Fantastic experience: This is a great dental practice! Reception were very friendly, helpful and professional. I visited the hygienist first. Rosie and Brendan were lovely. Fabulous communication skills, very understanding, kind and thorough. My usual dentist is Ashka who is excellent but I saw Abbas who although a different style was also excellent. Very friendly, polite, professional and skilled. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience at this practice as soon as I joined. Dr Tara has been great with my youngest who initially was petrified of the dentist but now she loves going and knows the importance of brushing her teeth. She even got a toy dental kit for her birthday! I’m really grateful as it was a real struggle at first. All the staff are lovely. Would 100% recommend.

I’d been considering composite veneers on my front six teeth for a long time, but after consultations with three other local practices, I never felt fully confident. Then I found Magnolia House Dental online and booked a consultation with Dr. Tara. From the very beginning, Dr. Tara was welcoming, friendly, and professional. I explained the results I was hoping for, and she was honest and upfront about what treatment would work best for me. She explained every step clearly and in simple terms, so I felt completely at ease and didn’t need to ask many questions. She also provided a clear treatment plan and pricing right from the consultation, which was very reasonable compared to other quotes I’d received, Dr Tara even made sure I left with all the information in writing. Throughout the treatment process I never had to wait long between appointment. I’m over the moon with the results, my composite veneers look completely natural and really suit me. I couldn’t be happier. I can’t recommend Dr. Tara highly enough, and I also want to thank the whole team at Magnolia House. The dental nurses, as well as Amaya and Sonia at reception, were so kind, helpful, and friendly every step of the way. My only regret is not finding Magnolia House sooner. Without a doubt, this has been the best dental experience I’ve ever had.

Abbas solved an ongoing problem with a tooth that caused me to bite my cheek when eating. 15 minutes , no pain , no injection. hygienist very careful and precise. gave me top tip when I brush my teeth. Ample parking in public car park right behind practice. All good !!

Fantastic experience: Friendly and professional staff. Abbas provides a warm and calm atmosphere, explains in detail and gives great advice when discussing required dental work. I chipped a front tooth but left it for many years then lost a premolar while enjoying a hazelnut chocolate bar during COVID. Thanks Lindt. The practice kindly took me on an emergency appointment and with all the complications that period created the service provided was amazing. The team worked their magic, the hygienists polished the ivory and after a few complications due to my irregular bite, I now have a great smile again. Thank you Dr Abbas, Dr Ashka and all the Magnolia practice staff.

Fantastic experience: Ok let's be honest no one enjoys going to the dentist, I've always had a fear of them. But this dental practice is professional, caring, empathetic. Dr Abbas Visanji and all his team making sure you are feeling comfortable at all times, if you need them to stop they will, there's even a TV in the treatment rooms. The receptionist she was making sure you are feeling ok after having treatment.

Negative experience: If I could give a zero, I would. My child was throwing up and couldn't make his appointment, yet your practice refuses to accept him. It's clear that you don't care about your patients or their well-being, especially by suggesting I should bring a sick child in. Disgraceful.

Fantastic experience: Very fast and efficient service from Tara who refitted my crown, and Georgie, the patient hygienist who cleaned my teeth. The whole process from booking my appointments, waiting, and my time in the chair was smooth, and dare I say it, rather pleasant. The rest of the staff were cheery and welcoming too. Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at Magnolia house for a few years now and always enjoy my visits. All of the team are so friendly and welcoming especially the girls at reception, the dental nurses and Georgie the hygienist. I’ve recently finished my Invisalign, whitening and composite bonding treatment with Dr Abbas. It has been a really enjoyable experience from start to finish. I was apprehensive at the start but Abbas and Ashka have been informative, patient and supportive throughout. Once I had completed all the necessary medical history and patient information I was treated by Orla my dentist who was supported by Faithe during my check up and the whole experience could not have been better. The team are friendly and I always feel at ease going for check ups, hygienist visits, and any other procedures. I’ve been a patient for a few years now, always enjoyed my visits & please with my results. My son is now 22 months old & recently had his first check up. Lin was amazing with him. He’s normally super shy but after interacting with Lin on arrival he happily climbed into the chair himself! I highly recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: I am 6 months into my Invisalign journey with Dr Abbas and so far I am so happy with the level of care and more importantly the results I have achieved with my teeth. I was previously an anxious patient but he always puts me at ease at every appointment. I also have regular hygiene visits with Georgie, as recommended by Dr Abbas, she has such a gentle touch and it’s a pleasure seeing her. Negative experience: Absolutely appalling that such an organisation as this would deliberately rip off your pocket for missing an appointment. I have apologized severally to the dentist on duty, the receptionist to no avail. Why do you have an organization when you are unable to listen? You could have stated underneath the payment button that your new patient offer of £45 is non-refundable if you miss the appointment. I have pleaded with you for being late and asked that you should kindly reinstate the appointment for a later date at your own discretion, which you have rudely rejected.

Fantastic experience: We have been patients for a few years now and each time we come we are welcomed by the reception team, as well as the clinical team in surgery. The dentist we see, Dr Lin is so kind and caring and very patient with our little ones (age almost 1 and almost 2), putting them at ease for their check ups and ourselves too meaning visiting the dentist is a nice experience. Parking also is so nearby and the practice has good pushchair access. Thank you all at Magnolia for your continued care to all our family!

He explained everything to me and said come back in a few hours which I did. So I didn’t have to go and wait days for removal which was great. Fantastic experience: I approached Magnolia House dental surgery as I wanted my teeth to be straightened, at 52 I was a bit apprehensive but from the outset all the staff have been really friendly and during the course of the treatment, they have discussed each stage in detail so I was fully aware what they were doing and why. I have to say I wish all companies offered this level of customer care. I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for a new dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I joined today as a new patient, the reception staff were so polite welcoming and helpful when I arrived. i didnt have to wait long at all, the dentist was so kind to me, as a very anxious person I was totally at ease, they didn't mind my nervous ramblings either! Negative experience: I recently visited Dr. Ashka Patel for a consultation regarding a smile makeover as a new private patient. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I felt rushed during the appointment, as though my concerns were not being taken seriously. Instead of receiving constructive advice or a discussion about the various options to improve my smile, I felt judged and looked down upon because of the poor condition of my teeth. As someone who struggles with anxiety, especially regarding dental visits, this experience only heightened my fears. I was hoping for a more understanding and compassionate approach to help me regain confidence in my smile, but instead, I left feeling insulted and discouraged. I hope the clinic reflects on this and prioritizes creating a more supportive and respectful environment for their patients in the future.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dental practice, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, after 4 years trying to get an NHS dentists it's a huge relief to find Magnolia House.

Positive experience: Recently had a baby tooth extracted and cost £150. Was not given a quote prior to attending. Price list says from £110. I was told it was an old price but despite this the price list has not been updated. I think £150 is rather expensive for a baby tooth which took minutes to take out.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and professional experience. Recently visited for check up with Lin (first time to dentist in over 10 years), first ever hygiene appointment and had a night shield fitted. I was very impressed by service and knowledge of dentist and hygienist, as well as the reception team. They calmed my nerves and made me feel welcome and safe. My teeth have never felt better! Fantastic experience: Received excellent treatment to fit a bridge after removing a rotten old tooth along with check-up and consultation. Dr Jaume Escoda-Francoli, the nurses and the reception were very helpful and kept me informed all the way through.

Fantastic experience: I recently had an appointment at Magnolia for a filling, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I had never had a filling before so I was very nervous! But as soon as I entered Amaya was so kind and efficient I felt like I was in good hands. When I was called in for my procedure, Tara and Jacob were exceptional! She took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions thoroughly, which really helped to calm my nerves. Tara ensured I was comfortable throughout, frequently checking in to see how I was feeling, and made sure I understood what was going on. The procedure was quick, painless, and executed with such precision that I felt completely at ease. (I asked not to see the needle and Tara told me when to close my eyes haha) There was also titanic playing on the ceiling so I was able to concentrate on that! The filling itself feels perfect—no discomfort at all, and it blends seamlessly with my natural tooth. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service I received at Magnolia! Thank you to everyone involved!

Fantastic experience: Ashka's handy work on my teeth paid off rather well, the result speaks volumes about the quality of her work(photo uploaded). Ashka is kind and fun! Also the dental nurses, the ladies at the reception, hyginist and Abbas have all been super friendly, respectful and plain nice people. They work a lot!!! Fantastic experience: Since being little I’ve always been petrified of the dentist. (Im talking the dentist had to chase me around the chair to get me to sit in it). I’ve been coming to magnolia house for about 15 years and despite every dentist being lovely and professional, I have always been petrified. Before any treatment I would be up at night worried about the upcoming appointment, sweating and not being able to concentrate at work etc. Since seeing Tara, she has not only made me feel at ease, by explaining everything she is doing and reassuring me throughout treatment. she has transformed my teeth into looking their best and offered me treatments I didn’t think were even available. The chip in my front tooth has been repaired immaculately and the old silver filling was replaced by (a specialist tooth cap that was made specifically for me) and it looks amazing. I’m actually excited for my next check up which I thought I would never say and Tara has almost got rid of my fear of the dentist!so thankyou so much Tara! :)

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Nicka and she has been amazing I've now got my smile back thanks to Nicka I'm over the moon with the treatment received it was done over several months but it was 1000% worth the wait friends and family have commented about how great my teeth look now. Fantastic experience: After being told elsewhere that my irregular 60+ year old teeth would not be suitable for intervention, I was sceptical that Invisalign would be effective. And the cost, hassle and time commitment were other barriers to my decision. However, Abbas and his team were both positive and professionally adept throughout the year of treatment and the results are great. I am really glad I engaged with this process and recommend the service at Magnolia House without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: Wanted to say a slightly delayed thank you to Dr Tara Hazra. It was mine and my 2 daughter's first appointment with her as I believe she's new to the practice. She made us all feel relaxed and comfortable and answered all of my questions. The biggest highlight was that she was able to remove a dark stain on one of my front teeth which I was worried would be permanent as I was unable to get rid of it myself with brushing. It made my year, I was so happy to see it had gone. Thank you sooo much Tara!

Fantastic experience: I am normally very apprehensive when visiting a dentist and my mouth was in a right state. I have been treated by Lin Yu and she made me feel very relaxed.No judgements were made about the neglect I had given my oral care. Lin had to do quite a lot of work for me and her advice on ongoing dental hygiene was delivered in a caring manner. I am a NHS patient and feel I have been treated extremely well. I would 100% recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I suffer from horrific anxiety with attending the dentist as a result of many years of dental work and a number of jaw surgeries. My anxiety stems from a very deep fear that my teeth will fall out. I originally came to Magnolia for a second opinion as I felt my previous dentist surgery wasn’t very understanding of my anxiety, and I felt like they were trying to make more money from me as a result. For example, on one occasion they told me my teeth were rotting and I would need treatment (£££ treatment!), however when I attended Magnolia I was reassured my teeth were very healthy and no treatment was needed. I decided to sign on with them properly after this, as even the way the dentist spoke to me, explained everything to me, and gave me that reassurance made me feel 10x more comfortable. I went for a hygienist appointment last week, and unfortunately my anxiety did get the better of me and I became an absolute shaking mess in the chair. However, I cannot remember her name as I was in such a tizz, but the girl who treated me was so lovely, patient and reassuring. She explained everything, gave me reassurance, changed the path of the appointment to be more appropriate for what she felt I could cope with, worked quickly and efficiently to lessen the time I had to be in the chair. I truly don’t think I would have even got through the appointment had it not been for that very lovely lady. Thank you.

Negative experience: This is my opinion from my personal experience. I came here for botox because the botox is way better priced than other places. When I arrived, I requested 1 area for wrinkles. I then felt like it was about them making money because immediately I was told I need to do 2 areas to avoid a drop in my forehead. The person was so persuasive and convincing that I had to do 2 areas. The wrinkles disappeared, but I got a drop in my forehead. It's as bad as that when I roll my eyes up, I can see my eyebrow hairs right there. Something I was unable to see before. I also noticed my eyes look smaller than usual due to the drop. When I went for my top-up and explained this to the person, I was told that if I go back, they will reduce the amount of botox but then I'll have the wrinkles. I don't see the point of this. I just felt like I was being shut down and not heard during my appointments. I have had botox multiple times before in a previous place I lived, and I've never had this issue. Neither was I told that the amount will be decreased when there was an issue. It is about injecting it in the right places and also giving customers what you make them pay for. It's unfortunate that they are the cheapest with botox, for people like me who can't afford much. But I ended up paying the same amount I would have in another place anyway that day. I'm quite unhappy with how small my eyes are now and how I can feel and see my eyebrows sitting on my eyes. Anyway, lesson learned. - - - update: months later, my wrinkles are back and my eyebrows are still sitting low making my eyes droop, and causing eyelid wrinkles, too many. All because Madam injected me in the wrong areas and now I have tiny, wrinkly squashed eyes with low sitting eyebrows. Never going here again! Money making scam

Fantastic experience: I had a new crown fitted on the NHS at Magnolia House. Unfortunately, I had complications and developed a root canal infection and an abscess on my gum. I was in excruciating pain. Magnolia House fitted me in with an emergency dentist but she could only rectify part of the problem. She was unable to located all my canals and only treated one. I needed a specialist which the NHS part of the practice did not have. Not ideal as I didn't have a spare £800 in my back pocket to pay for the private specialist. However, I had no choice if I wanted to be treated and free from pain. I was passed over to dental consultant Maslinda who was absolutely fantastic. She took time to listen to what had happened and explained the anatomy of the tooth and what had happened. She explained what she needed to do. She used some new equipment I have never seen at the practice before. There were 3 canals in total and she excavated all of them, including the one that the NHS emergency dentist at the practice had treated. She treated them and put a temporary filling in the crown. The following day she called me to check how I was and to make sure I was not in pain. That really meant a lot to me as I had been through a lot previously. I went back today to see Maslinda. She checked the tooth and removed the temporary filling and refilled and sealed the tooth/crown. It is unfortunate that I had to pay £800 on top of my original NHS crown costs but I have complete trust that she has rectified the situation and I don't expect any further issues from this tooth. Maslinda is a wonderful lady. She is obviously extremely knowledgeable in her field of work. She is very personable which she combines well with her professionalism. She has clearly got a very good working relationship with her dental nurse, Pat, who was also very efficient. Thank you Maslinda. You calmed a previously terrified patient who had been in absolute agony. All the best to you.
