Fantastic experience: This is a great dental practice and I would highly recommend it. Throughout, all the staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. This includes the reception staff who are always helpful, the hygienist Zeeshan, and the dentists themselves. I have been treated by both Alan Worrall and Sharan Suthar over recent years and both are excellent. They genuinely seem to care, and take time to explain things and put you at ease. The fact that I moved further away from the surgery recently but wouldn’t consider changing to one nearer home speaks volumes!

Fantastic experience: Monday morning I broke off what I thought was half my back tooth and although I didn’t have pain I was fitted into an emergency appointment with my dentist Alan. Unfortunately he was running late, which I can appreciate happens especially when you care as much as Alan does. I was offered an alternative dentist which I gladly accepted. I saw a lovely dentist named Aquila, who sorted me out without any fuss, she is a credit to your team, make sure you keep hold of her Thanks everyone and that includes your reception team

Fantastic experience: Due to work commitments I asked for a weekend appointment which was willingly supplied. I received a friendly welcome to the practice and was subsequently called in to the treatment room for my regular checkup. Allan greeted me with a smile and asked me how things had been, I was suffering with a painful back and he took great pains to ensure my comfort in the chair. The examination was thorough and painless. Lots of data transferred to his assistant and thankfully I was told all was in good condition and all I needed was a light polish to the back of my teeth and that was quickly completed and I was free to leave. A really positive and painless visit, thanks again.

Fantastic experience: As always, a totally relaxed & professional atmosphere when my son & I visit. We have been with Sharan, the principle dentist, for well over 10 years, and every time we are made to feel welcome & at ease with our check ups. She advises us on brushing techniques & the state of our teeth, fortunately, up to now, neither of us has required any work. And the banter after the check up is always top notch, too.

Customer service can sometimes feel forced or fake to me, but there's just such a warm and genuinely welcoming atmosphere here every time. They actually chill me out and put me in a good mood for the day! Dr Alan Worrall is consistently excellent in every regard. He talks everything through so clearly. I've never liked my teeth so it can be quite a sensitive subject that I've felt down about in the past, which we’re working to change at the practice. But they handle everything so well and make me feel good about the changes moving forward. Dr. Sharan Suthar was also present at my appointment today who was not only so knowledgeable but also really motivated to help. Another excellent communicator! They are clearly working so hard and should very good about themselves!!! It doesn’t even compare in the same league of the many other dentists I’ve been to in the past. Thankyou all!!!

Fantastic experience: As a 'nervy' patient, I was horrified when one of my front teeth just fell out! Also, as an 84 year-old, still with a modicum of vanity, I needed the gap filling quickly. A rapid repair was undertaken, with a cap fitted later, the colour-match of which was spot-on. Really pleased with the service and end result. It feels GOOD to smile again!

Fantastic experience: Feel very lucky to of been a patient at Thornley Park Dental for as long as I can remember. I chose this dentist when I was younger due to the lovely way they treated my nanna a very long time ago and although it’s changed since I first joined, the treatments I have received from Alan over the years have been brilliant and couldn’t imagine going else where. I moved out of the area and searched for a new dentist but none of them lived up the standard of care I received from Alan and the staff at Thornley Park Dental so although it is a fair commute, it’s worth it knowing I’m in the best hands. All staff are welcoming and will go above and beyond for you. My son is also registered there and loves visiting for his 6 month check ups. Although this dentist is no longer NHS, it’s definitely worth the money for their memberships which I feel is a great value of money for what you get.

Fantastic experience: As much as they have now gone private, I’ll absolutely be staying with Thornley Park, not just because there are no NHS dentists around nearby, but because of the care they provide. I told my dentist I’d never had an injection in my mouth before and he was so unbelievably careful, to the extent I genuinely didn’t know the 2 injections had been done! They made an effort to fit me in for a last NHS appointment whilst I was on maternity leave so I didn’t have to pay for my filling, and my child has been going since their first tooth appeared and they’ve been great with them too. Would absolutely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I registered at Thornley Park Dental just over a year ago after putting off going to the dentist for quite some time due to a really bad experience. From my very first appointment to present, I have never felt more at ease in a dental chair. Today’s visit I was seen by Dr Alan Worrall who saw me on an emergency basis due to sudden tooth pain and my usual Dentist Dr Aquila Tahir was unfortunately away on holiday. I must say, I was quite nervous about seeing a new Dentist, but Dr Alan was very good, he had a very calming nature which put me at ease and he was very clear in explaining what was happening including what treatment I needed. His dental nurse assistant was also very welcoming and friendly. I also must not forget to mention the lovely reception team who assisted me in arranging the emergency appointment.
