Negative experience: Very poor experience as I wasn’t informed of the relocation of the practice and when confronted I wasn’t given any apologies and my changed appointment was not recorded so I had a nightmare experience trying to take two children (one being a young baby in arms ) and a child for their supposed appointment today in school rush hour traffic

Negative experience: Have had numerous appointments canceled for my daughter . One dentist drilled a hole and left it ,then disappeared from the clinic. Have had numerous appointments booked and turn up for them to say oh sorry there isn't an appointment booked in for you. Not a very good practice.

Negative experience: Had a check up and was basically in the chair for less than 5 minutes! Didn’t even get a basic clean!

Fantastic experience: Visited today for check up. Having had toothache for a week. Had x-ray, tooth had infection. I was given a choice for antibiotics which may work, or to have tooth removed. I opted to have tooth removed! First tooth removed at 63. I can't thank J.KOBER enough for her excellent care and kindness shown to me. Also her nurse.THANK YOU

Negative experience: I had an emergency appointment here £117 for them to do an x ray to tell me my tooth was infected ( which was obvious) and write a prescription when I was in agony . The prescription didn’t work , I must of been in the room all of 5 mins. Since I have been to another dentist and I explained the treatment I received after paying privately and she was shocked . She said I should have been offered tooth extirpation which is what I had done with her as antibiotics alone would not clear up the infection and inflammation of the tooth . Awful service , no care or compassion . Just interested in your money .

Fantastic experience: Brilliant treatment. I was in unbearable pain with an abscess and couldn't get any help from a dentist or the 111 service for 3 days. After contacting this surgery they got me in the same day. After an X-ray and antibiotics, the pain is all but gone. Thank you to the lovely receptionist and the brilliant Dr Kiss. I would highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: The receptionist is horrible rude ,arrogant, unpleasant. I have had a terrible experience and happy to share it with the public because I feel its only happening to me and its hard to swallow. Especially ,when your not well with scrutinising toothache I am shocked to say the least , never before ........ I recall having a awful experience. Ive been in agony with tooth pain and the service I recieved over the phone was horrendous. Especially from someone who works at the dentist. You would , think that working in such a medical profession , that the person would have some empthay ,consideration, professionally caring ,kind thoughtful , good manners and behaviour towards the Clients (patience). . These are unprecedented times coronvirus covid 19. The people that need medical attention aren't recieving it and if they are , it s over the phone, or gradually because of the restrictions put in place because of the virus. However , I believe registering with dentist finding a dentist is always been difficult before the pandemic.

Fantastic experience: I was in great pain and hadn't been able to regularly attend the dentist since having a stroke. The receptionist went out of her way to arrange an appointment quickly and the dentist was so kind and compassionate. She undertook everything she was able to do and then referred me to somewhere who has the facilities to treat someone wheelchair bound.

Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to the dentist in many years and had to book an emergency appointment - managed to get an appointment the same day and I'm not even a patient. The receptionist was very helpful and the dentist quickly diagnosed wisdom tooth infection and organised antibiotics and referral to hospital for complex extraction. Really friendly and helpful team!

Negative experience: I don't even know where to start. First of all, this dental clinic, for patients, who still believe in fairy tales or likes fairy tales, because fairy tales will be told very often in this clinic. It is also very important if you will want to register for the appointment, you will needs a lot of patience. If you think that you will just make a phone call, then you should forget it, no one answers the phone an hours. The only way is to go to the clinic yourself. Personally, I managed to get an emergency appointment only after four months. Although it was initially agreed that the appointment will be after one week. But quite unexpectedly, 2 or 3 hours before the appointment, it was postponed. My urgent appointment was postponed three times in four months. Every time a different fairy tale why my appointment was postponed. For example, because they have a much more important patient than me, the dentist is sick, broken x-ray and so on. Fairy tale after fairy tale. And all this happened when I had paid the money even in advance, because it was required. And when the time finally came for my appointment, it was too late. It could no longer be treated, the only solution was to pull it out. This is the story of how my tooth was "taken care of" in this clinic. All those four months I had to endure severe toothache, I could neither eat nor sleep normally. Waiting those four months was my biggest mistake, it cost for me a lot of stress, nerves, sleepless nights and, as I already mentioned, I lost a tooth. Don't repeat my mistake, don't believe in their fairy tales and don't wait. A complaint was made for clinic manager, but manager decided to ignore my complaint. Also in this clinic for more than three years no services are provided for NHS patients. NHS treatment kept being promised at every clinic visit. But promises remained only promises. In King's Lynn there is a significantly better clinic, which every time don't postpone your appointment. Its very shame I found out it too late.

After explaining my fears she didn't hesitate at putting my mind and fears at ease. She explained everything she was going to do and offered to use numbing cream before any injections were given. Not here though… Everyone at the practice - receptionists, dentist & dental nurses - has been superb! Kind, gentle, honest, reassuring, understanding, f compassionate and professional. Also competitive prices for treatments. Every visit (3 so far) the same quality service. I definitely recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, calming influence, uncomplicated description of treatments. The dentistry is excellent and the Dentist and Nurses are of the highest technical ability. So so warm and friendly. The most nervous of patients would be soon at ease. The first person you meet is the receptionist and from my experience at that point I realised I was in safe hands.

Fantastic experience: I have a major fear of the dentist but the lady I see is super lovely, shes always very calm and reassuring, she explains everything before she does anything. I bought my daughter along with me yesterday (she is almost 2) she was allowed to sit in the chair and have a bit of a look around. When it came to my exam and xrays yesterday my daughter was taken to the waiting room with a receptionist and was colouring with her. Highly highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Had to wait a while for my first appointment but had it today. Lovely, friendly receptionists. Seen promptly by lovely dentist and dental nurse. Wasn't pushed into ott fancy treatment just suggested what needed to be done. Prices (considering I had to go private) weren't as horrendous as I though they were going to be.Was given a treatment plan and able to view the results of the xrays which were also explained to me. Follow-up treatment has been arranged and not too long to wait.
