Fantastic experience: Exceptional service at this dental practice. Staff members are very polite and professional. I felt very comfortable with the dentist I had who was Charmaine she was lovely and explained everything very well to me.
Fantastic experience: I have been a client of this practice for 13 years. In general I have always dreaded going to the Dentist from a child. Not anymore the staff at this practice are very friendly and welcoming they actively listen to your concerns about the problems you maybe having with your teeth/gums smile and how it maybe affecting you from a holistic point of view. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I’m always sceptical about the dentist, ever since I was a kid I had a really bad experience and ever since I’ve been terrified of the dentist. A few years ago I had to have a tooth extracted and Marston Green Dental Practice made me feel so comfortable. I haven’t been for a few years and was nervous as I saw they had new Dentists, I was booked in with Charmaine and she made me feel at ease. I wasn’t anxious, she did an x-ray and spoke with me about the options we had going forward about my teeth. I’m booked in for another extraction and a filling and for the first time in my life I’m not scared about going to the dentist. Can’t praise them enough.

Positive experience: I've been a patient here for around 15 years. Karin was an excellent Hygienist before retiring last year and Julie seems equally professional and competent. The turnaround of the dentists does seem a wee bit high to me, but they have always been of a decent quality. I have no plans to change practice!

Fantastic experience: I have used this Dental Practice for several years and I have always received very good service.Tracey on reception has always been pleasant and courteous,for the past year or so my dentist has been Charmaine. Charmaine is very professional and always gives good advice and explains the treatment to you.
Negative experience: Seriously gone down hill. Can't get a hygienist appointment until December and the receptionist response was "call around and go somewhere else?" Wow. That's one way to keep business. Been here 20 years and travelled from Tamworth to see Karen who was great. Past 6 months you can see the change of management. Awful.
Fantastic experience: I was there because I had a double tooth that had broken the dentist wants to refer me to a specialist as the root of the tooth isn’t straight it’s more of a banana shape. She said she has never seen a root like it and feels the tooth needs to come out so would rather me see a specialist I have no pain from the tooth.
Positive experience: I really appreciate having a dentist who listens to me and gives treatment options as well as does what’s needed. Advice, encouragement and empathy from a dental hygienist is also very welcome.

Fantastic experience: Many people say that they dislike going to the dentist, or that the dentist is hard on them, or speaks without speaking to them. That is not me. I like my dentist and she does all the right things too. Yesterday, because I had asked about it, she showed me her mouth and the fitting she has to straighten her teeth. I am interested in his for me too so was very interested. Therfore, I like my dentist and going there too, they are all like mine.

Fantastic experience: Dr Vali was my practitioner for my entire Invisalign journey and I could not be more happy with the treatment I received, she booked me in for regular checkups and amended my treatment when I needed adjustments. Before and throughout the treatment she explained the process in really easy to understand terms and made me feel confident I was on the right track. My teeth have gone from being one of my biggest insecurities to one of my proudest features, I'm honestly over the moon. Can't recommend Dr Vali enough!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Charmaine is a credit to this dental practice! They are so lucky to have her. She is very gentle, makes you feel relaxed by making sure you’re okay while she’s doing the treatment or check up, and she gives you a clear explanation of what she has to do. Always a positive experience each visit although sometimes you have to wait for at least 15-30 minutes before you get seen. But I’m really glad the previous dentists were gone when this dental practice had an overhaul!

Positive experience: After having a problem with my dentist who has now left, i e mailed the practice. the resopons i got was brillant thanks to the manager she delt with my e mail and had phoned me to sort a solution by the end of the day. when going this morning iwas in a state as i am scared of needles and this tooth was going to have to come out. I was greeted by tracy the receptionist who is always warm and welcoming,she assuered me everything was going to be fine and told me of the new dentist. Welcome Tosin, first off iwould like to thank his mom and dad and God for bringing this man into the world LOL he was wonderful he was kind ,patient with fabulous empathy we sooooo need more dentist like him i cannot gush enough about him my appointment was 9 0clock and by 9.30 i was on my way with tooth in my pocket ( yes i kept it) and would have had a huge smile on my face apart form the fact i couldnt feel my lips. once again thank you to the whole team at marston green practice for sorting eveything i really apreciate it

Fantastic experience: My first appointment with this dentist and I was very happy, I had an X-ray and my fillings were done there and then, no need to book in again for another appointment to do them at a future date. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, wait time was reasonable.

Negative experience: I found the dentist very unprofessional and driven for quick resolutions for herself and easy money taking and not for the best of her patience. The first visit I was basically seen and pushed away in 3 minutes with excuses that the x-ray machine wasn't working and for that I lost a back operation. The second time I was pushed to extract a good tooth as the dentist said that the roots canal was taking too long for that day ... Even if I was very clear when I booked my thirt appointment with the receptionist and I explained that I had another booking for my back surgery. I'm very disappointed about this practice and I think that they are just a big money grabbing and they can care less about customers.

Fantastic experience: Very polite and friendly staff helpful as well didn't have to wait long either. It can be very busy sometimes also very full in a small area but Tracy at the receptionists try their best to sort things out. Dr Naeema val & nurse Andrea are very nice people xx

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist. They are understanding when I’m feeling nervous and make me feel comfortable. The staff on the reception desk are also very helpful and supportive.
Negative experience: Reception staff were ignorant. Ignored me when i arrived and took forever to look up and address me when i was ready to pay my bill. Also the cost of a 30 mins trip to see the Hygienist was almost £74!!!!!! She was also 30 mins late for the appointment and I received no apology for my wait. Clearly her time was more important than mine.

Positive experience: I was extremely annoyed today when I arrived for my dentures, to be told they didnt have them and didn't know where they were! When I asked why someone hadn't telephoned to tell me and save me the journey I was told they only discovered 5 mins before my appointment(9.00am) and thought it was too late. However , i didnt go into the dentist until 9.20 so why wasnt I told when I arrived, instead of wasting my time? On my last appointment I waited 45mins after my alloted time but no one told me there was a delay or why. Very dissatisfied.

Fantastic experience: The dentist explained the procedure clearly and asked medical history of patient before treatment. She showed concern for the anxiety of the patuent whom was comforted during the treatment. Notice of precautions after treatment was given to enable the patient to recover quickly.
