Fantastic experience: Everybody I came into contact with was lovely, the surgery spotless and all mod cons were available to the dentists. Tan did my initial review and the surgery itself. He is extremely professional yet very friendly and makes sure that he explains every step of the process and is happy to patiently answer any questions you may have. Private dental care is not cheap but I am thrilled with the results and wouldn’t think twice about returning (once I have saved up!)

Fantastic experience: This dental practice is excellent. Nobody wants to spend a morning having a root canal, but Dr Iain's painless injection technique and the technology used makes the experience a lot faster and easier. I've also had some cosmetic work done and I am delighted with the results; my teeth have never looked so good.

Fantastic experience: Just want to thank Dr Naika & nurse Sese for the amazing care they took of me last week when I had to have a wisdom tooth removed. As well as being in a lot of pain due to a recurring infection I was also extremely nervous about having the extraction done. Their professional, calm & caring manner put me right at ease & the tooth was removed swiftly without any complications. Over 20 years as a Pearldent patient, this is the level of care I’ve come to expect as standard, I know that it doesn’t matter who I’m there to see, I’ll always be in safe hands. Thank you!

Negative experience: Front desk staff rude and inflexible, I tried to explain I could not attend the appointment on the given day and can wait for the right time slot to become available. Not listening and dismissed my request.

They saw me very quickly and Dr Hamna discussed my treatment options with no pressure to have the most expensive treatments. Fantastic experience: Fantastic! Didn't wait long to be seen. Was very nervous but Wasif and Dorota were patient and calmed me! The Wand is the best for anaesthetic and taking out my bad wisdom tooth took less time than expected. I recommend this practice to everyone.

The outcome of my new dentures is I am now able to eat properly my mouth looks more inline and the quality and the care I received have been the best I could have hoped for. Fantastic experience: I am 69 years old and have never felt so comfortable at a dentist before. Yesterday I saw Iain who was absolutely delightful (and thorough). I had previously been treated by Naill who made me feel equally at ease. Really impressed by the service I am receiving at this practice.

She is present, sensitive, reassuring and her energy matches Iain’s. Today I had an excellent experience from both Iain and Sese that will remain in my memory and build my trust as an extremely nervous patient.

Fantastic experience: I am writing this review to say a massive THANK YOU to the dentist who is treating me, Mr. Tanveer Singh Taik, a professional of a rare quality. His good vibes made me feel comfortable very quickly and felt confident I was in good hands (pun intended). I would recommend this practice and revisit despite the fact that I reside in Sheffield. And might I add, no waiting times past the appointment time. This is something I have NEVER found in any practice I have been throughout my life, approaching 50. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Tan is a very good dentist and I have always been pleased with the results of my visits. Both Tan and his assistant make the experience as pleasant and comfortable as possible. I would readily recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service both for dental treatment and more recently aesthetics treatment. Dr Hamna fully explained everything about the aesthetic treatment and any possible side effects, she took her time to ensure I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr Hamna showed me the results part way through and consulted me on areas where she (and I) felt more treatment was required. Rosey was also on hand to reassure me throughout. I am delighted with the results a big thank you to Dr Hamna and Rosey. One suggestion would be to add the aesthetic services that are on offer along with the price list to the Pearldent website.

Fantastic experience: I had a molar extracted today at Pearldent. Its not the sort of thing I'd have done everyday, but if you need an extraction, Pearldent is the place to go. The staff were caring and explained the procedure at every step. The process didn't take long, there was no stress, pain or fuss. This is a dental practice I would highly recommend, given the expertise of the Dentists who practice there, thank you so much Pearldent!

He took time to explain the procedure, spoke calmly, reassured me all the way through and told me at each stage what to expect. Fantastic experience: Excellent. I recently had a Cerec treatment with Jag, my usual dentist. As a very nervous patient, he treated me in a calm, kind and understanding manner, explaining every step along the way. The wand was much better than the traditional injection and lasted longer than the 90 minutes required for the procedure which included waiting time for the crown to be made. Dorota was also amazing, kind and calm. Jag and Dorota are my dream team and made the treatment comfortable. Thank You.

Fantastic experience: After not being treated with emergency dentist I called to Pearldent on recommendation... BRILLIANT all the staff have treated me with empathy and the best care. Providing me with all options. No judgement and No hidden costs...can't thank them enough...I hate needles and thanks to Ian and dental nurse I found the experience the best it could be thoroughly recommend...note this is not NHS however I was treated at a cost only £10 more than I'd paid for emergency dentist where no help or pain relief given. PEARLDENT... PERFECT...Thank you

Fantastic experience: Visiting the dental hygienist for the first time at Pearldent Dental Practice. I used the online Pearldent portal to book my appointment and completed all the necessary patient registration forms also online which was a straightforward and simple process. From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere put me at ease. Fiona the hygienist's gentle and skilful approach made the cleaning process comfortable and efficient. Fiona took the time to explain every step, ensuring my comfort throughout. The state-of-the-art equipment and spotless surgery showcased their commitment to top-notch care. Let’s face it, visiting the dentist can be a cause of angst but in the case of my visit it was a truly positive experience!

Fantastic experience: Chloe and Mya were great to me but especially to my little girl who is 1 years old. She will only let me look in her mouth but they tried to make her feel as comfortable as they could in the surgery so that she would let them look at her teeth. They put peppa pig on when finding out that was her favourite show and overall just made us very comfortable in there. I think it’s a real shame that mya is leaving as she is a great dentist and very friendly but we hope to see Chloe as our dental nurse more often.

Fantastic experience: I attended this dentist for more than 20 years. Mrs Paik is an excellent dentist, she gave me good advice on looking after my teeth, and didn't offer me unnecessary treatment. The surgery is lovely and clean, with all up-to-date treatments and equipment. I was an NHS patient but also took advantage of some private treatments. We have now moved to Devon, so no longer with Pearldent. Thank you for looking after my teeth for more than 20 years.

Fantastic experience: I am terrified of visiting the dentist. Today I had a tooth taken out. My dentist was very accommodating and thoughtful. He said it wouldn’t hurt and he was right. I only felt a little bit of the numbing injection and nothing more. He was reassuring and made a difficult situation bearable. I can’t praise Pearldent enough.

I see Dr Iain for my treatment and he is outstanding. He answers all of my questions, is very calming to put me at ease, very professional and his work is the best - you won't find a better dentist!

I am an extremely nervous patient and Jag has always been amazing with me over the years I have been seeing him, he is so professional and a great dentist. I recently had to have a partial denture and from my consultation with Jag to having the teeth out with Wasif, it only took three weeks. Wasif was absolutely brilliant with me and made me feel at ease and I cannot thank him and Dorota enough for the care shown on the day. All the staff are amazing and very competent, would highly recommend.

They invest in all the latest and up-to-date technology. You can be sure you are in good hands at Pearldent. Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom tooth removed with Pearldent’s private oral surgeon Wassif. It was a difficult tooth to take out but he is an expert so he got it all out. Wassif and the nurse Dorota eased my anxiety and made sure the area was very numb before they did the procedure. They checked to make sure I was comfortable throughout. Even though it was a difficult procedure, I was in good hands.

Fantastic experience: Pearl dent what a lovely practice my recent visit was welcoming from the receptionist Rosie to the dentist themselves ( in my case were Naika & Tan ) any questions I had were answered. When it came to my treatment which was for a cerec crown after the initial shock of the cost I’m glad I had it done and the actual tooth looked amazing, I felt no pain at all and was very relaxed. In fact any time I have been to the practice each member of staff I have come across have always been very helpful.

Fantastic experience: Previously my dentist couldn't get the tooth out due to it being infected and it had broken off below the jaw line. The tooth had previously had root canal done on it, but very poorly. He numbed it up and had the tooth out in literally one minute with no pain what so ever! I didn't actually didn't believe him at first when he said it was all done. I had psyched myself up for 30 mins plus of pain! I would highly recommend him to everyone!
