Fantastic experience: Had my fourth ever tooth out today, the other three were the reason I had a phobia of dentists. Rob was amazing, I have no pain at all even though the injections have worn off and I no longer feel frightened of going. Not bad for a sixty something year old. Thanks Rob and team.

My dental issues were thoroughly investigated/reviewed, a clear plan and costs outlined, and then carried out to the highest standards. I am absolutely delighted with the results!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely first rate, fantastic service and treatment from this dental surgery. We recently went on family denplan from an NHS service where my son was consistently not being seen. My son had toothache and was in agony .. I rang at 3.10pm, they called back for him to be seen at 4pm. He's 7 years old and no longer in pain. From the ladies on reception to Nick(the dentist) and his assistant I couldn't praise or thank them more.

Fantastic experience: Only recently joined this dental practice..... I have to say I'm very impressed with how this practice operates.... You get a full explanation of treatments and then it's down to you to decide what your wanting to have done... Thank you to rosy and her team I have my smile back and an action plan for the future of healthy teeth also the reception staff are very welcoming too. Fantastic experience: Myself and husband are Denplan patients here and are more than happy with every appointment! I can’t thank Rob enough for reassuring my 9 year old daughter on her visits. Fantastic experience: Had a bad tooth which was giving me a lot of pain and rang White Gables for emergency treatment on Friday.. Jubilee day... Rob removed my tooth with minimum fuss.. Both him and his nurse were so caring and reassuring.. I am a nervous patient.. Thank you xx

Negative experience: Called up 2 months ago asking if I could put on their NHS list. Was called up this morning to be told a slot was available as a private patient. Thought that was very quick until I realised they said Private. Was told they don't do NHS patients (I was clear when I first called). Asked what their price was for an examination and polish. £78 for a granular polish and £375 for an examination. I said I couldnt afford nearly £400 to only look at my teeth. Their response was "Thank you, Goodbye". Edit. I have since had a response, below. If I have misremembered the prices, please feel free to include any corrected prices below. If you feel my review is a misrepresentation, please elaborate, though I note you were not the person on the call. From my POV the "Thank you, Goodbye" was highly memorable.

Positive experience: On 22.4.22. the treatment from the hygienist was top quality with good personal interaction. However we were disappointed that the dental appointment was postponed on the morning it was due. This made it impossible to return to an engagement which we had cancelled to attend both dental commitments. Notice of cancellation the day before would be appreciated in future. P A Bailey

Fantastic experience: I attended the practice for a long overdue visit to the hygienist ' I was extremely well looked after by her and her assistant from time of arrival and throughout the visit. All security precautions were in place, and it was a totally successful visit.

Fantastic experience: Really great dentist. I recently moved to the area and needed a new dentist. I had a wonderful dentist before so was apprehensive. The dental staff are all lovely, helpful and friendly. The hygienist and dentist are professional, thorough and approachable. I always receive an appointment and/or response when I make contact. Highly recommended. I’m happy and I’m rather fussy when choosing a dental practice so that’s saying something.

Fantastic experience: I was well prepared for the appointment due to the instructions given the previous day. The team were well organized, being met at the door and supplied with gloves and mask and taken through immediately to see Diane, the dental hygienist. Being a nurse I'm very conscious of the need to follow strict PPE protocols and I certainly felt safe and reassured throughout my appointment.

Fantastic experience: This appointment was for an emergency filling after the lock down, due to Covid 19, so really impressed with the consideration shown by the practice. Normal dentistry hadn't resumed at that time so I was very thankful the practice offered this emergency treatment at this very worrying time. The dental nurse met me outside the practice and asked me to wear gloves and face mask so safety was obviously a priority to staff and patients.The filling was carried out very professionally and I felt safe at all times throughout the treatment. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

The staff are pleasant and efficient. The dental staff are also very pleasant and communicative despite it not being the most pleasant of experiences for the patient. No need for trepidation when visiting

Fantastic experience: Welcoming, non scary very reassuring staff and environment. Good sensible dental management no pressure to indulge is extraneous un-needed treatments. They are moving towards an environmentally sensitive practice as far as I can see encouraging the recycling of dental packaging and products. plusses all around. The only negative I have is not in their power to change the parking outside can take time to find a spot so I allow lots of time for this. they are worth it

Fantastic experience: White Gables Dental Practice works very well. There is no waiting when arriving for scheduled appointments. When ad hoc unscheduled attention is required this is arranged quickly and is carried out competently.

Fantastic experience: I had a very bad tooth ache which started on Sunday, on Monday I phoned for an urgent appointment & got one the same day. Gary asked me to go for an x-ray to hospital as they give results the same day, having had the x-ray I dropped off the results & got a phone call later in the afternoon to come & see Gary on Tuesday. On the Tuesday I had the tooth removed which was done with very little fuss & no pain. I can't thank the staff enough & recomend them to anyone who wants a friendly & professional service.
