Positive experience: The dental practice is in an old building with small rooms,narrow stair case with low ceilings. The Premises are clean and tidy and I found the staff to be friendly and professional. No complaints.

Fantastic experience: So pleased we moved to this dentist after a bad experience else where. The dentist Samer, explained everything he was going to do and checked the children were comfortable and understood what was happening and made them feel at ease. Stickers were appreciated. My 8yr old has even asked to go back! I would highly recommend Samer.

Fantastic experience: Mill house is clean and with friendly, welcoming staff. This dentist practice understands their patients needs. I’ve had a bad experience with going to the dentist before and my dentist, Veena, always puts me at ease, is patient with me and communicates well. She informs me what I need without pushing products or procedures that aren’t needed. I have been going to this practice for years now and am happy with the service I receive. My hygienist appointment with Chaz was great. He cleaned my teeth throughly, instructed me on how to take better care of my teeth, showed me what to do and I walked away feeling more knowledgeable about dental hygiene.

If you're not doing something right when it comes to your oral health, she will tell you what you need to change and why. It was thanks to her that i stopped drinking fizzy drinks.i highly recommend her!! For the dental surgery on a whole, it's clean and bright, staff are very friendly.

Fantastic experience: On my first visit to Millhouse back in May I was seen as an emergency. The receptionist and dentist I saw were very pleasant and put me at ease. I had to have an appointment with hygienist and they managed to book me in straight away.The scale and Polish was painless and the hygienist was very friendly and considerate. I would definitely recommend Millhouse My husband and son will be moving here too. My emergency appointment resulted in an extraction a couple of weeks later. I was extremely nervous and a bit emotional as a previous dental surgery had been heavy handed whilst trying to remove a tricky molar some years ago. Puyan was understanding and my extraction was painless and not at all traumatic. Will be having a bridge made for me and I am completely confident that Puyan will do a fantastic job fitting it for me in a couple weeks 100% recommend the Millhouse dental surgery to anyone looking for a relaxed environment with excellent dentists and receptionists.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment today at Millhouse Dental Practice in Loudwater, High Wycombe, for two Biodentine treatments, and I just want to say how AMAZING the service was! I was treated by Puneet (the dentist), with Diogo (the dental nurse) assisting — and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Puneet was so professional, kind, and incredibly reassuring throughout the entire procedure. She made sure I was comfortable at every stage, explained everything clearly, and really put me at ease. A huge thank you as well to Diogo — he was fantastic as a dental nurse. Calm, attentive, and supportive the whole time, he really helped create such a positive and relaxed atmosphere. Together they made what could have been a daunting treatment feel smooth and stress-free. I’m so grateful for their care and would 100% recommend Millhouse Dental Practice to anyone looking for exceptional dental treatment.

Negative experience: Disappointed, finished work over an hour early to get to two appointments back to back and it all got cancelled.

Negative experience: Very disappointed by how Millhouse dentist treated me. Last Moday i was refused to be seen by the hygienist as i was 7 minutes late due to road works. Today i was on time but my appointment got delayed by 6 minutes by the hygienist. As a result, i lost two working hours. But it seems they do not care about their patients.

Fantastic experience: I had to attend Mill House Dental Surgery today for an emergency appointment… I was in pain, very nervous and very embarrassed about the state of my teeth as I am a dentophobe and hadn’t seen a dentist in over 2 years! Puyan put me at ease, was very non judgmental and didn’t make me feel bad about the condition of my teeth. He was kind and sympathetic. He prescribed me some antibiotics and then advised on the next steps. It was the most comfortable I have felt in a dentist chair in a long time. I am sad that there isn’t any NHS patient spots here as would happily come again!

I have very little trust in dentist’s because of bad past experiences, but he went out of his way to explain the treatment I required and what would happen if I delayed having the treatment. Positive experience: Appointment to have a slightly chipped tooth repaired. To be told £190 for a white filling or £28.60 (NHS) for a temporary filling. Thought it expensive for a white filling, but to be told the alternative was temporary was poor. Basically dentist saying pay up for white, surely there is a better option that is more permanent and not £190. What did we do before white fillings?

Manas Mishra and his lovely assistant Selima were so lovely and put me at ease. Manas with his great humour treated you more like a friend than a patient, but very professional throughout. The whole procedure was so quick I was amazed. I Wish I lived nearer as I'd definitely be registering myself with this dental practice

Negative experience: The receptionist are very nice I do not understand why I have to wait over 45 mins to see the dentist my appointment was 11.50 arrived 11.45 I did not see dentist until 12.45 this is not the first time I had have to wait last time was 25 mins. today I saw lady dentist not the one I saw before this lady spoke loud and I could not understand what she was saying to me there were things I wanted to ask but because I was late seeing her and I found her hard to understand I just wanted to leave .I told reception not to put me with her again
