Fantastic experience: I recently had a tooth extraction done at West Hill Dental, and I was more than happy with the entire experience. Like many people, I was anxious about the procedure, especially since it involved sedation—but from the moment I walked in, I was made to feel comfortable and informed. The Dentist took the time to explain everything clearly beforehand, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt at ease. The sedation process was smooth, and I don’t remember any discomfort during the procedure. The next thing I knew, it was over. The post-op instructions were clear, and I received a follow-up appointment 2 days later to check how I was doing.

Fantastic experience: Have extremely sensitive teeth and unable to stand a scale and polish without anaesthesic. Had it done with Dlanya and she was amazing. Numbed my mouth painlessly and did the best scale and polish I’ve had. So thorougher and would keep asking if I’m ok the whole time. The reception staff are delightful, always have been, which is almost a rarity within the NHS. My dentist, Sophia, is new to me and she's a breath of fresh air. I want to thank Dr Premkumar Ambrose who took one of my teeth out earlier today. He is a very good Doctor who advised me on what to expect and made me feel at ease. I do not like any pain, and he was very patient with me, taking his time to give an injection to norm the tooth before taking it out. I also want to thank the reception staff who assisted me with the many paperwork that needed to be completed. I highly recommend this Dentist practitioner to EVERYONE!

Fantastic experience: I recently become a patient at Westhill Dental Centre and I could not recommended them enough. All the team are fantastic, you are made to feel very at ease and welcome straight from the start with the reception team, if you’re a nervous patient then this is the place for you. Prem is the best dentist I have ever had, he explains everything in full detail, doesn’t rush anything and constantly checks in that you are okay and comfortable. I recently had a root canal and experienced no pain at all. Thanks all at Westhill dental centre, looking forward to returning for my check up.
