Fantastic experience: After spending a year and a half on their NHS waiting list, I was lucky enough to attend my first check up at Mona Lisa Smiles today! From the warm welcome I received from the receptionists, to the friendly, professional manner of the dentist and dental nurse, it was a really positive experience. My treatment (basic checkup and xray) was explained very clearly and was nice and quick. Very happy with my visit, and a happy new MLS client.

Fantastic experience: Podiatrist Alexia I came to see Alexia as I had severe foot pain for several months and am still awaiting a hospital appointment. Alexia was recommended to me. I can only praise her knowledge, professionalism and amazing advise. She recommended a temporary solution until an MRI result so as to alleviate the issue and avoid further injury. Within a day my foot felt so much better. She was a great listener and lovely to chat to. Thanks Alexia.

Fantastic experience: I came here initially with a broken tooth I had to have this and another removed and same day dental implants placed Dr Basirat in my opinion is one of the best in his field I’m very satisfied with the outcome so far crowns in a couple of months. Then Saw Elena one of the hygienist. She was brilliant. Walked me through the process. Gave me a comprehensive aftercare plan. And listened to my concerns. I would highly recommend this dentist from the reception staff and nurses who care to the dentists and hygienists who are consummate professionals. Many thanks.

The dental nurse Rezuca was very kind and understood how nervous I was she reassure me and was so gentle and lovely. I would like to thank her for looking after me as she was excellent in every way. Doctor Basirat had explained the procedure before my treatment and he took time with me and I was not pressurised for having the treatment so I knew that I could put my trust in him . I highly recommend him as he is so gentle caring and kind and most professional. I was put at ease and never had any pain.
