Negative experience: You do need to get people who knows how to talk to patients in your reception. The girl who spoke with me over the phone and dropped me email to discharge me doesn't have the basics to be receptionist. Full complained will be directly sent over and legal action will take a place shortly.

Fantastic experience: I can honestly say Dr jill is so kind and caring to me and my family as a nervous patient she does all she can to make me feel relaxed , I find her so professional in every way she really does go the extra mile , iv used this surgery for about 40 years and I can not find fault thanks you Dr jill , I only really know one of the receptionist ,Trish she is always kind polite and caring I would not go anywhere else you all do a great job thank you guys

Negative experience: Please seek a second opinion on every procedure! Dr Renuka Arun was quick to say that a tooth should be extracted only for me to see a professional at Aspects Dental, who stated that this was not necessary and indeed it wasn’t.

Fantastic experience: I was seen by Dr shoker for an extraction after being in agony for a very long time, I was extremely nervous and apprehensive as it was my first extraction ever but she was very patient and gentle with me and talked me through the entire process and really took her time to go through the after-care instructions with me, I cannot praise her enough for her professionalism and compassion while dealing with my case.

Negative experience: Absolute joke. Not my normal dentist was assigned to this dentist for my aligners. First appointment 21st June was supposed to have scans taken they called me and asked if I could go in earlier which I did and still left me waiting around 45 mins until my original appointment time and then told me their scanners were broken. Not sure why they didn’t tell me this on the phone and rearrange? Which was a massive waste of my time. Went again on 9th July had scan done they were supposed to upload them the same day 2 weeks of chasing and being promised a call back and the last 2 days being told scan would be uploaded got a call today asking me to go in for more photos so who knows what happened to my originals. Reception staff are super rude and everytime I call the dentist is apparently not in today.

Fantastic experience: I will say firstly that I like many am a reluctant patient, though that does scant justice to my loathing of the experience. Preceded by an invariably sleepless night, and rarely better than expected, I attend if I must. A visit is preferable to the horror of dental pain, marginally. But Dr Vesudeva is nothing short of a revelation. I had a filling that required two injections and a half hour of open mouthed anxiety but can say with relieved honesty that it was the best experience in the chair I have ever had. And I’m fifty. The man is an artist and a model of compassion. It has changed my entire outlook.

Positive experience: I was looked after by Dr Arun for Smile White aligning treatment. She was very efficient. However, the information given by Smile White wasn't always the same as the advice given by the dentist. Also, I was not fully satisfied with one of my teeth at the end of the aligning process but I was told it looks perfect. I still don't agree that it's fully straightened.

Fantastic experience: Dr Renuka has been very helpful and supportive throughout my teeth straightening processes. She always explained everything that is going to happen and how the teeth straightening processes works. She always helped to chase the ordered aligners if they were late, she always booked appointments that suited me and around my working hours and was reachable on email any time of the day. Tha l you for that! I am glad I choose Bletchley dental practice as my preferred dentist.

Positive experience: The dentist I see is absolutely lovely and I wouldn't see anyone else. Receptionists however definitely need some training on how to answer the phone and even communicate. My work would not accept me answering the phone "Hello, can I help" or even at times just "Hello". My latest experience was at 8.40am, so not late in the day. I returned a call I got from the practice. I assume the time of my upcoming (private patient) appointment was not possible as I was just asked "can you do .... time instead". No explanation, nothing. I even had to say my name 3 times. The service and care in the dentist's room is excellent, please don't put people off with how they are greeted and served.

Negative experience: Telephone etiquette non existent? Calling for an appointment and the phone is answered with an abrupt ‘Hello!?’…almost like the phone call was an inconvenience. As a patient I had to ask if I had called the right number, Bletchley dental practice. Answering a phone with a company name/ purpose and the name of person speaking and how they can help would be more pleasant and professional , would it not ? I then went on to say I am calling to enquire if I could have an appointment. ‘ What’s it for ?’ Dentist appointment, I suppose that’s why I’m calling ? She then went on to clarify to me either check up or something else . As a patient if you ask me what’s it for, I do not know the options and was made to feel rather stupid.. perhaps giving the options prior to the question would be more efficient ? Not a very pleasant phone call and this is not an isolated experience, the very few times I have called it is the same each time. I work with the public and it’s important to remember that a telephone call isn’t face to face, therefore the communication requires a different approach. A tone of voice goes a long way, good and bad. I hope this is taken on board, as it’s merely a feedback for something so simple that one would expect when calling a service. Thank you ☺️

Negative experience: 15 calls made within 2h no answer, rejected or gone to mailbox. Upon coming to the practise and still hanging on the phone the dark hair lady, sat next to the phone and rejecting the call the same time! When Ive said I've been calling so many times she smiled saying she is the only one on the call.. 5min left and she rejected many other calls without anyone to be in the queue. Doctors are great but the receptionist very judgemental and unprofessional

Fantastic experience: I have been afraid of going to the dentist as I've had bad experiences in the past,well today that has changed I was nervous about my wisdom tooth extraction and I didn't need to be,Dr.jelena talked me through the procedure and any "what if's" put my mind at ease. I also had a trainee in with us nurse kayleigh,both were of the highest professionalism I felt no pain or discomfort throughout the procedure only the obvious from having a tooth removed. All in all a great service I would highly recommend Bletchley dental practice to anyone that has "that" feeling towards going to the dentist

She is due to take her exams soon so the issue was not letting her focus on studies. We were given an appointment quickly. On the visit, right from reception staff, dental nurses and Dr Arun herself, everyone was very courteous, reassuring and helpful. She had a detailed examination and advice given regarding treatment. Negative experience: I recently went to this clinic because I wanted to get emergency help. I had severe swelling due to an infection in my tooth. I went to the appointment, paid 49 pounds for a consultation and an x-ray, I was seen by the doctor Renuka Arun who took an x-ray and said that it was an infection and wrote me a prescription for 40 pounds for an antibiotic and the antibiotic itself cost 10 pounds. In total it cost me £100. And I don’t understand what I paid for!!! This doctor did not provide me with any help with my abscess that had formed in a tooth, which needed to be opened immediately. She looked at the x-ray and said that there was no infection or pus. When I came home, I realized that I was getting worse and worse, and I called this clinic and asked to see me again and I needed to open the abscess, but they told me that I had to make an appointment again and pay again 49 pounds for the consultation. I tried to explain to them that I was there this morning and had already had a consultation and an x-ray, but everything was useless. I had to look for a new clinic, which I only got to the next day, where they opened an abscess in which there was a lot of pus, and prescribed a completely different antibiotic, because the one prescribed by the doctor from Bletchley Dental Practice was not at all suitable for my case. This clinic does not deserve any star! I left 100 pounds in this clinic without receiving anything at all, but on the contrary, I lost one day because of which my condition became much worse and even more pus formed in the abscess, which took a very long time to clean out in another clinic.

Fantastic experience: Visited today for routine check up, first time to visit as we recently moved to Milton Kennedy. Excellent dental practice, friendly staff and efficient. Dr Jelena was fantastic - creating a really friendly and caring atmosphere with great advice. Nurse Olivia friendly and professional. I would recommend them for sure to anyone seeking dental care.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service. I've been looking for a dentist for 15plus years now. And finally found these guys. My 1st visit they looked at my teeth and offered dentures. So I've took them up on that offer so they have made me 4 appointments since my 1st visit. I'm on my 3rd appointment tomorrow to get the bottom teeth set(I think lol) my 4th visit is next week(to collect the dentures) I'm really impressed with the service they offer. They cleaned my teeth also which I'm very grateful for. And I'm definitely looking forward to getting my 1st ever dentures next week. Can't thank these guys enough they are brilliant. 5***** service and would highly recommend(which I already have) thanks guys

Negative experience: Was a good dentist.had multiple teeth out ect here never had a problem.just had a tooth out wish I hadn't bothered nearly pulled me out the chair seeing as I'm 16/17 stone had to hold the chair and put my foot on the floor to stop myself falling out and hurt like mad .had to go back the following week as it had turned infected thinking twice about going back here now. my tooth came out in one piece roots and all and i don't smoke .

Positive experience: Admittedly I have only had the first appointment but Dr Nikolaos was calm, reassuring and honest without seeming scary. In all honesty I don’t think I’ve felt that relaxed and clear about my dental care before. My teeth aren’t in great shape sadly but I hope that under the care of Dr Nikoloas whatever happens next won’t be so scary.
