He’s the coolest most patient dentist and put me at ease through the whole process and I am so happy with the result. The dental nurses and the girls on the front desk are also the most welcoming and friendly team so thank you all! Couldn’t recommend here enough ☺️

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been attending this dental practice for around 10 years which is now part of Tooth Club. Eman our dentist is fantastic and has provided great dental care to us over recent years. Recently we have all had hygiene treatments with Nardin and we have all been very impressed not just with the standard of treatment but with the care and consideration he shows during the appointment.

Negative experience: So I had my teeth done back in April soon as I had them done they wasn’t what I was promised or I wasn’t explained why my teeth wouldn’t be as wgat I asked for as what they was on the picture or the shape that I wanted I went back to the clinic they said that the lady that done my teeth would Have a go and look at them again when I went back there she told me that she didn’t want to change the shape as she thinks it would look worse so I was absolutely petrified and left them as they was then I went back a second time as I put a complaint into the manager which was verry rood to me and told me if my teeth was to be touched again, I had to sign something and it would be my own fault if I didn’t like them I suffer with self image as it is when I went back to see the lady that done my teeth she cleaned them and polish them and said they look absolutely fine but I’ve never been happy with them as I feel like it was false advertisement. My cousin has had her teeth done here as well and has had the exact same problem. I’ve reached out and sent email after email to the complaints office but no one has never got back to me please do your research before visiting tooth club as they say if your teeth are in different conditions what your teeth will actually look like My clinic was very rude that lady that done my teeth was very kind but the manager of this practice was horrible

Fantastic experience: After getting my previous teeth completely botched by a previous dentist, i contact tooth club at maidstone! DR HARRIS!!!! he is amazing at his work!! i can’t emphasise enough how much he has done !! i got my previous composite removed and a full fresh set (20 teeth) put on!. the application is unreal, beautiful finish!. I will never see any dentist other than Dr harris now! my bite is perfectly fine ! i’m able to floss ( as my previous composite i couldn’t) he addressed every single one of my worries and my teeth look amazing!!!.. his work needs to be recognised for the detail including the colour and shape which he spoke me through and was happy to make any changes! honestly a massive thankyou to everyone at tooth club and Dr harris!!

Negative experience: if you are after a normal dentist, avoid. Been here a few years and its main focus now is cosmetic dentistry (which looking at the other reviews I'm sure its great at) . Service levels have dropped and prices have increased.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been using Identics for some years and have had Eman as my dentist and have always been blown away by the service. I’d be going too far if I said I look forward to going to the dentist (does anyone) but for something I don’t like, it’s always a really positive experience. Today I felt compelled to write my review though as I have just had my very first hygiene treatment that didn’t make me feel uncomfortable. I usually hate it and feel really anxious in advance of going, but today was the first time Eman has done it for me and I would go as far as to say I enjoyed it. He took his time and stopped after doing each section, told me what he was doing and prepared me for the potentially sensitive areas and I was much more at ease. If you’re looking for a dental practice then I cannot recommend Tooth Club Maidstone enough. From the greeting as you walk in the door to the minute you walk out it’s always a first class service.

Negative experience: Unfortunately I’ve had a really bad experience with Identics. After my composite bonding, you are supposed to have a follow up 2-3 weeks after but I was informed my dentist was away training and therefore it was booked in for over a months time which was fine. But then I started getting severe gum pain and I requested an earlier appointment even if with another dentist which they booked in. The day before this they cancelled on me and we rescheduled for a few weeks time. Then the next appointment gets cancelled because of last minute annual leave? I’m sorry but patients shouldn’t be cancelled for annual leave, that should be planned in advance to not detriment the customer. And cancelled / postponed 3 times is unacceptable. There was no apology on any of the voicemails, just “we’ve had to move your appointment to ‘X’ date” without checking if that works for me. I live in Hastings and travel over 1.5 hours for my treatment and have been just totally left in the lurch. I’m not entirely happy with my teeth either, so when you’ve paid £3500 you would expect the follow up care to be extensive. But unfortunately they just took my money and treated me as unimportant. So my recommendation would be to go to alternative Tooth Club dentists and avoid Identics in Maidstone. 5 months on they haven’t even bothered to reply to this either or contact me directly

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to say I went to see Abaid the igenist who was so helpful He also gave me lots of health advise after the appointment which was in his own time I thought I needed work on my teeth when I just had the airflow treament and the deep clean and my teeth My teeth looked 10 years younger Will defenatly visit him again has I felt he was trustworthy and honest a happy with the result A credit to the establishment Donna e james

Fantastic experience: I have had my 1st initial consultation for composite bonding with the treatment coordinator. I was extremely impressed with the level of service and knowledge of the bonding process. Everything was explained so well and made me feel really comfortable about the process ! Dentistry through choice was not something I thought I’d ever do, but Eman is an amazing dentist and I am so, so pleased with the result. Fantastic experience: I had a great first experience at Identics, I'm a pretty nervous patient and felt so comfortable seeing Eman for my first dental appointment at Identics, Abaid also made me feel very calm at my first hygeinist appointment. All the staff were very welcoming and did a great job. When I went back for a filling a couple of months later, again I couldn't fault them, the filling was finished very quickly and everything was explained to me as Eman did the filling. The dental nurses were also very caring and understanding. Thank you all, I won't be so worried, when I next come in.
