Established in 2005 Bromley Dental Studio has been delivering affordable, modern dental treatment to the local community. Our caring reputation has been built on our understanding that for many patients visiting the dentist can be a very stressful experience. We have a Dentist, Leo Tam who is from Hong Kong and is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
We also have staff who are fluent in Bulgarian & Farsi.

Fantastic experience: Having not had a dentist for many years I signed up to Bromley Dental Studio and it's been a good experience so far, x-rays and pics taken, everything explained on condition of teeth, what can be done and cost options, Hygienist has cleaned my teeth, they feel so different, everything was explained what would be done during treatment and aftercare. I have a few more visits to sort my teeth out but So far so good, a very professional setup. Friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: Dave worked really hard to deal with & save my tooth, a very difficult root canal Also I am very difficult to numb due to having slightly different anatomy, but Dave was excellent with pain management. Asking me every step of the way to make sure I was not in pain, taking his time, even though it meant that he took longer to complete my tooth. This meant sacrificing time out of his own lunch time. I am very grateful & now I have no more toothache & did not end up losing my tooth. Which if I had gone the NHS route I would have lost my tooth because they refuse to do root canals on difficult back teeth.Thanks to Dave, plus Ritu for recognising my issues & communicating with Dave, plus the dental nurses & the reception staff for their professionalism !

Fantastic experience: Had an extraction done this morning by Leo. The procedure was excellently carried out out: pain free, just expected pressure as the extraction went forward. Most importantly of all: I was advised every step of the way of what was likely to happen; asked frequently if I was OK; and advised to alert him if I was unable to take the pain. 100% satisfaction. An excellent Practice.

Fantastic experience: I have used Bromley Dental Studio for 5 years now and always had great service from dentists, nurses, reception. Just had to have two fillings replaced and Dr Smita and Louise made the process almost pleasurable! Hugely recommend. Update - just realised, after another excellent visit, that I omitted dental hygenists too - Kelly is great....helpful advice and a thorough job done - thanks

Fantastic experience: This is my second visit to the clinic. This time I had a filling done. The dentist and nurse were super great. They made me feel easy about the process and everything was explained very clearly. I was shocked I did not feel any pain as I was scared to get the procedure done. Negative experience: Cancelled appointment on same day due to problem at the office. Literally dont care about refunds. When my partner called to inform, the receptionist had said that they will not give appointment for me again :D Also if I call again and explain may be they will think again. You are not the only dentists in town and even if you are with this attitude I would have not booked an appointment in the first place. Came here to say that you are not some special God's blessing for Bromley!

Fantastic experience: Amazing service. I called with a dull ache in my jaw but didn’t know if I was imagining my face was swollen on the left. Just over 2 hours later I had an emergency appointment and after an X-ray it was determined my wisdom tooth needed to come out. Leo and Lou offered the extraction straight away and did a great job talking me through the procedure. Half an hour after I went in the job was done. Speedy. Friendly. Fantastic experience: I would like to say thank you to Dr Naveen and his nurses as I was always really conscious of my upper teeth and my crowded lower teeth, so much so that I used to cover my hand over my mouth when I laugh so that you couldn’t see them. Dr.Naveen provided me with all the options available to me and we decided to go with Invisalign . I started to see results straight away. Fantastic experience: As someone whose always had a lot (A LOT!) of anxiety visiting the dentist I'm so happy to now be a patient at Bromley Dental Studio. The Staff are all so friendly and helpful. I've had multiple appointments in a time frame I didn't think possible post covid, plus I'm always offered appointments if there's been a cancellation. My dentist, Sapna is wonderful. She's very considerate of my comfort/discomfort and always does excellent work. I genuinely felt nothing during my last appointment, exactly as I like it! She's also happy to let me use my wireless earphones and that's really helped with my anxiety. 5/5 couldn't reccomend more highly. Update: I've been seeing Sapna for some time now and I've never been happier with a dentist! She is saving my smile and my self esteem. Still couldn't reccomend more highly. 10/10 xx

Fantastic experience: I had 4 teeth composite bonded. It took 5 hours with a ten minute comfort break. It was worth every minute and the time just flew by. My dentist and dental nurse were incredibly kind and gentle. The worst part was the anaesthetic and after that it was plain sailing until they were finished. The results are amazing and I can smile again.

Fantastic experience: I recently had an appointment with Leo to undertake some corrective dental work as I had several chipped lower teeth. This issue has made me very self conscious when I smile for many years however previous enquiries to fix this problem have always proved to expensive. On discussing this again with Leo he suggested an ingenious approach that would be more cost effective. The work itself was conducted to an extraordinary standard, with Leo creating fillings to blend with the chipped teeth and additional fillings to adjust my bite. It’s literally impossible to tell that that the results are not my natural teeth. I’m delighted with the results and Leo and his assistant were amazing.

Dr Naveen, the dentist, Kelly the hygienist, and Lisa the Receptionist, are experts in their individual duties. And that goes for everyone else too. Fantastic experience: I went for an emergency appointment following some severe main in my tooth. I saw Leo who was kind, knowledgeable and reassuring. I had to have my wisdom teeth removed and for an intrusive last minute appointment Leo made me feel so confident. He talked me through the procedure and put my mind at ease. Positive experience: Had a fantastic service! Georgia on reception managed my expectations very well when booking in. Leo was super attentive and managed to repair my chipped tooth in the same appointment as the consultation. Saved a lot of time by not having to come back for a 2nd appointment! Overall, a lovely and clean place that is easy to reach near to Bromley north station.

Fantastic experience: My experience with the dental surgery is a very positive one. I am a very nervous patient I don’t like the dentist at all. Ritu made me feel so at ease very quickly and explained all of my options clearly. I was in a lot of pain, Ritu sorted this out first and was very patient with me. As I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time! ( won’t be making the same mistake) I needed quite abit of treatment. We spoke through my options, I was given time to think and decide what was best for me. I am so grateful that I have found a dentist that is patient, kind and who cares about their patients. Negative experience: Very dissappointed with the service at this practice. Appointment cancelled at the last minute and the recepcionists condescending tone and treatment made my experience worse. As a result, I've decided to seek care elsewhere.

Negative experience: We saw one of the dentist in the dental practice last month for our check up like a new patients. My son was told has to have two fillings on his teeth's and was booked for 25/07. The appointment was cancelled 40 minutes before by some kind of silly reason. I asked if it’s possible my son to attend later same day or before the end of the week because he is going on a holiday and I was told that the receptionist will call us as soon as they arrive to the dental practice. We didn’t receive any phone call, or new appointment rebooking from the practice. Very disappointing, they have 5 stars reviews, but don’t like treating people with NHS appointments. They will push you to take private treatments. I don’t recommend them at all. The dentist even didn’t mark which teeth has to be repaired with fillings on his treatment list. Edit: From the reply of the owner I can see this denial practice doesn’t care much for their patients. When there is a bad review for the dental surgery the owner is alway rude and I didn’t see on any of the bad reviews reply to suggest to fix the things, instead the owner always wishing well to the patients which left bad reviews all the best with their new dental surgery or dentist. Regarding the cancellation reason i was told different things, not blocked toilet, it was some electrical issues!
We apologise for the inconvenience caused by the last-minute cancellation of your appointment. Unfortunately, it was not “some silly reason” sadly we experienced an unexpected issue with a blocked toilet that required us to close the whole practice for the day to ensure the safety of all our patients and ended up with major internal works.

I would like to clarify that some treatment is considered a cosmetic procedure, which is not covered by the NHS. As a result, it is only available on a private basis. The treatment plan you posted shows we have offered your child NHS treatment only and that is entirely appropriate.

Fantastic experience: Dave Matthew is a great dentist with a very pleasant bedside manner. Much better than my previous dentist at another practice. So far I've had root canal treatment with crown, a filling, and a loose crown fixed. All with excellent results.

Fantastic experience: Had to get my top dentures replaced Sapna was excellent. She was gentle and professional. Took loads of measurements and moulds. My new dentures were beautiful and flattering they fit like glove. The whole transaction was pleasant and friendly. Unfortunately I didn't get Sapna nurses name. She was excellent too. Fantastic experience: I've been a patient of Dave for many years and I can't recommend him highly enough. He is an incredible dentist who always takes the time to ensure I'm comfortable and checks on me multiple times during procedures. His skill, especially with fillings, is remarkable – I've never experienced any pain or discomfort afterward. However, I have to mention that my experiences with the reception staff have been mixed. On multiple occasions, I've found them to be incredibly rude and standoffish without any apparent reason, and I've also received incorrect information from them. While I did have a pleasant interaction with the reception staff today, historically, my phone interactions have often ended in dissatisfaction. Overall, while the front desk experience could use improvement, the excellent care provided by Dave more than makes up for it.
