Negative experience: I called recently to see if I was still on their patient list. It has been a little while so I totally understand that I am not, but the receptionist who answered was very abrupt and said "No you're not, and we're not taking on new NHS patients." At first I just assumed this is how it was, but after calling another dental practice, the difference was insane. This lady was instead a lot more helpful, despite them also not taking on NHS patients. She took down my details, and offered me advice on what to do next. They even followed up and offered an appointment that morning as they had a cancellation - something that they wouldn't have been able to do without taking my details. I just write this as a reminder that a little kindness and thinking ahead goes a long way. I understand there is pressure on dentistry in our country, but I believe that politeness should be maintained on both sides.

Fantastic experience: Manage to get 3 appointments for the family 1 after another. Kids first time at the dentist was nice and quick and gave us information on drinks so the kids understood why I say no to fizzy drinks all the time. My appointment was brilliant gave me information on the dental plan upcoming to get my teeth sorted. Completely recommend if you can get in.

Fantastic experience: The receptionist on duty that day was polite accommodative and helpful and the Doctor himself was awesome . He was respectful and offered different options of treatment that can suit my needs. Notwithstanding, the lady who booked my appointment a month before was very rude, unapproachable and unreasonably argumentative, which doesn't speak well for the Dental Practice.

Negative experience: Visited today to get an appointment to have a very rude abrasive receptionist. Older lady with thick framed glasses and blonde hair. As a receptionist working with people I suggest this lady needs retraining. I decided against booking the appointment. They are currently taking new patients and to be honest I'm not surprised after the welcome or lack of I experienced today

Positive experience: After 3 failed appointments (cancelled by the surgery) I had a positive appointment, very polite staff.

Negative experience: I am absolutely appalled by the fact that this practice offering next day appointments, but then when try to call back and re-arrange appointments due my wife’s scan, I was answered to then blatantly hung up on, as could hear gossiping and giggling colleagues in thhe background. Shame on all of you. So desperate for clients but desperately lazy. NOT 1 STAR AT ALL, HAD TO PUT 1 STAR TO BE ABLE TO POST.

Positive experience: Haven't seen a dentist since before COVID struck. This guy poked about less than a min, declared my teeth okay. Previously, the same surgery used to do a light scrape clean up. Not this time. Sent me on my merry way with instructions to see me in 6 months time. 3 days later my wife and 2 sons got the exact diagnosis. Am I over thinking this or are our teeth well looked after.?

Fantastic experience: Very friendly team who take great care of you. Was a very nervous patient to the extent that I hadn’t been to a dentist for over 10 years. Finally bit the bullet and booked an appointment at Beanhill. Best decision I made as they were very understanding about my fears, and after a few of visits I am finally able to sit in the chair without coming out in a cold sweat (literally).

Negative experience: Tried to book a appointment. Was told they only have one dentist who works one day a week so I couldn’t be seen for like two months. Healthcare isn this country is ridiculous!
