Fantastic experience: After having a fall and losing/breaking 4 of my top front teeth a friend recommended me to Ihsan. I am absolutely terrified of having dental work done, Ihsan and his wife Ifzana are amazing.I needed alot of work done, a bridge consisting of 6 front teeth and 2 implants(I didn't think I would be able to do it.)Ihsan is very patient, reassuring and very qualified for the job. Fantastic experience: Absolutely delighted with the Implant I have had fitted today , an annoying gap in my smile line now filled. They have the latest equipment to ensure a perfect fit, they use the very latest Technology along with their experience and expertise gave me confidence that I had made the right choice of implant specialist to carry out the work. Yes it’s probably more expensive than going off to Turkey , but I have peace of mind that should anything go wrong I do not have far to travel. Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Khaliq and his dental nurse! They are both so lovely! They really listen to you as a patient and a person by remembering personal details, which is a really nice touch. Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appointment here with a very painful cracked & infected bottom wisdom tooth, if you are scared of the dentist this is the place to go. They immediately make you feel relaxed and are absolutely great people. They also offer IV sedation Which i opted for & glad i did. You get what you pay for here & i am so glad i chose this place as my first time back at the dentist in 18 years.

I did not need to have expensive root canal surgery or my tooth extracted as I had been previously told. The treatment & advice I received was excellent. They are friendly & professional, put you at ease & Dr Khaliq knows what he is talking about & took the time to explain everything to me so that I felt confident about what my issue was and how his recommended treatment would work. Had a tooth that needed extracting and after going to a different Dentist, and struggling to become numb from the anaesthetic and there fore, not being able to have this done, today I went to bawtry dental clinic and Issan kindly, and gently encouraged me to let him have a go. After my last experience, I was nervous, however their caring nature persuaded me and he was able to remove the tooth pain free and so quickly! Thank you both of you!

Fantastic experience: Dr Khaliq and his team really put me at ease, I have had a phobia of dentists for as long as I can remember. I had a wisdom tooth removed and he talked me through everything and made me feel comfortable. I couldn’t recommend him high enough for the patient care during and after the procedure. As a testament to his approach I have actually booked to go back (voluntarily) for a full checkup and whitening.

His friendly approach was informative, calming and reassuring. Following the numbing injections the tooth was removed without pain :-) I would recommend Dr Khaliq and his team.

Fantastic experience: I was referred by my sister in law to go here for Invisalign and I’m so thankful I listened. I can’t stop staring at my new wonderful smile! The team are so thorough and explain every little thing. I was able to get fillings fixed and any worries I had they sorted them straight away, explained what they had to and gave advice accordingly. I’m usually quite anxious going to the dentist in general from previous experiences, but I was put at total ease every time I went. I would definitely come back just for check ups. Fantastic experience: I'm really grateful I found this dental clinic. I needed emergency dental surgery and Dr Ihsan Khaliq was really great. They offered sedation (which obviously costs more) but I was really glad I decided to go with it. It's administered by IV and Ihsan is the gentlest and the least painful I've ever experienced at inserting the IV needle! They were even happy to allow my husband to sit in on the dental procedure to make me more comfortable, as I knew I wasn't going to remember anything due to the sedation. It's not cheap here (it is a private clinic after all), but the service I've received has been outstanding. I had additional complications due to other health issues, and Ihsan saw me twice to check on my healing process when I contacted him at no extra cost. With it being a very small dental practice, there's not always someone to answer the phone, and sometimes it's the dentist himself who answers. But if I can't get through straight away, I usually try every half hour or so and can usually get hold of someone within an hour or two at the most. They've also sometimes called me back before I've had chance to try calling them again, even if I haven't left a message on their answer phone! With the experience I've had at this dental clinic so far, I highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best dental experience I’ve had! After two other dentists told me a front tooth implant wasn’t possible due to a too small a gap, ten years later..Ihsan and Ifzana could. They offered a solution, carefully explaining the options. They are precise, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm and caring- which made me feel as ease straight away. I live around 3 hours away, they were very flexible with appointments, they always kept me updated via text and if I reached out they would get back to me straight away. My tooth implant looks and feels so natural and I can now smile with confidence. I didn’t initially think this procedure would be possible for me and now, I am beyond happy with the results- thank you!! I highly recommend them!

Nervous of previous experiences, I went in and wow what a difference. The time the dentist took in explaining and the patience he had with me was remarkable. I am in the process of having a dental implant (really put me at ease when i was so anxious) and actually it was really nothing to worry about even any questions I had after just send a text which was responded to promptly, amazing! Pain free and easy. Dr Khaliq and dental nurse so warm, welcoming an just really nice and knowledgeable actually takes the time to sit down and explain everything. I have been to many dental practices over the years and this one is the best by far i actually no longer have the fear of going to the dentist. Fantastic experience: I had decided to have a dental implant after my upper molar had broken twice and been filled twice by my NHS dentist. Both fillings soon broke and I was told that an implant would have to be done privately. Additionally, my wife had put up with a large gap in her teeth for years and chose Bawtree Dental Clinic for a double implant after checking Dr Ishan Khaliq’s qualifications and experience. The removal of my broken tooth was virtually painless and the subsequent implant was carried out efficiently and successfully by Ishan. My wife however had more complex problems. A CT scan showed that the jawbone had receded and thinned locally and a sinus membrane lift and bone graft was required before the implants could be inserted. Ishan successfully performed the extremely delicate surgery with great care and my wife was very impressed with how gentle and confident Ishan was in carrying out this procedure. 10 out of 10 Ishan for the excellent work.

Fantastic experience: I have had to resort to writing this review on my husbands google account as mine will not lot me log in, this is how determined I am. I am PETRIFIED of the dentist. This stems from childhood countless surgeries and extracted teeth and even one dentist injecting my tongue by mistake. I had the most awful tooth ache last week. I was seen by an NHS emergency dentist who advised me I would need my tooth pulled out or root canal due to trauma to my tooth. They were unable to provide a root canal and as it was a front tooth I did not want it taken out. I came out of the emergency dentist sobbing. I was not registered with an NHS dentist so my only other option was private. My sister was a previous patient of Bawtry Dental (moved due to location) and has always raved about how amazing they are. So my first thought was to call them, albeit in a panicked state. Ihsan answered the phone and I explained my situation, he was so calming and put me at ease all most instantly. I had an appointment in a matter of hours. He asked on the phone do you know where we are based. I said yes my sister used to come to you, he asked who my sister was and just by name he knew who she was asked if she was ok and if she was still a primary school teacher. Which in itself says alot about this dental practice. Very personable and a true passion and care for their patients. I arrived nervous but Ishan and his wife (I'm very sorry in the chaos I forgot your name) made me feel easier. Safe to say I am now almost pain free after a few days with them even calling to check on me. I am delighted to come back to you as a patient. My sister however is very jealous! I had a pretty despondent attitude toward dentists and my teeth in general...but Dr Khaliq has changed that and given me brilliant natural looking results, which is exactly what i wanted. Fantastic experience: After telling friends and family that I had a cracked wisdom tooth, they all pulled the same face; a face that suggested I was soon to be in lots of pain in getting it removed. By the time my appointment arrived I was very nervous. I entered the room and chatted to the dentist and was instantly made to feel very relaxed. Doctors and dentists in the past have shared this ability, only to inflict a punishing amount of pain after I have relaxed. This was not the case here, after numbing the area (something done unsuccessfully at a previous dentist) and waiting for it to take effect, my wisdom tooth was out of my mouth painlessly and on the table in 30 seconds or less. I couldn't believe it, and asked why so many people have wisdom tooth horror stories and my experience was so easy. The answer turned out to be experience and practise (which had evidently led to talent). On top of this, the dentist was very friendly and helpful when explaining my options. Overall I am very happy with the service, couldn't ask for anything more!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing!! From first walking in and meeting the team I knew I was in the best, safe and capable hands. I had an accident which left my 9/10 smile seem like a train wreck and a face full of pain!! Within moments I was diagnosed with over state of the art technology and a wizard like understanding in seconds. They sat me down and gave me a honest and caring analysis and 3 possible solutions to give me back my missing smile. I went with the Gold Standard implant solution, the next day I was going home after 40 mins pain free , implants in place and a temporary smile anyone would be proud of. I can’t thank them enough and I know my 10/10 smile is just around the corner.

It was after reading all the amazing comments and reviews for Bawtry Dental, Aesthetic and Implant clinic that I decided to get intouch with them. I left a message and very quickly received a call back from Dr Khaliq's wife answering any questions I had etc. She managed to fit me in in just over a week for a consultation. I was greeted by Dr Khaliq who put me at ease and after discussing what I wanted he proceeded to explain the process, costs and timings/procedures etc. At no time did I feel pressurised into going ahead with the treatment and even when my treatment started, I didn't feel rushed or made to have any extra treatment that I didn't want or need. I couldn't believe how good the actual temporary teeth looked and I am so pleased with the final outcome. Should have had them done years ago. I was always made so welcome and greeted like a friend not just another patient having treatment. You always felt like you were the only patient that day. I attended for a consultation about getting a dental implant and Dr Khaliq and his wife were very professional, friendly and welcoming to me. I was seen quickly and was able to get my implant fitted within a day of my consultation been carried out which I was relieved about as it was one of my front teeth. Dr Khaliq put me at ease and is very good at what he does. The implant only took half an hour and I felt no pain whatsoever during, and after the treatment. I’m quite fearful of the dentist but at BDAIC all staff have the upmost patience and understanding. I’m confident that they give you an honest account regarding what’s needed. And don’t try and over sell in any way shape or form. On the occasions Iv had slight issues after treatment they have been so quick to book me in and resolve the problem. They are easy to contact and always get back to you if they are unavailable. I would highly recommend using this Dentist! 5*

Fantastic experience: I was visiting my parents who live in nearby Doncaster in Jan 2024 and was seeking a last minute hygiene appointment. Bawtry Dental (like many others in the area) were fully booked, but they rang me as soon as they had a cancellation the next day and fit me in at short notice which I was super grateful for! They polished my teeth up amazingly, all stains removed and felt very clean. Whilst I was there we discussed teeth whitening which I’d had before but some changes in my teeth meant that my existing trays were no longer working properly. They did me a quick 3D scan (no moulds!) to create new trays and sent me away with a complete new whitening kit for an excellent price, and as I was going back home the next day they even posted my new trays to me in London for no extra charge. The trays arrived really promptly (1-2 working days) and fit perfectly. If you are looking for a hygiene appointment or home whitening kit I would definitely recommend Bawtry Dental Clinic! I’ll certainly be back.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant! I was nervous about an extraction and Dr Khaliq instantly put me at ease. He went through all options available and ensured I was completely happy with my decision. At no point did I feel rushed to make a decision in that moment. He gave me more information and options than my regular dentist did in 3 appointments. Dr Khaliq is, without a doubt, significantly better than any other dentist I have ever been to. Fantastic experience: So around 15 years ago .. after suffering a crash on a motorbike and knocking out 2 of my front teeth and damaging others ..I went several years …. Thinking I could no longer smile , without looking like an idiot , my confidence was so bad , and the dentist , I had a fear of them lol , 7-8 years ago I finally faced my fears , and I went and searched what options I had , I had tried dentures from a local dentist ( Newark) and am sure lots of people could relate .. there just awful to wear and feel foreign in your mouth .. so I decided to travel out of Newark for consultations and go see what other places could do , I went as far as London .. and each place I went too saying I would need to have bone graft before I could have implants , which would of cost me a whole lot more , then I went and visited Bawtry Dental, Aesthetic & Implant Clinic , and they did a scan of my mouth and bone structure and said you have plenty of bone for us to do the implants , I mentioned I boxed for a living , ( get punched in the face lol ) and said would they be strong enough and not break , and he said there’s always that chance yes .. but they would be as durable and strong as your normal teeth , his confidence and reviews in their work says it all and i just knew , I was in the right place , and had the right people for the job , they were true to their word , they had given me my confidence back , my smile and teeth were better than before , they replaced all my missing teeth and damaged teeth , 6 in total , they allowed me to pay for what work I had done in stages completed so it was affordable for me , instead of one big sum , and in all this time ., 7 years or so I’ve had loads of boxing matches and have had no problem or damage to the implants , and have been going yearly to have my teeth checked , cleaned and polished , they have changed my whole approach to how I feel about dentists , no longer scared or worried to go , and I feel Like I can smile with confidence again , recently I went to a Christmas party and due to drinking and being an idiot I damaged two of my implants , I got in touch and they said to pop in and they will have a look at my options , they said I would need to have them taken out and sent away to be repaired , a procedure that only took 2 weeks to do , they simply removed the damaged porcelain teeth that took less than 5 minutes , then sent it off to have the porcelain redone .. when they were done and returned they screwed the teeth back in and was as if nothing happened , what I thought would be expensive was actually not so bad and affordable, they did tell me after having them fixed and placed back in to go easy on the drinking games haha , I love how each time I go we can chat for ages , they have become more than just my dentists , but people I trust and can call friends , there amazing at what they do and my life is a whole lot better because of them , I want to just say thank you for everything and allowing me to be able to smile again and again lol ..

I had a nightmare experience with my regular dentist who didn’t do a good job of my filling and when I went back for it to be fixed after being in agony, he also did a terrible job treating me and left me in pain again. Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend this place enough, I hate going to the dentist nothing personal I’m not even sure why I do but in all honesty they make it so easy, it’s a relaxed stress free environment, so friendly it’s almost like your in there front room not the dentist chair.. They are so knowledgeable and nothing seems too much trouble they answer all your questions and make sure you understand what they mean before carrying on. I’ve had 2 extractions now and both were painless and comfortable and seemed effortless. All other options were explored before the final decision to extract was made, (filling, root treatment) X-ray is such an easy process too. This time I even had stitches performed again effortlessly.. I would highly recommend this practice to everyone. Thank you for making a trip to the dentist a pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: A lifetime of NHS dentistry had left me with mismatched crowns, and amalgam fillings, and my teeth were in a very poor state. Following an initial consultation I was confident that this was the right practice for me, friendly and reassuring which was important as I knew there would be a lot of work ahead! I had a combination of bridges and crowns; the results are outstanding. Dr Khaliq is a perfectionist, and equally importantly, he and his wife are calm, patient and understanding which means that not only do I now have my smile back but it was achieved stress-free. I cannot emphasise enough what a difference having good teeth makes to your confidence levels - I am so glad I decided to have the work done,and best of all the results actually look natural which was important to me. Fantastic experience: I rang into Dr Khaliq following a recent fall where I chipped one of my front teeth and was in a lot of discomfort. He was able to accommodate an emergency appointment with me where I received an x-ray, a full consultation and composite bonding to repair the area, with guidance on where to go from there. After being at my previous dentist all my life and was repeatedly told there was nothing they could do for me after my first consultation at Bawtry Dental, Aesthetic & Implant Clinic a plan was put in place and the procedure started immediately. Fantastic experience: I went here after reading the long list of extremely positive reviews online, particularly from those with anxiety issues - I can really see why they're so highly rated. Dr. Khaliq and his wife are genuinely so lovely, and very, very good at what they do. I personally suffer with severe anxiety issues, and the thought of needing a rotten, upper wisdom tooth extracted (as well as other, ongoing work) filled me with complete dread. I was actually examined at a completely different dentist prior to going here, but wasn't impressed with the level of care or booking availability, so decided to look elsewhere - I'm so glad I chose here instead. After being in a lot of pain and mental turmoil, for a very long time, I finally mustered up the courage and rang up for an emergency appointment - I was thankfully seen to that very same day, as a brand new patient. I entered the building as white as a ghost, literally - but immediately I was put at ease by simply being talked to, being reassured that I was in control at all times, and that we would go at a comfortable pace. After a truly uplifting conversation, some examination work, a bit of numbing gel and a couple of injections (no sedation) - the tooth was "levered" out, not "pulled", in I kid you not - 30 seconds. I didn't feel a thing, and couldn't believe how easy it was, especially after building it up in my head to no end, for months and months. I was genuinely elated - I left a completely different person, with the colour (and smile) now having returned to my face. Aftercare was super easy too - no complications at all, no pain or discomfort. A long, wordy review - but I figured this could potentially help others like myself, who inadvertently put themselves through prolonged suffering due to anxiety / fear. You're in very good hands here...

Fantastic experience: I had a painful fractured rear molar tooth extracted and replaced with a dental implant. The whole process took 22 weeks since it was a large tooth with a large triple root. I have now had the implant in place for 2 weeks and it has been, so far, just perfect. As someone who does not like going to the dentist and really does not like having any work done on my teeth, as it is invariably uncomfortable and usually quite painful, I was amazed that such a major procedure could be so easy and painless. Even the tooth extraction, the worst part, was quite frankly a bit of a ‘so what’ and I was not left with the usual numb jaw and tongue, unable to speak properly. I was given some anti-inflammatory pain killers as a precaution, which I did take just as a precaution, even though there was no residual pain. Dr. Khaliq explained everything and really sounded like he knew what he was doing, which evidently, he does. Not just that He is also very good at doing it. Everyone there was also so very pleasant. So, this was truly a first-class experience.

The procedure was explained fully and the treatment was done as painlessly as possible followed by lots of aftercare advice. Fantastic experience: I can not thank or express my gratitude enough for these two amazingly talented and friendly people. I started my invisalign journey around 3 years ago, but unfortunately, the pandemic prolonged the process. I then wasn't able to continue with the process for a while due to becoming very unwell. But through it all, they remained as helpful and friendly as ever! They continued to work around ME and what was best/easiest for me whilst making sure my teeth weren't being forgotten. They do what is best for each of their patients, and don't stop until they're 100% satisfied as well as you. From the second you walk in, you're made to feel at ease and welcome. Fantastic experience: Went for tooth removal under sedation as I am a nervous patient. The waiting list for the NHS was months and other private clinics were at least 6 weeks. I phoned in the morning and was booked for the afternoon for emergency treatment, I dont remember any of the procedure thanks to the sedation, so would reccomened this if your nervous or anxious. Everything was explained really well to me before hand and the aftercare too. Instead of just pulling the tooth, Dr. Khaliq took it out in sections to cause less trauma to the jaw and make it easier if I was wanting an implant in the future, other dentists were just going to pull it. He had even asked if I could go through it without the sedation, so they are not just trying to take your money but give the right treatment for you. I will be back to this clinic for future treatment as trust with a dentist is important and Dr. Khaliq has given me that trust again. 100% recommended!
