Big shout out to Practice Manager (sorry forgot your name)you made me feel at ease from the offset,truly grateful and to Rotisserie,you know who you are The extra mile makes a difference and you seem to have that in spades..keep up the awesome work.

Fantastic experience: I had a painful tooth that my dentist couldn’t seem to diagnose. I saw Dr Bolormaa Battumur & she was very thorough in her examination & concluded I had a cracked tooth. I was then referred promptly to an endodontist. Have now registered with this dentist for my future dental requirements.

Negative experience: Aaron is fantastic, I was worried about having my first filling, but it ended up being rather relaxing! Thank you! I’ve been a loyal client at this dentist for many years, I have never received a bad experience from them until recently. I was told if I rearranged my appointment I wouldn’t lose my deposit (that was not mandatory….I made it clear I will come in if I need to but I wasn’t feeling great that day) but I was assured by Fran it was fine and I would receive the full deposit back, and we left it as I would call to rearrange. Checked my account…I didn’t get the full deposit back, called to sort it as quickly as possible, and it was then handed to ‘Hannah’ the practice ‘manager’ who said because i didn’t attend the appt I didn’t get a full refund, I explained that I was informed I would, and that I’d have attended had I been told (and she and I both had/have all the emails to prove such) but she still said no, that there was a trainee there and I shouldn’t have been told the wrong information and she was sorry, as far as I’m concerned that’s an in house issue, not a clients’. I asked to speak to Matthew to see if he would use the £40 owed back to me towards my teeth whitening appointment (which the deposit was originally for, I forgot to mention the deposit was OPTIONAL at the time of it being paid, and my other half was never asked for one, so they pick and choose who they ask for deposits from…) but Hannah would not let me speak to Matthew and ended the interaction abruptly. I have felt personally attacked and bullied by Hannah Simmons & I’m not convinced that she ever escalated it to her boss, Matthew, it’s very clear she think she is a dental professional and not a glorified receptionist. I have sadly been forced to leave due to the unfair treatment from both Hannah & Matthew. I have taken it further with Citizens Advice, who have informed me Hannah cannot and is not allowed to take the reins and that a complaint involving money needs to be dealt with by a the DENTIST) the dental complaint society, and if necessary I will get the police involved. Thieves and liars should be held accountable. I’ve heard from a few dental professionals Hannah Simmons is a nightmare to work with, and now I can confirm she’s also a nightmare to deal with as a client. My other half was never asked for nor gave a deposit, so they really do treat each client however they like, there is no consistency. On another note, FRAN, BOLORMUR, and AARON are fantastic and I’m sad and furious I’ve been forced to leave. I’ve left them nothing but excellent reviews in the past. Thanks so much hannah for contributing to someone’s poor mental health.

Fantastic experience: I had my 6month check up last Tuesday . The reception team are very welcoming when you come in for your appointment they have plenty of smiling faces, and are so helpful when booking you in. I saw both the dentist and the hygienist they both are so caring and informative when carrying out their treatments . Fantastic experience: I went to this dentist as a teenager and had braces, but I didn't listen to the advice to wear my retainer, and so they moved back to their previous positions. So, needed them done again and thought I'd try and contact the same dentist 20 years later!. I'm glad I did, as I've had a few different dentist's in the in past, but I didn't realise how good Matthew was until he started undertaking the consultation. He is extremely professional and has all the latest equipment, and really explained everything carefully and all the options available to me. I've now had the braces which have corrected my teeth and a whiltening kit. My teeth look absolutely fantastic now and I'm constantly recommending people to visit this dental practice. All the staff are really friendly aswell. They all seem quite happy and pleasant, I can imagine it's quite a good place to work. Fantastic experience: My visit to Evergreen Dentistry today was for a six monthly checkup. The hygienist was very thorough when cleaning my teeth and I felt totally relaxed. When having my teeth checked, a full explanation by the dentist reassured me regarding the condition of my teeth and their future care. They were very professional in their attitude to me as a patient. The reception staff were friendly and efficient when dealing with me.

Fantastic experience: I had been neglecting my teeth for nearly 20 years, and had an emergency appointment at the start of the year which encouraged me to join. Fantastic experience: Dr Valentin your a genius. I don't like dentists at all , coming to you for my extraction was a new thing. Local anesthetic was pain free and so was the extraction. More important to me was the numbing of just the tooth and not my face. Precision and understanding comfort ( as good as ) lol was as good as it gets. Thankyou Dr.

I’ve also noticed that the office is very efficient. Appointments run on time, and I rarely have to wait. Everyone at evergreen has made going to the dentist a much less stressful experience. Negative experience: They just want your money!! Went there as an emergency due to an infection. Instead they said a need a root canal treatment, I went to 2 other dentist and they were shocked that the dentist said I needed that done. All my tooth needed was a clean and some antibiotics, they just wanted my money.

Fantastic experience: I had avoided dentists for 25 years so attending this dentist was important to reaffirm my confidence and it did and some. It was easy to find, easy parking and a quietly supportive atmosphere. Efficient and calm. Very pleased.

Negative experience: I attended this dentist for 5 months, they are a friendly practice and it is Clean and well presented but they did a filling on my bottom tooth which has now fallen out 3 times in 3 months which is unacceptable and suggested I pay out for a veneer even though it’s their fault.

Fantastic experience: I had almost lost faith in dentist's. I had a really bad abcess and had tried so many dentist with no luck at all - untill I found Evergreen Dentistry. I am a nightmare at the dentist - a really very nervous person. From the moment I sat in the chair, he exrayed my mouth and found the abcess right away. I will not go into detail but it was a very painful before going to Mathew at Evergreen surgery in Colchester. No pain at all, so I am so pleased that I found him and I so recommend him to anyone who needs a new dentist - good ones are hard to find. Than you Evergreen surgery and staff.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service. I haven’t been to the dentist in almost ten years purely because I am terrified, so I have avoided going for ages. I was eating dinner, and a piece of my back tooth broke away. I messaged the dentist in the evening, thinking the message would be ready for the morning. I had an instant reply that evening. The next morning, I was offered an appointment for that day. They managed to book me in before I went away on holiday. The staff are so friendly. They make you feel really relaxed. Matthew is so patient. He doesn't rush your appointment and explains everything clearly. I highly recommend Evergreen!

Fantastic experience: No-one likes going to the dentist, it’s more of a chore than anything, but the team at Evergreens makes it less so. They are always welcoming, friendly and professional. Matthew always does a comprehensive examination so I know exactly what is going right, or wrong, and what I need to watch out for in the future. They want to prevent your future teeth and gum issues rather than fix them (though they’re good at fixing too).

Fantastic experience: Having been with a dentist for nearly 24 yrs but moving meant I needed to change, I was quite anxious as I have an intense fear of dentists. I need not have worried as the team at Evergreen are amazing. As well as hugely professional they are all kind and caring and do not judge you at all. Matthew is a very gentle kind dentist and Aaron the Hygienist also immediately puts you at your ease. I highly recommend the team.
