Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting service delivering a service that don't deliver they don’t even answer the telephones Dentist going off sick and no replacement in Pain and you are made to wait for a long period of time customer service is appalling You have one person Manning the phones To all Calls but no replacement or agency to cover the down fall absolutely shocking you are made to wait on the phone for hours!!!!! And you’re lucky if someone actually answers your call !!!!

Fantastic experience: I had my recent hygienist appointment with Wendy and as always, it was a fantastic experience! She’s so lovely, friendly, and puts you completely at ease the moment you walk in. Wendy is always thorough in her work and takes the time to explain everything clearly, with really helpful tips and solutions that are easy to follow. It makes such a difference having someone who genuinely cares and makes the whole experience so positive.

Fantastic experience: Nikita and Parual were so amazing with my little boy especially it being his first ever visit to the dentist. They made us feel so at ease and I was so happy with how happy he was being there. My check up was very thorough and I was very happy with the options given to me. I really appreciate the kindness they showed us and how we were immediately at ease. Can’t forget to mention the receptionist was very lovely and welcoming too. Great team :)

Fantastic experience: Great practice and welcoming staff! I had a hygienist appointment and I’ve always come out of these appointments in a little pain. However, this time round, the hygienist took her time, was gentle and did a thorough job without me feeling the after effects I usually feel.

Throughout she reassured him chatted to him and was brilliant an injection was needed and she done it in such a way he was none the wiser we were in and out. I had a car accident where I damaged my teeth, from day one the service that he gave me was 10 at 10, can not recommend him enough! I’m so happy with my implant treatment, thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: Overall very happy with the work done on my teeth. Had filings done and visit to hygienist, both done brilliantly. All the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and informative.

Negative experience: It doesn't take into account what an individual puts on the registration form prior to the very first appointment. I am physically disabled with cerebral palsy and mentioned this on mine but was sent upstairs for my appointment. There is no lift and it is very small in size. Not a good experience and had to wait 4 months for the first appointment. They are very limited for new NHS patients. I won't recommend this specific practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Recently started having some treatment here and slowly 'my faith' in dentists is beginning to be restored! Super friendly and welcoming staff. I have to say Remi in particular, has been absolutely brilliant and gone out of her way to explain my treatment plan. She regularly provides updates and is extremely efficient when responding to my email queries. Had a consultation with Sanjay and it is clearly obvious to say that he comes with a wealth of expertise. Also started some treatment with Anuj and both him and the dental nurse were, friendly, welcoming and put me at ease. I have to admit that I am super impressed (and pleasantly surprised) with the work that was done - Thanks Anuj. There will be more visits to dental beauty basildon and so far the experience and service has been excellent.

Fantastic experience: Was dreading going to see the hygienist today, as I knew I would have to have some deep cleaning done due to the build up of plaque and recently diagnised gum disease. I must say that Beth was very understanding and listened to my concerns. Although I was in there for an hour, it was well worth the visit. I highly recommend the practice.

Negative experience: They took over the practice but won’t take on the existing NHS patients . Was told the books are closed , even to children , and after explaining that my daughter is autistic and has always attended this dentist surgery as familiarity is important for her .

Fantastic experience: Exceptional service. Really friendly and welcoming staff. In all of my years of visiting dentists, I have never once experienced such a warm, personable and calming manner than that of my dental surgeon today, Lauren. She is an absolute credit to the service and, along with the wonderful reception staff, helped make what could have been a mildly traumatic experience, the exact opposite. All in all, fantastic across the board.

Positive experience: This was the first time I had attended the dentist since it had changed hands. The staff were friendly and the waiting room was clean but unchanged. Apart from the delay seeing me on the day the dentist was very nice and made me feel at ease. She even taught me a new technique to relieve my stress. Very informative and talked through my X-rays etc. Very happy with the service.

Kiaran is the most loveliest dentist, and literally so gentle on procedure. I'm so glad I joined this dentist practice!

Negative experience: Dentists are pleasant and competent, but everything is a borderline scam aimed at making you take unneccesary, high cost appointments. I have dentures. I don't NEED yearly £65 check ups. I want a single tooth reaffixed to a plate, no I don't NEED a £65 check up first. It's been 2 years since I came in, but I've been with this dentist over 20 years - maybe even 30, why are you treating me like a third-class patient and pushing me to the end of the queue (yes it was specifically implied that it was because I had not visited for a while)? YOU may want everyone to see dentistry as a subscription service, with exaggerated claims about possible throat cancer, etc, but the only people subscriptions suit are YOU. And don't even get me started on the attitude put out by the older middle aged receptionist (not the blonde lady with glasses) there. You'd think I had inconvenienced her by arriving and offering business. Disgusted that this is the way this practice has gone.
