Fantastic experience: Tim and his assistant was very good and did an excellent job . I feel very confident in the chair as a child my dentist appointments were terrible . I’ve had a root canal and experienced a little pain but it was expected. . Good professional work

Fantastic experience: Very impressed by all the examinations and diagnostic methods applied to assess my suitability for an implant and what basic dental treatment I needed. Staff were very welcoming and I was accommodated in a downstairs consulting room without any fuss as I cannot manage a long flight of stairs. My only criticism was that there was no lift but being treated downstairs was not a problem.

Negative experience: I booked an emergency appointment for a tooth extraction but was disappointed. They did one X-ray, which was fine, but then made me go through unnecessary and very uncomfortable full-mouth photographs. Instead of going straight to the point, they showed me my teeth on a screen and the procedure felt more like an assessment than urgent care. The anaesthetic was painful, the loose tooth took longer than it should to remove, and I was left swallowing saliva while the nurse stood by. Overall, the experience was unpleasant and unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: My teeth have been bad for very long time. I lost some of my teeth in my 20's and had some bridges fitted in my upper jaw for around 18 years now. One day I've decided to go to David Neal as new patient due to having toothache. I was so embarrassed as I was ashamed of the state of my teeth. However Dr Parmdip was so lovely and understanding, she made my feel very comfortable and not so anxious. After few days from my first appointment, I'd received my dental plan with all options and estimated costs of possible treatments available for me. I decided to book an appointment with Dr Eial regarding having "all on 4 implants". On that appointment everything was explained to me and also I was able to see some of the work which was carried by Dr Eial. As soon as I'd seen his work I knew I'm in the best hands. After CT scans, Xray and deep cleanings. I have decided to go with "all on 4 implants" on my upper jaw and with invisalign and bonding on the lower jaw. On 13th February 2025 I went to DavidNeal practice at 8am and I met all the team who will carry out my procedures. Dr Michael went through the procedures and put my final nerves to rest! Around 9am I had a consious sedation, which was amazing as I had no idea of anything until sedation had worn off and I the implants where in. Around 1pm I went to rest room where I was looked after and relaxed after the procedure. Around 3pm my temporary teeth was placed in. Shortly after my partner was informed that he can come and pick me up. I went back to work on second day after my operation as i was feeling absolutely fine and for me, the procedure was pain free. I must add, that all the DavidNeal team was amazing for me. I've received a massive bouquet of flowers which definitely made my day as I never expected to get anything. Dr Eial gave me waterpik, electric toothbrush and some other necessary bits and pieces. To look after my new teeth. Now I've started the invisalign journey with my bottom teeth with Dr Parmdip to complete my beautiful smile. After invisalign and bonding the permanent set of upper implants will be placed. It’s a slightly longer journey for me because of my bottom teeth procedures. But I'm already finding myself showing my teeth all the time! All the team have been great and I am very happy that I decided to go with DavidNeal.

Fantastic experience: I visited this dentist this morning and received treatment from the lovely hygienist. I was absolutely terrified due to previous dentist visits (not David Neal) and have completely forgotten her name (so sorry). However I feel completely overwhelmed by what she has managed to do in just one hour. I have been insecure about my teeth for over three years and in such a short time, she has completely changed my outlook. I honestly cannot be more grateful. Fantastic experience: My wife and I visited David Neal dentist after many years of poor NHS dental care. We were made most welcome and we both had a thorough checkup. Negative experience: I attended the clinic at 08.50 for my appointment at 09.00 and was kept waiting until 09.22 due to an overrun with the previous patient. I feel that this should be built into the practices day rather than mine, or with the previous patient rescheduled for another appointment. As a paying customer, I don’t feel that I should have to make a allowances for other peoples dental issues.
We are very disappointed to receive your feedback and would like to apologise again for the inconvenience caused. We do make every effort to allocate sufficient time for each patient, but there are unfortunately times when patients require more extensive on-the-spot treatment than anticipated. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: As a nervous patient I was terrified after a filling fell out! Tim and Princess reassured me and quickly refilled my tooth. Tim then went through a rough plan to get my teeth back in good condition, not nearly as bad as i'd imagined. A new patient examination is £85, and this includes:
- a full dental assessment (including teeth, gums and smile analysis )
- all necessary x-rays
- Mouth cancer screening.
- And any necessary prescriptions
