Friendly, reassuring, knowledgable and professional. Went in with an infected wisdom tooth the pain was 10/10 and by the time I got home after receiving treatment the pain was down to a 2/10. Fantastic experience: I recently visited the Harrogate clinic and I couldn’t have had a better experience. It was a Sunday and I was unable to see an emergency NHS dentist, even though I’m not a registered patient of HC, Dr Shoreh saw my within 45 minutes of my call and I received such care and attention. Dr Shoreh not only treated the issue but took her time to explain how to prevent the issue from reoccurring. The next day I received a call to check how I was feeling which I really appreciated and could ask some additional questions too. So impressed with the service and the clinic! Thank you, Joanna

Negative experience: I went in the summer of 2024 to have a consultation of the teeth whitening, Enlighten. I was told categorically that I would have an ‘amazing result’ and was shown a selection of ‘after photos’ on Dr Shorahs phone. £1k later and there’s a barely perceptible difference to my teeth. After the first check up Dr Shorah said she wasn’t happy with the result, so gave me the extra syringe, as per the customers entitlement. The next time I went the excuses came thick and fast ‘oh you grind your teeth’ (I don’t and never have), oh with your type of teeth you’ll never get the full white effect (my kind of teeth - I’ve never had to have a filling in my life, I don’t drink, smoke and have minimal caffeine). She then went on to say that the photos she showed me were of many more treatments for which the customer paid. I feel well and truly ripped off. She tries to upsell at every opportunity, you have people walking in and out the consultation room the whole time, the door doesn’t close properly, and it all feels very disorganised and unprofessional. She never ONCE said my ‘type of teeth’ wouldn’t whiten… until after I’d coughed up nearly a grand. My emails went unanswered, she eventually responded and agreed to give me one more syringe of gel… and I felt I should be grovelling my thanks at this. I would never EVER have gone through with the treatment if she’d said I’d only have a few shades whiter. I feel it is all about money. She also said I needed at least two fillings (I don’t!). All felt like a very odd set up. Avoid.

Fantastic experience: I visited this clinic in an emergency due to swollen gums and intense pain. The level of service provided by Dr. Shoreh was outstanding. She treated me with care and offered clear instructions at each step of the process. Despite the pain I was experiencing during the procedure, she provided a lot of encouragement. In the end, she showed me how to care for my teeth both after the procedure and regularly. During my follow-up visit, she conducted a scan to inspect my gums again and didn't even charge me for it—bless her! I would highly recommend her services.

I was seen the day I called to make an appointment and was in desperate need of a composite filling. Dr. Shoreh was amazingly quick in sorting out my situation and the process was virtually painless. I couldn't believe how quickly she repaired such a damaged tooth and the quality of her work was outstanding. Less that 24 hours after realizing I needed help, I feel as if it never happened (except for now I have a dental plan in place of course!)- it was so quick and painless that I worked a full day of work afterward and have eaten dinner without any pain. Fantastic experience: O shot review: Four years ago, I was a happy newlywed, enjoying life and my dream job I had worked hard to secure. My life was turned upside down when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. A small tumour, 1 cm, stage 2, no evidence it had spread through my lymph glands, however post-surgery pathology found my tumour was the dreaded triple negative. Likely to return in the first five years. Which changed the treatment plan to include chemotherapy. Several potential side effects of chemo were explained to me, I had hair loss from my head, eyebrows, eye lashes, and entire body. I looked like an alien. Blisters in my mouth, loss of finger and toenails, the veins in my lower chemo arms collapsed and have never recovered, this arm now appears disfigured. One side effect was mentioned briefly “vaginal dryness.” At the time it was the last thing on my mind, I gave it no more thought, much bigger problems to face. Radiotherapy can change your breast, and it did. The skin has hardened and changed colour. As a preventative measure I has prescribed Letrozole, which blocks your body’s ability to absorb oestrogen, although my tumour was not oestrogen driven it could help prevent further tumours. It also brings symptoms of the menopause including further vaginal changes. Every six months I have further treatments at the chemo ward to try to protect my bones. It is fair to say that I do not have the same relationship with my body. I have survived four years, lost the dream job, and revalued my career, regrew my hair, and started to dare to look the future not the present. My husband has been patient and my rock, it was time to try to overcome one of the negative effects of treatment, painful vaginal dryness and get that part of our life back. After a fair amount of research I found PRP treatment, also known as the O Shot, was available at the Harrogate Clinic, where Dr Khan provides the treatment. Nervously I contacted her and found in my consultation I was put at complete ease. As well as aesthetics she has a background in gynaecology and understood the effects of chemo and Letrozole can have on your body. On the day of the treatment I found the clinic to be clinically clean yet warm, welcoming, and very chic. Dr Khan again put me at ease, reassured me, answered fully all questions I had. The procedure itself sounds a little scary, but I can assure you it is uncomfortable but not painful and was tailored to my individual needs. The treatment is regenerative and after a few weeks there is a noticeable difference, sex is still a little uncomfortable but no longer painful for the first time in years. Ladies do not suffer in silence, vaginal dryness is hardly mentioned during your cancer battles, as if it is a taboo subject, PRP is a natural and effective treatment, we cancer warriors deserve to live our lives to the full. A huge thank you to the Harrogate Clinic and Dr Khan.

I woke up with agonising pain in my top teeth (later discovered to be a tooth infection) and phoned the practice. 45 minutes I’m in the clinic being met by the always kind and attentive Rosha. I am rushed into the room of Dr Shoreh where she is kind, caring and reassuring. She numbs the pain and investigates before prescribing antibiotics and a review appointment. The antibiotics do the job and during the review Dr Shoreh assesses for any further issues. I cannot speak highly enough of this practice. Finding a dentist that works for you is life changing and they have truly changed my life.

Fantastic experience: I have had several P-Shots (injections to correct erectile dysfunction) at the Harrogate Clinic and have found their services excellent. They managed to book a convenient appointment for me within a rapid timescale and the procedure went well with nothing more than minor soreness to the injection sites. Dr. Shoreh Ghasmi who leads the team is extremely thorough and due to her holistic approach, she covers all aspects of diet nutrition and precisely how to clean and care for your teeth and mouth. All procedures are explained and I always feel completely at ease. The clinic is spotless and a beautiful place to visit. I used to dread going to the dentist, now I just love it! I can’t thank Dr Ghasmi and her team enough for their professional care and support.

Dr Ghasmi fitted me in promptly with an emergency appointment and the work was done quickly and efficiently. She also has a wonderfully relaxed manner which removed much of the stress for me. Fantastic experience: Dental services generally are poor especially when emergency treatment is needed. I woke on Saturday with a raging toothache and knew I had a dental abscess. After a phone call I was in the treatment room by 9.30. Obviously this type of service comes at a price but it was worth it. Waiting in pain for 3 days wasn’t an option

Fantastic experience: I’ve had Botox with Dr Shoreh twice now and it’s the best botox I’ve ever had. I have always had one eyebrow that arches much more than the other naturally and one eyebrow that is very flat naturally and Dr Shoreh is the only practitioner that has ever been able to fix that for me ❤️❤️.
