Fantastic experience: The staff and dentist’s here are very lovely . With one major exception. Anyone that is a new patient I would seriously recommend avoiding mr Gandhi ( one of the dentists ). He is disrespectful to the staff and his assistants . In my opinion he should have retired years ago .

Negative experience: Infected tooth should never be given to the patient after extraction as shown on your pictures

Negative experience: Myself and family are registered here , I call up asking to register my daughter and get told there not accepting any more people at the moment, I ask when they will be and get a reply of well I don’t know you could try July , clueless receptionist, dealing with children with Sen is hard enough without having to take them to a different dentist to their siblings especially when their anxious enough, if your whole family is registered at one dentist you should be able to add a child to this.

They took the time to explain all the necessary details clearly and concisely, making everything easy to understand. Over the course of four appointments, my dental experience has been nothing short of amazing. I have had some fillings, a denture placed, and a tooth extracted. The fillings have significantly alleviated prior pain and improved my dental hygiene. The denture fits perfectly, and I feel much more confident when smiling. All my questions and concerns were handled with care and patience. The team made me feel understood and unjudged, which was very reassuring. They always made it clear that asking for a break was no issue, and they consistently checked on how I was doing during the procedure, ensuring I was comfortable. The standout experience was my tooth extraction with Dr. Ailsa. It was the easiest and most comfortable tooth extraction I've ever had—my sixth one, with the previous five done at a different practice being extremely unpleasant and involving "fishing for roots," as they put it. This time, it was a seamless and pain-free experience, leaving me amazed. The friendliness and non-judgemental approach of the staff really set this practice apart. It feels like they treat everyone equally and ensure all patients receive the best treatment available. The scheduling process is handled excellently by the reception staff, who are always considerate and prompt, whether I'm calling in or emailing. Hygiene and cleanliness are top-notch. The practice always looks and smells clean, and I notice the fresh, clean scent throughout, suggesting that they thoroughly clean all equipment after each visit. My overall dental health has improved massively. I am now smiling more and experiencing a positive mental effect as a result. The clear and easy-to-follow aftercare instructions provided after each procedure have been very helpful. I highly recommend Dental Smiles Grays Inn for their exceptional service and care. On arrival the receptionist Michailia was very smiley, happy and helpful. My dentists appointment was with Dr Priyanka , she was great! she made me feel at ease and talked me through everything very attentive and assuring (i've had previous experience with terrible dentist making you never want to go back) so happy ive found this place :) After the dentist i had to see the hygienist's Teuta, she was great too! nice, friendly not judgy (like past hygienists ive seen) she was not too rough always checking i was ok. Overall was a great experience, if you're in need of a new dentists this is the place!

Fantastic experience: Great dentist. Helped heal my gum disease and advice on how to maintain oral health. The front desk team is also very friendly and helpful. Micha was exceptionally knowledgeable on oral health and was able to have a non judgement conversation. Definitely recommend.

After not seeing a dentist for a couple years and being extremely anxious to go back, Dr Ailsa couldn't have made the experience any easier. Super patient, non-judgemental and kind. Highest praise for Shi, who has been so lovely every time I've seen her and just goes above and beyond. I just had a filling done at Gray's Inn, and it was absolutely the easiest dental experience of my life. Cannot thank everyone at Gray's Inn enough :)

Fantastic experience: The staff at this practice is very professional and compassionate. Naomi helped me in every way she could by squeezing me in even when I was not registered but was in pain. Fantastic experience: I’ve been so scared of the dentist that for a long time I put off my appointment for a year! Ailsa and Laura have taken really good care of me. Excellent service, compassion, patience and understanding are at the forefront of their practice. Ailsa is extremely efficient and talks you through what she’s doing and she is so positive, which makes the experience as nice as it can be. Laura is a pro who reassures me, checks in with me and works very well with Ailsa. I just had 3 fillings done and didn’t expect it to be as quick, easy and pain free as it was. Fantastic experience: I joined this practice a year or so ago. I feel very lucky to have been taken in when they opened it for NHS patients for a short time. Since I joined I have seen the dentist, Dr Alisa McGregor twice and also the Hygienist Teuta with the dental nurse Shianna. On every occasion I felt not only that I was in safe hands but also that they genuinely wanted to make the whole experience as pleasant as possible, they make you feel very comfortable. Added to this, the lovely ladies, Evgenia and Hannah who greet you and take care of all bookings and admin are fantastic. Every time I go in they are cheerful and enthusiastic and always go out of the way to help. The whole team and practice are top drawer, I am a very happy customer!

Fantastic experience: Visit here! I have a long term fear of the dentist but this practice have gone a long way to reversing that. They could not be more helpful. The reception team Hannah and Evgenia were incredibly helpful booking me in and dealing with my poor organisation, and Nestan and Ailsa were incredibly caring and thorough. I am definitely not the easiest patient but everything was explained to me with total clarity and professionalism. Sadly I must return in 3 months for further work, but if I have to go anywhere, here would be my top choice. Thanks a bunch.
