Fantastic experience: I went to Stourbridge Dental surgery after an absolutely awful experience with my dentist, and my two front crowns. I saw Roopinder who was fantastic, she worked with me to create perfect crowns, and even arranged for me to go to the lab so that I could ensure they were the right colour. I am so pleased with the results, and she is such a lovely bubbly caring dentist, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else now. All the staff are so friendly also, so a very good experience

Fantastic experience: After several years of suffering with an ill fitting and painful denture I changed my dentist and went to see Kevin Thomas at Stourbridge Dental & Implant Clinic. My case is far from straightforward as I have an extreme overbite. Kevin made a number of recommendations to resolve my issues. The denture is made and adjusted personally by Kevin. For the first time I am able to eat any types of food with ease and comfort. The denture fits so well that I am hardly aware of it's presence in my mouth. The plate takes up a lot less room in the roof of my mouth, making it so much more comfortable. I cannot recommend his expertise more highly.

Fantastic experience: I can’t begin to explain how happy I am I found these guys. I have been terrified of the dentist due to a number of reasons but the guys here have made coming to the dentist a pleasure. I had a smile makeover for my wedding and Mani has been the absolute best!! She made sure I was comfortable at every appointment and every treatment has been painless with the best results. I had a set of veneers and crowns and I can’t stop smiling now, whereas before I would hide my smile, or not smile at all. I feel so confident with my smile. It’s changed my life. Negative experience: Unfortunately there’s no option for 0 stars. Don’t waste your time and book here…called and wanted a hygienist appointment they said I needed to have a consultation first as a new patient which was £80 THEN I’d be able to book for a hygienist “soon” after. When I had my consultation it wasn’t until I had paid the full amount they let me know the next hygienist appointment is FEBRUARY…7 months away!! All 3 receptionists were rude and didn’t seem to care when I explained that’s not ideal and that I was lead to believe over the phone I’d be able to get an appointment soon maybe a few weeks not over 6 months away. No other options were given nor an apology. Awful practice. Now I need to find another dentist. Money and time wasted here.

Fantastic experience: I have just completed my Invisalign treatment with Dr Christie Grove at Stourbridge Dental and Implant Clinic. I could not happier with my results. My teeth have always been an insecurity of mine and rarely ever smiled with my teeth. I get married next year so will be smiling all day with confidence with my new teeth. I can not thank Christie enough for suggesting Invisalign to me as I wanted something that was not noticeable I had braces. Invisalign was the perfect treatment for me. The results show for themselves. Overall a great service recieved and fantastic clinic! Highly recommend to anyone!

From the initial consultation right through to the implementation of the agreed treatment plan Mariam took the very best of care to explain clearly and with sufficient detail the information that I required in order to have full confidence in making a decision that I was completely happy with. I have found Mariam’s manner be very professional and at the same time friendly and reassuring. I feel confident that with Mariam’s knowledge and approach that I have full command of the treatment required to maintain my teeth in the best condition.

Having lost confidence with my smile due to the loss of a number of teeth, numerous options were given to me from full or partial implants to replacement dentures. Fantastic experience: I cannot praise this practice highly enough. I have never had very good teeth and then started to have problems with my gums. Despite regular check ups with previous dentists the extent of the problems with my gums was never explained to me so I just plodded on, the problems getting worse and worse. So, having had enough I googled dentists in Stourbridge and was very lucky that this practice came up first. I have now had quite a lot of treatment in the splendid care of clinician Monica and nurse Steph. Despite having an unfathomable phobia about stitches (the treatment I have had required me having them!) I was never once made to feel awkward or an inconvenience with everyone taking the time to make sure I was OK. The technical skills of Monica and Steph are second to none with their patient care being equally wonderful. Just lovely, skilled people who I will be forever grateful to for what they have done for me and my gums! And a mention too for the very friendly and helpful reception staff. Sorry don't know names other than Liz but thanks to you all.

Fantastic experience: I was so fed up with my teeth , I used to have an nhs dentist for the last 30+ yrs he was brilliant. However we moved house 10 years ago we were searching for another nhs. We found one , but ,since being with him my teeth were a mess , literally rotting. he made every excuse not to do repair work. That all changed today, I have now found a private Dentist Stourbridge Dental and Implant Centre. Ok I have to pay, I am so lucky that I can, but for the first time in the last 10 yrs , I am not afraid to smile. I feel all my Christmas’s have come,my Dentist is Miss C. Grove. Fantastic experience: I had been exploring Dental Practices for a few months before I decided to go with Stourbridge Dental Practice and I could not be happier with my decision. From the beginning of my treatment which was braces, fillings, veneers and whitening my experience has been worthwhile. I have a pearly white yet natural set of teeth that friends and family all compliment. It was a long journey to start with but I am so glad I was patient and Thank Amit and Charlotte personally for being, so helpful and attentive throughout my visits. I never felt rushed during my treatment and the aftercare has also been brilliant. They provide an extremely high standard of dental treatment and care. Also I'd like to mention a great service, provided by reception team/clinical staff Elizabeth and Celine they all are always friendly, helpful and welcoming!!! To say I’m happy with the results is an understatement, the composite is the exact colour and positioned exactly as I wanted. They worked their magic and I am so happy with my new smile. Mani is my dentist and I'm very nervous to say the least, she makes me feel at ease and has such a calming approach and is really empathetic. Elyse the dental nurse is wonderful too. Today I had 4 teeth done with composite, Mani has done a fantastic job and the attention to detail is fab, I was so nervous and Mani and Elyse spoke to me through the whole process to make sure I was OK. Fantastic experience: I used this practice to have my teeth straightened by Antonio, who worked very hard towards my goals and gave me a smile I love despite being a VERY fussy patient. Afterwards, I had my teeth bonded by Christie who was simply wonderful, again meeting my particularly fussy needs. Throughout the process my treatment co-ordinator Rhiann was extremely helpful arranging appointments for me around my work schedule, again not an easy task. The nurses were all lovely, especially Elissa who spent a great deal of time helping me whilst I was being indecisive. Elizabeth on reception was extremely helpful and I look forward to revisiting the practice.

Negative experience: I have never written a bad review for a company before but I felt compelled to share my recent experience. I booked a consultation for composite bonding, which was reasonably priced so I proceeded and booked a full examination. During the appointment, whilst creating a mould for my teeth the dentist mentioned how much the total cost would be, which was double the initial cost that I was quoted during my consultation. I was in disbelief and when the dentist removed the mould, I immediately questioned the price. All of a sudden, the dentist became very ruthless and hostile. She had a response for everything I was saying, it was like her intentions were calculated. The way the dentist spoke to me was ‘utterly disgusting’, I don’t go to the dentist to ‘feel threatened’. She literally gaslighted me as if the original quote was never given. This dentist knew exactly what she was doing and it seemed as though she had been doing it for a while. What has happened to society? That a person can’t even go to the dentist and be treated with any human decency. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially a paying customer. The practice manager did call me to apologise but this does not change the way that I was treated. I find it hard to believe that the dental practice is not aware of what this dentist is doing and obviously they are telling her to do it. This shows that this dental practice has a lack of integrity, morals and ethics. All these excellent reviews are just a cover up for what is really going on. They give you a free consultation and quote you a reasonable price, then when you have paid for a full examination, they double the price making sure you don’t have a printed copy of the quote so you have no proof. When I suggested that all customers should receive a printed copy of the quote that is given, she responded by stating “we do provide printed copies of quotes but you didn’t ask for one, that’s not my fault, I don’t even have the facilities to print you a copy” WOW!!!!! What a way to speak to a customer. The dental practice is aware that I am writing a bad review and the dentist knows exactly how she made me feel because I confronted her at the time so nothing I am saying is ‘untrue’. If you choose to use this dentist practice, which I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT, make sure you have everything in writing, request a printed copy of the quote and cover your back at ALL COSTS!!!!

Fantastic experience: I decided to try out stourbridge dental and implant clinic as getting any appointments through the NHS were impossible. I am over the moon with the service I received, I have had general treatment and cleaning and even took advantage of boitique whitening and some composite bonding to improve my smile. Dr Anneka Roddah is an absolute artist when it comes to composite bonding and I couldn't thank her enough for what she has done, her expertise in this area is incredible. Georgia kept me entertained while having my treatment done and is so lovely and genuine. All of the girls at stourbridge dental are fantastic and really strive to make sure you have the best possible experience. Fantastic experience: Stourbridge Dental have been amazing. All the team are really friendly and helpful. My son had a 9mm overbite and was recommended twin blocks and then full braces by Antonio, he was brilliant from start to finish. He really cares about the end result and has done a great job, my son is so happy. Antonio and Nurse Elissa are both lovely, I’m so pleased we were able to find them.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend this dental practise enough. I’ve not had very good experiences with dental practises in the past but I am so glad I moved to Stourbridge Dental - their service is second to none!! Christie is an absolute pro at what she does. She made me feel at ease and constantly reassured me during my procedure. She explained everything to me clearly and I honestly can’t thank her enough. She’s a gem! They all are! :)

Fantastic experience: I’m going through the process of an implant on the upper front tooth . Today Amit removed my front tooth . I was so anxious . Thought of not having a front tooth is so upsetting . Kevin the denture technician fitted my immediate denture . When the gum has healed totally it will be time for the implant . Amit is so kind, gentle and understanding. He has explained the whole procedure to me . Kevin is amazing too. After having the front tooth out I felt quite upset but Kevin put in the denture and my smile was back . The nurses , Hannah and Georgia that assisted treated me so well, very kind . What more can I say . An amazing team

Fantastic experience: I came here following substandard service from an NHS dentist. Whilst it's not the cheapest dental care by any standards, the level of care, attention to detail and time given to listen to your concerns is excellent. I went in for an emergency filling after the NHS dentist that I was with couldn't get me in for 6 weeks. Since then I've had a full checkup, a really thorough hygienist appointment (I can't even remember the last time that an NHS dentist did a proper scale and polish), been given some really good advice on how to keep my oral health in check and had some replacement fillings all of which have been really well completed by Nida, she has an incredibly calm manner and is aided by some excellent staff. Using DenPlan makes my twice yearly checkups and hygienist visits affordable and routine. Based on my experience in the last couple of months I wouldn't hesitate to recommend going private for dental work if you can afford it.

Fantastic experience: We have been visiting Stourbridge Dental and Implant Clinic for the past 2 years seeing Dr Antonio and Elissa. They are Professional and friendly, making you feel relaxed and we have always been fully informed of each stage of treatment. Fantastic experience: Fantastic service. I had a free consultation with Dr Anneka Roddah and Nurse Georgia for teeth contouring, to slightly reshape my front teeth, I was put at ease and options/risks explained along with a realistic expectation of what I can expect and the cost. It's not a service many dentists advertise but I was happy with the information given, the price was competitive with what I had reserached and all the staff were friendly so I was happy to book in. I went back today for a new patient check up and to have the contouring done and I couldn't be any happier. The check up was thorough, including x-rays and all explained to me, Anneka was very patient with the teeth contouring, I was given a mirror and it was done in stages to ensure that I was happy with the results. I felt at ease through the whole process.

Fantastic experience: Had a small filling & was quite nervous but Dr Hussain understands that I am an extremely anxious patient & always reassures me. Treatment was done this morning without any need for anaesthetic & it was absolutely fine!
