I had a very positive experience, from my initial phonecall with a very friendly and welcoming receptionist, to my treatment by a very professional and kind dentist and dental assistant. As a nervous patient I will not worry at all about my next visit!

Fantastic experience: Great care whenever I visit Tanyard Golding . Special thanks to Stuart who came to my rescue after an extraction that was not healing properly. Explaining everything to me and what he was going to do made what was a painful viste less painful! All staff from reception to clinicians are amazing and always make you feel welcome and comfortable

The initial contact was well handled and we got a very friendly welcome from everyone, on our first visit. It is a lovely building and although there is no car park, parking close by is perfectly convenient. Yet to receive treatment, but we feel confident that all will be ok.

My recent appointment with Stuart Pirie was excellent. Prompt appointment, and he explained my treatment plan in a very clear way. During my treatment visit for a filling, he explained everything he was doing step by step and made me feel at ease. I felt Stuart worked carefully, respectfully and efficiently. The Dental Nurse working alongside Stuart was equally pleasant and caring. I came away feeling very positive about the dental treatment I received and also about the practice as a whole. Fantastic experience: I have recently joined the practice and I can honestly say the entire experience has been the best I have experienced at any dental practice. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by a friendly and helpful team, the dentistry carried out by Ashley and supported by Jo the dental nurse is exceptional. Ashley spends time explaining the dental work being undertaken and is incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects of his work. All the latest modern equipment and techniques are used and you are made to feel comfortable and reassured at all times. I needed urgent tooth repair and it was undertaken same day, ( it helped because of a somebody missing an appointment I might add) where I hear other people waiting months at other dental repairs. Fantastic experience: A warm welcome for my first visit, and I felt confident with the dentist Stuart and dental nurse Hannah. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. As I asked to set up a monthly payment plan, I was sent away with all the information I needed. I was happy to book my next check-up appointment for 6 months time. It is a comfortable, warm and clean setting , which immediately puts you at ease when you arrive. I recommend that you come and see for yourself and book an appointment.

Fantastic experience: Whilst I had to go through a root canal treatment, the dentist took every care possible to ensure pain was kept to a minimum! My usual dentist is now on maternity leave, so the nurse even apologised for my first visit to her colleague being a more painful experience! I can definitely recommend this dentist, whether you are seasoned or a nervous patient, they know how to put you at ease.

Fantastic experience: Amazing dentist, been coming here for years for regular check ups with the hygienist and dentist, both are really lovely, I was a very nervous patient (still am I guess), but they put you at ease, the nurses are amazing too, and not forgetting the friendly reception ladies, who are always smiling and make the experience a little bit more pleasant . I’ve had to have a few teeth removed which was unfortunate and unexpected, I was really nervous, but the whole process and experience was amazing! Top dentist by far! Thanks to all the staff.

Fantastic experience: Having used Tanyard and Golding dental practice for many years, both as Golding house and as Tanyard and Golding, I have to say the service and care received is always exemplary. A special mention to Stuart my dentist for his constant care and assurance, also Elizabeth the hygienist who has me in constant fits of laughter and also the lovely Sharon on reception for her humour and kindness. This in no way singles out anyone I haven’t mentioned as the entire team are always amazing. Nothing is ever a problem and everything is explained fully so you can make informed decisions. I’m one of those patients that actually enjoys going to the dentist so it’s more of a treat than a terror!

Negative experience: I've always had such a lovely experience at this practice, so much so that my husband, daughter and her boyfriend have all moved to this practice in the last few years on my recommendation. However, things changed radically when faced with the exceptionally rude practice manager who has zero customer skills She wouldn’t let me in for the last 16 minutes of my appointment. I has called from the car and told her I was stuck behind a tractor and she said ‘don’t worry, the hygienist will do what she can in the time that’s left’. I was turned away at 4.44pm At 4:47 the blinds were down and the lights were off. They close at 5pm! This manager then cancelled all my future appointments without discussing this or notifyng me and I received email notifications letting me know all my appointments had been cancelled. No discussion, nothing at all. How rude! I see she has replied below but it's nonsense. I DID contact her directly and spoke to her at length and she was just as rude, in fact even more so!

Fantastic experience: Prompt appointment after sudden toothache. Problem was diagnosed, treatment worked out (root canal surgery required!) and 1st stage completed already. At all times, pleasant staff and no pushy sales attempts.

Positive experience: Staff are very good at T & G. My one issue is although I come from Kemsing to still receive services I often have to wait beyond my appointment time. The latest wait was 15 minutes after my Hygenist appointment should have started. this is the only reason it's not 5 star service.

Stuart was very professional and sympathetic oozing confidence. He was not condescending at all. The reception staff were all very polite and understanding. I am returning to have an extraction. My partner was impressed and will be using Stuart too. Since my first appointment I have had a tooth removed. The most unpainful ever and yesterday saw Elizabeth the hygienist. Fantastic experience: Outstanding treatment from beginning to end. I had to rush my son in without an appointment after a Lego incident at school and all the staff were so lovely. My son has a phobia of dentist but they dealt with him really well and was amazing in making him feel calm. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Fantastic experience: Dr Pirie is the best dentist I have ever come across. My family went to him in South Africa when he was still there and we have followed as we are now in the UK and so is he. We travel hours from Nottingham to go see him. Dr Pirie’s nurse Hannah is also really sweet. They make the process of going to the dentist a lot less daunting. Fantastic experience: Had to meet Ashley in unfortunate circumstances when I had trouble with an implant. It took some complicated, involved surgery to correct it, but Ashley was excellent, explaining everything along the way and made the process painless. The whole team are very friendly and welcoming and I recommend them. My usual dentist is Stuart who has done an excellent very large filling on my front tooth, which is invisible (the filling, not the tooth ;) )

Negative experience: The receptionists and hygienists at this practice are all lovely and warm and friendly. However the dentist I use has an appalling bedside manner. He never explains what the process is going to be. He hadn’t explained to me my options and when I suggested politely that he hadn’t told me of the options prior to my visit he exclaimed “oh for heavens sake”. This is not the first time he’s made such comments to me. Such a rude man. I’ll be using a different dentist. This is not how you speak to customers.

Fantastic experience: The reception staff are amazingly welcoming and helpful, to the extent of swapping one of their appointments so I could use her time!! Most efficient and a great job done (so far, as more to come!!)

Fantastic experience: I have been with Tanyard and Golding for 17 years since I moved here and my children too. They are exceptional at what they do and from the welcoming smiles as you walk in this continues as you meet the wonderful hygienists and dentists. I was terrified of the dentist but now I can rest assured that they will be gentle and considerate of my feelings and talk me through everything that they do with care. They are excellent with children also. Can’t fault them and special thanks to the lovely Elizabeth - more of a friend now than a hygienist! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This team are just lovely. I had.a dental nightmare this week - had my wisdom tooth extracted last weekend by the Kent Oral Surgery team (not this dentist) but it wasn't healing and was excruciating. The team were so generous at fitting me in - I came back three times - and they ended up making me better. So kind and supportive too.
