Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Cassie today for a clean. Cassie is amazing at her job and very gentle, I didn't feel a thing from the numbing and then the deep cleaning. She is very informative and makes you feel at ease all the way through the appointment, checking that you are ok. I've always had my scale with my dentist as I was always nervous to see anyone new but I will now be requesting Cassie when I am booking in for a scale! The nurse, Charlotte, was very good at the suction and I felt at ease throughout the whole appointment by both :)

My denture was assessed & sent away for repair. I was given an appointment the following afternoon at which my newly repaired denture was adjusted &, fitted. I was pleasantly surprised by both the speed of my repair & the help of all the staff &, I am extremely happy with the fit of my denture.

Fantastic experience: Would definitely recommend this dentist. I have avoided them at all costs for a number of years on the back of a bad experience (not this practice). From speaking to the receptionist (Bryony), she was really pleasant and polite and gave lots of reassurance! I am absolutely terrified of going to see them, but I was booked in with Maz for some treatment and he was absolutely spot on. He explained everything he was doing and put me at ease! Would 100% recommend him to any anxious dentist goer!!

Fantastic experience: Been at this practice for 20 years and have only had positive experiences. My assigned dentist (Oktay) talks to you on a personal level and strives to be as gentle as possible whilst getting the necessary work done. Same goes for the Hygienists here. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful also.

Fantastic experience: I would like to give a massive thank you to the dentist Oktay and his dental nurse Helen, I was referred for some private treatment as my nhs dentist was unable to sort my tooth due to the complexity. I had a fear of the dentist and let the dentist know this on my first visit, Oktay was so calm and kind towards me and really made me feel at ease, he talked me through every step and kept checking I was ok. Helen was also so lovely and made me feel at ease. I’ve been 4 times now and my treatment is complete and my fear of the dentist has become significantly lower. Thank you guys I could not have asked for any better x

Positive experience: Not my usual dentist due to needing an emergency appointment. The dentist was excellent, very efficient and professional but I felt very uncomfortable and uneasy with the dental nurse and how she was being spoken to, she was obviously training and not up to a professional standard so very often the dentist ended up having to take over

Fantastic experience: Appointment about 15 mins later than scheduled. Staff were lovely. Hygenist was very thorough and talked me through a recent xray. Very deep clean and polish. Good advice on how to keep teeth clean with floss and water jets. Teeth a bit sensitive today but feel very thoroughly cleaned!

Fantastic experience: Dr Osmanov After a lifetime of fear and worry about visiting the dentist, due to the horrendous experience of childhood dental torture, like many of my age, I can remember being held down while the mask was held on my nose and mouth. I have had a few dentists over the years, now in my 60s Some good some bad, but I never felt totally safe and almost impossible to relax. But now I can say my trust in dentists has been restored. All the staff I have met have been very patient and understanding whilst remaining professional. I cannot recommend Lancashire dentists highly enough, from walking in and being greeted by happy smiling receptionists you will be treated with respect and kindness, My Dentist Dr Ozmonov is fantastic at taking the time to explain things in a way easy to understand, With a great chair-side manner, the hygienist gave my teeth the best deep clean ever. So Thankyou Dr Ozmonov and the entire team. Mick Nse PS loving my new smile.

Fantastic experience: Moved to Lancashire Dental recently and couldn't be more pleased or impressed with the service. As a nervous patient where I go is especially important to me. The dentists, hygienist and reception staff are all absolutely lovely and caring and put me completely at ease from the start. Everything was explained to me, care and time was taken with me and my ever present nerves were definitely reduced. Very happy to have found such a professional, friendly dental practice who really take care of their patients.

Fantastic experience: Been with this practice for 40 years. Most appointments can be arranged out of school times for my daughter and work commitments. Always happy with my experience. My dentist Alek and Alison are very good. My hygienist Lisa is always accommodating and great at her job. What I'm mostly pleased about it's one of the few dentists still allowing free NHS appointments for children. It's very important children visit dentists regularly and charging children is not encouraging parents to take their children and will eventually result in an increase in poor dental health. So a big thumbs up for Lancashire Dental

Negative experience: On our first appointment with our son, the dentist was surly and grumpy. (We put this down to a bad day). On the second appointment our son’s school bus didn’t turn up so we rushed to collect him from Skipton calling the dentist first, explaining the situation and to say we would be 10mins late (this was ok). We rushed back from School and got to Albert rd 11mins after the appointment to be told the dentist had gone home. Says a lot about the individual. We won’t be going back.

I originally went to Alex at another practice and followed him to the Lancashire Dentist because of his expertise, professionalism and friendly manner. He is absolutely amazing at what he does hence why I have no one else looking after my teeth.
