Fantastic experience: We always have a fantastic experience at Park House Dentist Practice. The manager is so helpful and friendly and made it easy to get the documents we needed. My son Will has autism, and the team always makes him feel completely comfortable and relaxed. Engaging with him and listening to him. Making him feel proud of himself for looking after his oral hygiene. They’re kind, patient, and always on time — every visit is a positive one. We’re so grateful for their care and understanding!

Fantastic experience: Super dentist. Yes I have got some interdental sticks. No I don’t use them everyday. Yes I will start using them daily. Yes I’ve also got some dental floss/tape too. I would say though, just because I’m an adult doesn’t mean I don’t deserve a “good brusher” sticker as well.

Fantastic experience: Love the new dental hygienist. He listened to what I said and went out of his way to make it possible to do the procedure without a numbing injection. That's the first time I've had it done there without and was a pleasant experience pain free and, more importantly, had it all done as a pose to only having half done and having to pay double for 2 appointments! He's 200% better than the other hygienist and I highly recommend him. Thank you very much for saving me a lot of money and making it a positive experience, much appreciated. I'll be back!

Negative experience: I have a tricksy tooth that needs a root canal and my dentist said it was out of her expertise area and to save the tooth it would be better if I went to a specialist dentist who just does difficult root canals. However no referral has been made despite this on going for over a year and no explanation as to why apart from they are not trained enough to do difficult fillings. Repeatedly going in for temp fillings. Immensely struggled over the last year and still no further to getting the NHS Treatment I need and being able to eat properly. I have very positive interactions with front desk staff, and I have always been thankful for their help in an emergancy when im in pain and getting me in. Though reception staff are very helpful and try to help with emergancy apps when possible, there has been no resolution or care plan with my treatment - simply ‘i need to pay private or get the tooth extracted’ NHS dentists should not be farming out NHS patients for private treatment on things they are entitled to on the NHS. That is the bottom line of the new Guidance from the General Dental Council and further referrals should be made if the dentist feels they are not skilled enough. It is unjust to cherry-pick 'difficult' teeth not to work on and I feel at a loss at the moment with it.

Fantastic experience: Ater long anticipation i decided to make an appointment with the hygienist. I am absolutely petrified of the dentist and I was very nervous. All I can say is what a fantastic experience I had. I Was greeted by a lovely receptionist, who was pleasant, helpful and kind. Then went in to see the dentist who made me feel so at ease. He explained what my treatment was going to be like and then he did a full deep clean and polish.NO PAIN what so ever, he was so gentle. Absolutely will be returning. The reception/waiting area: This dentist surgery has been overhauled in the last few years so that the decor is now much more modern and an overall feels more professional comfortable to wait in. The desk staff are pleasant and welcoming. The dentist: I can only speak about my dentist, a young female. She had been fairly good with a nervous patient on past experiences. I would prefer a better rapport as I can tell there is a time crunch and discussions can feel brief and not always as helpful as they could be. Overall: A good enough patient experience with room for changes to get 4 ot 5*
