Fantastic experience: For many years, fear, anxiety, and OCD kept me from going to the dentist. I couldn’t get dental treatment. Then last week Wednesday I registered at The Butts Dental Practice, got seen that day, x-rays taken, and booked in for the treatment the next day. While treating me, the kind words of Dr Ray & Eve eased away my anxiety. At one point I forgot where I was as I was so relaxed. I am so grateful for Dr Ray and Eve’s treatment, thank you. And their private treatment pricing is reasonably priced and affordable. I recommend going to them for private treatment, it is not worth wasting years without check ups just because the NHS is full!

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent dental practice. I’ve been coming here for over 20 years, and now my son comes here too. Dr Ray Prashanti and Dr Gazi are great dentists and always have your best interest at heart. They don't carry out treatments for the sake of it. They recommend a course of action when treatments are required and walk you through the process. Dr Prashanti has the patience of a saint and has a calm nature, especially when she had to extract a baby wisdom tooth from my son's mouth. Highly recommend her to anyone.

Fantastic experience: After extreme pressure and armtwisting I leve this review. Joking of course, they'll understand. My dentist Ray and nurse Bhawani ( among others) have been truly excellent . It had been years of awful dental personal abuse It that led me to return to The Butts and very luckily I was still on their books . It would of been obvious that I had ignored my teeth but without any judgement whatsoever Ray embarked on some remedial work and tricky denture fitting , top and bottom. She made me feel very comfortable and confident and very patient with my difficulties with taking some molds , unavoidable. We got through it and after several appointments received my new dentures and as of today a new lower denture for one tooth which is excellent, very comfortable . Ray is a very skilled careful and patient professional and I truly thank her and her nurses for their help and good nature . It's been a very good experience for me and I highly recommend them . Fantastic experience: I was a total wreck at the dentist after bad experiences with previous practices and used to have to be knocked out. My dentist at The Butts, Pavan Bopanna, has been gentle, patient and kind to the point where I am now able to receive treatment sometimes without any anaesthetic. The dental nurses are wonderful, as are the ladies on reception, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Can't recommend highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough great things about this dental practice. The front desk staff always incredibly friendly and efficient especially Sophie. My dentist Dr Pavan Bopanna is always without a doubt simply and incredibly the best, with highly knowledgeable and takes his time to explain everything clearly. He listens to my concerns and acts on it. I went in with severe pain thinking that I would lose my back tooth and as always he had saved it. I can’t thank him enough highly for the beyond excellent work he always does with me. Thank you. The team is great and I previously also been seen by Dr Sahil Sharma And Dr Andrew Brown couldn’t thank them enough for the previous work they done for me too.

Dr Brown has been like an angel to me - I am super scared of dental stuff but he always makes me feel safe and looks after my teeth. That says a lot about how welcoming, patient, and friendly the whole team is. Special thanks to Dr. Ray and Eve, as well as Sheeleen at reception and her colleague. I've also had great experiences with the other doctors and nurses during my visits. I also bring my 8-year-old son here, and the positive experiences he's had will no doubt benefit him in the future—helping him feel at ease with dental care from an early age. Negative experience: Beyond awful, terrifying experience at Butts Dental having veneers replaced, their dentist Pavan spent 20 minutes working on my teeth with zero pain relief which he said he wasn’t able to provide. I have never known such a level of excruciating agony in my life and since then I have ptsd and extreme fear of dentist work. I wish I’d sued them, and since then not one dentist partner in the practice has shown any care or customer care or interest in my appalling treatment. On top of this the veneers were pretty dreadful and crooked and just very below par aesthetically. Avoid this practice at all costs, they are atrocious

They recommended a Maryland bridge, and I couldn’t be happier with the results—it looks so natural and has truly given me my smile back! Fantastic experience: Brilliant. I had some nightmare experiences growing up in Dublin, and had some trepidation, but the dentist (Dr Mahomad; I hope I spelt that correctly) was fantastic. Absolutely no pain or discomfort. She talked me through the process, e.g. when she changed drills she told me I'd feel more vibrations, so I knew what to expect. I would have no reservations about going back if I needed more treatment. Five Star +++.

Fantastic experience: It's great to know there are still some amazing brilliant surgeons around. After a whole week of torture, agony and no sleep due to a ruptured nerve under my wisdom teeth. It was only the brilliant and experienced Dr Brown who could see instantly what the cause of pain was, it's as if he has x-ray vision. He knew straight off the bat what had to be done and removed the wisdom tooth without any problems. I want to thank you very much Dr Brown - Have a happy Christmas.

Fantastic experience: Lucky enough to secure a rare as hens’ teeth emergency appointment after a young ‘un went over his handlebars and landed on his face , knocking out his front tooth. We are so grateful to all at The Butts especially Shilene on reception, Farrah the rental nurse and the calm and super professional Mr Smith. Thankyou so much. Ps Tip tip for parents - save tooth and put in milk or saline asap while waiting to reinsert - gives a better chance of saving the tooth in the long term apparently.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusted on how my 15 year old son was treated today. Never had to have treatment before so was very nervous. He pushed he's way through as much as he could. He then had to have another injection of which he asked for a break, which wasn't listened to and then was forced until he pushed he's way put! He was then told to grow up. The dentist was called Andrew brown.
