the appearance of my teeth. I sincerely hope no one else has to have the same experience as me.

Fantastic experience: Sunita is incredibly skilled in her field - I highly recommend Sparkle Dental. I recently had a wisdom tooth extraction. I was quite nervous and Sunita & team really put me at ease. The extraction itself was incredible - so quick and painless. I expected pain to come later in the day once the anaesthetic wore off - happily it didn’t come. I took no painkillers or pain relief which is all credit to Sunita. I was amazed and so relieved at how quick and painless it was. Thank you again!

Positive experience: My experience with sparkle was wonderful, they made you feel welcome and gave the best advise relating to your treatment as agreed, you don't feel any pressure. Treatment and cost was jointly discussed and agreed upon, complete transparency and the result was satisfactory.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy that I finally found the courage to have implants fitted after years of procrastination (and fear!). I was quite nervous at first as I didn't really know what to expect. Nick explained the procedure to me and thanks to his professionalism and his good sense of humour, I finally started my treatment. The procedure for implant placement is pain-free, I now wish I had it done much sooner! After 3 months the crowns were fitted and I can now eat normally. It has greatly improved my quality of life. I also had treatment with Sunita (crown placement). Sunita is very kind and professional and explained the treatment plan to me and never pushed for additional work. My treatment is still ongoing but I can't recommend Sparkle Dental boutique enough! The whole staff at Sparkle is great and going to the dentist is no longer an anxiety-filled experience...

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Sunitas for a long time and have only praise for her and indeed, the whole team. I had a bad experience with dental work and the 1st time I attended Sparkle, Sunita made me completely relax and understand that she would only do what I was comfortable with, I have never looked back since. She is so professional, caring and really cares about her patients, unlike a few other dentists who only seem to be in it for the money. The whole team are professional and will do whatever it takes if an emergency appt is needed. I have moved from Ealing but still return to Sparkle .

Fantastic experience: Lovely practice, with even lovelier staff who really do make you feel comfortable in all they do. I am terrible with dentists usually, but I've overcome any worries with the most capable team who make you feel at ease. I've been really impressed with Dr Rishi Patel and Dr Priya Soneji who have always kept me calm and looked after my teeth for me.

Fantastic experience: I gave 5 stars because the results exceeded my expectations. During the composite bonding procedure I was hoping Dr.Verma would know what I wanted my teeth to look like. I was anticipating that moment I look in the mirror to see the results- would they look how I imagined or turn out completely the wrong shape? The mirror was handed to me and my first word was "wow". My teeth were exactly how I imagined them to look in terms of shape and perfectly matched my tooth colour and length. I would definitely return for further treatment.

Fantastic experience: Such a lovely dental practice - everyone is just fabulous, very kind and generally brilliant. Special call outs to Sunita who is a fabulous dentist and incredibly kind and Colin who is by far the best dental hygienist I've ever had an appointment with Both are super thorough but also very conscientious as my teeth can be a bit sensitive. Fantastic experience: I was very anxious when I walked in to the surgery. I was welcomed by lovely staff in the cosy waiting area. Dr Verma was extremely professional and I felt at ease as soon as I met her. She thoroughly explained the procedure of cosmetic bonding and showed me some before and after pics. Fantastic experience: One of my experiences with Sparkle was getting an implant. As scary and complicated this procedure may seem at first, it was quite the opposite thanks to the team and mostly Dr Nick Vourakis. I was always clear on what is to be done and when, understood the procedure in detail and what is expected after. There was never any pain or discomfort during any of the visits as the Dr ensured affected areas are numb, healing process was quick and excellent due to great aftercare advice. After the procedure, the team checks-in if everything is going well in between appointments so you always feel cared for and can always call in if there are any questions or concerns. My overall experience with the implant was excellent, straightforward, comfortable and did not affect my daily life and travel at all. I would definitely recommend Dr Vourakis and Sparkle Dental Boutique and thank the team for their brilliant expertise and care!

Fantastic experience: I don’t live particularly close to this branch but I’ve now made the journey for two different cosmetic dental procedures years apart because the service is so good. Most recently had teeth whitening and dental bonding done and from start to finish the process was quick, easy and well explained. Would recommend to all of my friends and family and I will definitely return in the future if I need to!

Fantastic experience: I was so anxious about getting my very crooked teeth straightened but less than a year later my fixed braces are off and I have perfectly straight teeth. I cannot believe the difference it makes, I’m so happy with the results & my only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner! Fantastic experience: I have been going to Sparkle for many years and have always been treated respectfully, gently (and with good humour) by the lovely team at Sparkle. This year I finally plucked up the courage to have a few implants. I was incredibly nervous but it all went really well thanks to Nick - actually the procedure was not at all painful. Fantastic experience: 5*. Super friendly staff. I came here for Gum contouring and a teeth cleanse. I didn’t like having to pay £50 consultation BUT It was worth it. Usually dentists are so quick to get rid of you but they dealt with me on a personal level and had the time and this is why I followed through after my consultation because I didn’t have to. The teeth cleaning was extremely through and the best I’ve had. As you can see from the picture, my gums made me look like I had baby teeth. Very happy with the contouring. Pain free. And the outcome is life changing. Thank you.

I got in touch with Kavita (Practise Manager) on a referal and since then my case has been dealt with professionalism , due care and in a most organised way. After initial consultation and a structured plan in place, everything was taken care off while i can go around my routine life. Collin (Hygenist) , Dr Nick and Kavita are real gem.Highly recommended .

Fantastic experience: You are always very well looked after here by every member of staff. Unfortunately, I had to have an extraction recently because of a troublesome wisdom tooth but I was given a great level of care prior, during and after the procedure. I highly recommend them.

They aren’t pushy and don’t try to oversell - just give you the facts to make the decision. Having to have more essential work that I would have avoided if it wasn’t for them. Fantastic experience: I have recently discovered Sparkle Dental Boutique on the Boston Manor Road, Hanwell, Ealing - and what a revelation it is! A beautiful and relaxing waiting room, lovely, friendly and professional staff. The treatment rooms make you feel like you are in a spa! Fantastic experience: Very professional set up but with a human touch. Staff are all very pleasant and make you feel at ease and this is led by practice head Sunita Verna. The hygienist, Colin Dunlop, has that rare ability of being very easing going which puts you totally at ease while being very professional at his job.
