Fantastic experience: Arran and the dental assistant (sorry, I forgot her name) were both very lovely, kind, and caring. They took the time to ensure I left with a great smile and confidence. Both of them did an amazing job, and Does it without making you feel that your getting interrogated for having bad teeth. lol sorting out my dentures and making sure I was 100% comfortable with them before I left . definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Friendly receptionists and lovely dentist. My son had to have his tooth out to make room for adult teeth. He was nervous but the dentist was very calm and reassuring and explained what she was going to do in age-appropriate detail. He had numbing cream before the anæsthetic injection and he said it didn’t hurt. They didn’t rush him, answered all his questions and agreed to stop if he gave them a pre-agreed signal! The tooth was out in less than a minute and my son was delighted! Thanks to the whole team

Fantastic experience: I have been with this dental practice since before my 17 year old son was born. Leaving a practice I was unhappy with I did not expect such a friendly, informative and artistic dentist. I took my son for his first dental appointment and the service for my child was exceptional. We continue to use the service and we are both happy. I recommended the service to my mum and she is also a happy, regular patient.

Fantastic experience: Went to see the dental hygienist Harsha today. Harsha does a thorough assessment of your personal hygiene routine and her guidance on what you are doing well in terms of your oral hygiene routine and what you might do differently to keep your teeth and gums healthy is clear, helpful and much appreciated. I see Harsha regularly and since she became my hygienist my oral health has improved significantly. She works collaboratively with dental assistants and my dentist. I would very highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Saw Jeen yesterday as a new patient for an emergency appointment and gave now registered. Staff were lovely (cannot praise the team I saw enough; they were brilliant), premises were pristine and well laid out, and there is on-site parking.

Positive experience: I have been coming here for many years and i have witnessed many changes along the way. Some good and some not so good, but recently I have noticed one major change which was very much welcomed, that was GREAT 'Customer Service', I believe a customer should always be greeted with a warm friendly smile along with a genuine pleasant attitude. As a nervous patient, that is paramount for me and they have excelled in that over my past few visits. Also, the appointment system has improved massively, i am so, so happy about that as I now dont have to wait months on end to get seen! That's a MAJOR improvement and one that I hope keeps on improving with careful management. Mr Madden has been my chosen Dentist for atleast two decades! His warm Irish accent calms my nervous AND he's also very very good at what he does too.... thankfully I still have most of my teeth! Lol.. He's a realist and I love that about him, you always know where you stand. The practice is starting to look FANTASTIC.✨️ I feel proud to call it my dentist now. it's certainly moving with the times, and looks just as good as any other reputable practice out there! .....Keep up the good work guys your smashing it! Just a few (patient comfort) Suggestions ...... It would be great to have the TV in the waiting room working instead of staring at a blank screen OR maybe some magazines/ daily newspapers to flick through AND a water machine would be the cream on the top! 4 1 star less of EXCELLENCE. (Leaving room for further internal improvments/service/management)

Fantastic experience: As I entered the clean and airy reception I was warmly greeted by Rana and Hannah and directed to the waiting area. I had a pain free filling fitted by Arran and he explained what he was doing throughout the procedure. He was very patient and put my wellbeing first. Fantastic experience: I attended this practice today for the first time and had a hygienist treatment with Harsha. From entering the practice the staff were all very professional and helpful. Harsha was very friendly and put me at ease explaining the procedure and what to expect. The procedure was delivered very well and although I was initially nervous, the procedure was carried out in a very effective way and not at all painful or uncomfortable. I am so happy with the results and will define be back to maintain the results achieved. Thank you for a great job done

Reception staff are all brilliant too, really looked after me today. Sometimes can take awhile too get an apointment here, is the only thing, this is because it’s a very very busy surgery. Fantastic experience: I visited Nottingham Dental Practice for the first time this week for an examination and X-ray. I had trauma to one of my front teeth that I was hoping to book in to be repaired at a later date. My appointment was with Dhru and dental nurse Claire who straight away made me feel at ease and had set a relaxed friendly atmosphere unlike any dental appointment I’ve ever attended in the past. I explained to Dhru why I had booked the appointment (to discuss tooth repair) to which she did on the day! She took her time making sure the composite bonding was perfect and looked natural to which she smashed it out the park. Massive thank you to both Dhru and Claire for taking care of me. Can’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this dentist since my children were small. I would sincerely recommend them, as they have always been fantastic with us. Gentle caring and very patient. You don't feel rushed during the appointment, as they are happy to explain things again and again to make sure you understand what's happening. They can also be very tender or use a really good sense of humor to make visit there a well worth it. Plus the lovely white sparkly smile is a bonus.

Fantastic experience: I visited my dentist today regarding my dentures, the advice that was given to me was very helpful the dentist was very patient and took the time to explain my options which gave me the option to save a lot of money. The assistant was also very helpful.

Fantastic experience: Infected tooth caused me a lot of pain and a very swollen mouth. Called the dentist reception and they fitted me in if I didn't mind waiting. Antibiotics given and great advice given how to help with infection. Appointment made for the following week to get the offending tooth out. Caring staff and excellent customer service. Fantastic experience: Great practice. Whenever I have an emergency it is dealt with straight away. My kids really like the dentists as they always explain to them what tool they will use next and what they are going to do.

Negative experience: I was withdrawn from this dentist because according to their system I had an appointment. I never booked in my life because I wasn’t informed about this appointment. I didn’t book and because I didn’t attend an appointment I didn’t book. They have withdraw me from this dentist, which is really unprofessional. I’ve rang them. I visited them to speak to them face-to-face But they didn’t want to show any sympathy or any understanding I would 100% avoid this place

Mr madden is fantastic with my daughter, he explains things to her in a way she understands. She has no fears about attending the dentist and all this is down to her regular visits with mr madden.
