Positive experience: Ok no problem.

Positive experience: After having issues with parking and not being able to walk quickly -due to a knee op, I was 21 mins late for my appointment. The receptionist told me that as I was 30 mins late the dentist might not see me which would of been OK but I did point out that it was 21 and not half hr. The receptionist almost sneered at me - not good customer service, however dentist seen me and her assistant was brilliant. I would of been prepared to have to rearrange the appointment because I was late- however I feel that this particular receptionist could do with a retrain on customer service and this is why I have only rated 3 stars

Negative experience: Was told that I needed 2 appointments for a deep clean,with a £75.00 charge for each appointment,although I still would have had only 1 procedure.I was also asked to make an appointment for 3 months time,even though there seemed to be no clinical reason for this.I said to the dentist that I have never been asked to make 3 monthly appointments.She then backtracked and said I could come back in 6 months instead.I'm starting to wonder whether this service is more about making profit than caring for patients.If I discover it is,I won't be holding back on letting the relevant professional bodies know about it.

My dentist is kind and gentle and has taken away any anxiety about attending my appointments. My grandchildren being at this practice, feel happy to attend any appointment, and have no worries or feel scared,so sets them up for the rest of their lives for going to the dentist. I am very thankful to all the practice and just wait patiently for the rest of my family to be able to go there.

Positive experience: I was very impressed by the dentist. She did a thorough examination of my neck, mouth and teeth and explained the benefits of tooth brushing and flossing. We also talked about my mouth ulcers and my old mouth guard as I tend to grind my teeth. Best check-up I've had in a long time.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible service, was having tooth pain and told to go here for an appointment. I was in there 5 minutes and they said because I wasn't jumping out of the chair they couldn't and wouldn't help me and told to pay private elsewhere. Terrible service, grotty place

She cleaned away my plaque better and more thoroughly than it has ever been done before, on ALL my teeth. I hope to see her again in 6 months. Excellent work.

Positive experience: I now see a polish dentist at Doncaster Dental Care and she does seem thorough but she cleaned my teeth and made them bleed quite a lot, she was a bit rough in the cleaning.

Negative experience: Refuse to treat me or even book me in, having wisdom tooth issues from a extraction from another dentist that they sent me to. The attitude from them is that it's not their problem. I've been going here for years so this is very upsetting as I know they have a duty of care

Negative experience: I came for a routine check up and had a coating put on a tooth as could be getting a hole . Ever since appt I have had swollen gland and tooth ache on the tooth touched . I had no symptoms before and was told I had good dental hygiene !

Negative experience: I've been going here for yrs when it used to be pinder and barkers, I was booked in on Tuesday but unfortunately my house was broken into and car stolen so I'd not slept and the stress had caused a fibromyalgia flare up, i rang to cancel I was booked in at 3pm i rang at 9..45 only to be told as ive cancelled twice im now struck off!! So its ok they've cancelled me on the day due to lack of dentist but I cancel and I'm struck off, at least I rang, they wouldn't of lost any money as I'm nhs on uc so free dental, its gone down hill, you get a different dentist every time you go, ive always recommended them but not anymore.

Negative experience: Due to not seeing the same dentist I believe information wires were crossed and I was charged too much. 3 months ago I saw a guy who's no longer there had treatment and was told he hadn't enough time to complete the treatment so I was to come back in 3 months and have it completed and that payment would be taken on that day and I wouldn't pay next time. I went on Wed 13th, saw another dentist who did a check and charged me again. Having MND and speech problems I found it difficult to explain what had happened previously payed the fee and left. On arrival home my wife rang up to try and find out what has happened only to be told that there must have been a communication error as that's not how the system works. Very very annoyed

Fantastic experience: To say I am scared stiff of the dentist is an understatement, but yesterday was a lovely experience. The dentist made me feel so at ease and walked me through the procedure, stopping every few minutes to ask if I was ok. I had 2 pain free fillings, walked out feeling great. Not a shaking mess like usual.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this dental practice for over 50 years. Although the staff have changed over time the service has always been very good. I have had numerous fillings and a few extractions and the procedures have all been carried out very efficiently and effectively. My only criticism is that I would like the option of paying by cash and not having to use card payments.

Fantastic experience: We saw Dr. Oluwafunmito Esan a recently arrived member of the dental staff who was excellent. Thoroughly examined our teeth after talking through our medical history. Would really like her to be our regular dentist

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this dentist for over 20 years, it has changed in that time but that is not to say that my experience here was not good, it was. The staff were all very pleasant and efficient, I was seen on time and the actual dentist was brilliant. She explained everything, was very thorough with checking my medical history and was very caring throughout the procedure. I would recommend this dentist.

Positive experience: My appointment was 10.30 but I did not get to see the dentist until 10.50. I had to decline the scrape and polish as I had another appointment at 11.30. Having said that the dentist I saw was very nice .

Positive experience: Been going to this practice since I was a child ,it's changed quite alot ,the intercom they have on the door is not very clear and can barely understand what is being said, went upstairs the receptionist got my name wrong and when corrected just told me to take a seat, the dentist was very good explained everything in detail ,kept asking if I was OK through out my appointment and was very reassuring, I agree with alot of the other reviews this practice is not like it used to be but overall the experience was good

Negative experience: Was with this dentist all my lifeand because I didnt go for 6yrs me and my kids have been struck off. I only rang because my 4yr old hasnt been registered at a dentist yet and really needed my nicotine stains removing. They are not taking nhs pacients anymore so don't waist your time trying. Also it's alway's been a nightmare getting up thier stairs. You would think 60yrs is long enough time for them to of sorted a lift for those who are disabled and those with buggys.
